There was (believe it or not) some dissension over the exact pair of Polaroid Cool-Ray shades worn by Young during the Tonight’s the Night days. I located a pair that are 420s—and when Young saw them, he confirmed they were indeed the Tonight’s the Night glasses. In subsequent correspondence, Young says they were 720s. I found no evidence of Polaroid Cool-Ray 720s. And neither Joel Bernstein nor I have seen a copy of Tonight’s the Night with a package of glitter inside.
