Talon led her to the study and opened the door. Bianca gasped when she saw a crib in the middle of the room.
“You...you made this?”
Talon nodded, beaming.
“So this is what you’ve been working on,” she said, running her fingers reverently along the side of the crib. “You’ve been working late in the shed these past few weeks.”
The crib was painted white and there were two hearts lovingly carved into the side of the crib.
