Chapter 1
Brianna
“Do you know who is going?” I ask Tracey as we walk through the mall.
“Everyone. The fucking Kings are throwing it, so you know it’s going to be epic,” she squeals.
The Kings. I know all about them, hard not to when they’re my neighbors. I know the stuff they’re into and even though I don’t really want to be involved in any of it, I am. We’ve always been friends; I grew up with them. Tucker is my age and I dated him in high school which really wasn’t that long ago. Dante is older than we are, but that makes him even sexier in my opinion.
“Dante will be there,” Tracey adds wiggling her eyebrows at me.
“Yeah, that’s your thing babe, not mine. He’s too, I don’t know. Dark? Intense?”
“He can be dark and intense with me all night long if he wants to.”
I laugh at her as we walk into Nova, which is one of my favorite stores.
“Anyways, isn’t that the best kind? Who wants a little heat when you can have all dark and deadly?”
Sometimes I honestly wonder how Tracey has made it this far in her life, but then I remember that her dad is a big time lawyer. If he wasn’t her dad I’m pretty sure that Tracey would have been dead on a street corner a very long time ago. She’ll sleep with anything that has a cock. It shouldn’t matter to me, but it does. I love Tracey like a sister, it’s too bad she’s oblivious to what my life really is though.
No one really understands me. Well, Tucker and Dante understand me. They know who my dad is and they don’t care because they work right alongside him, at least from what I can see. My dad isn’t what you’d call a family man. He’s a hitman.
Now, I know you must be thinking that it’s insane, but it’s really not. Do you know who your neighbors really are? Most people have no clue. Tucker and Dante obviously do, but they run in the same circles as my dad. Little old lady Margo that lives on the other side though? She is clueless.
“What about this one?” Tracey asks as she picks up a nearly sheer red dress. I eye it for a second before I nod. Tracey smiles and heads toward the dressing room when my phone rings.
I pull it out and answer, “Hello?”
“You’re coming to the party aren’t you?”
“Have I ever missed one of your parties Tucker?”
His voice makes me smile. It’s deep and dark just like the man himself. The only reason we broke up was because he’s a cheater. That never stopped me from going back for more though.
“Hell no, and you better not start now either. I’m looking forward to having you all to myself when it’s over.”
A chill races down my spine at the thought of what he wants. It isn’t like I don’t offer up my pussy willingly to him. I love Tucker, just not in the way you would think, but I love him just the same.
“And what exactly are you planning on doing with me?” I ask softly and I can hear him groan on the other end.
“You remember those chains you liked so much?”
I bite my lip to hide my moan. Tucker chuckles.
“Yeah, you remember all right. I think it’s about time we bring those back out. Don’t you?”
Heat spirals through my body as he speaks. Tucker is into some strange shit, but the longer I was with him the more I found myself liking it.
“I think I like where this is heading. I’m buying a new dress right now. It’s short, sexy, and maybe just a little bit see through,” I add.
“Fuck Bri. Are you trying to make me hard right now? It’s working.”
I’m hot as hell right now.
“Just think about it. You can be the one peeling it off of me. With your teeth. You can slowly pull it down until my nipples pop free. Then you can run your tongue over it until it’s hard and suck it into your mouth,” I tease him.
“Jesus,” he hisses.
“You’ll work your way down my body until you get to exactly where you want to be. Can you smell my arousal Tucker?” I ask him in a sultry tone.
I can hear him groaning on the other end. It makes me smile.
“You’re going to pay for that Bri.”
“What are you going to do? You going to spank me baby? Maybe tie me up like you did before? Maybe you want to lick my pussy while I deep throat your cock?”
“Fucking hell Bri. What has gotten into you today?”
“Do you remember what I taste like when I come Tucker? Can you still taste me on your lips?”
“Bri,” he hisses out the warning.
“Are you hard for me Tucker? Are you stroking your cock for me?”
I know he is. Tucker is a sex fiend.
“Fuck Bri. Don’t you dare stop now.”
“Can you feel my lips wrapped around your cock right now? I’m sucking hard and using just a little bit of teeth to scrape along the edge.”
“Fuck.”
“Are you close baby?”
“So goddamn close.”
“Oh shit, there’s Tracey, I gotta go. I’ll see you tonight.”
“Bri don’t you dare fucking hang up the pho-”
“What are you doing?” Tracey asks me with a smile on her face.
“Nothing. Just having a little bit of fun with Tucker.”
“You are such a slut,” she laughs as she leads the way to the counter.
I just smirk at her and follow behind her. If Tucker wants a piece of me later then that’s what he’ll get.
Chapter 2
Dante
The warehouse is packed with people which is exactly what I was going for. I want to watch the scene unfold. I want to find the fucking assholes that think they can run drugs on King turf.
Some people call us thugs, while others call us criminals. We’re gang members that run the streets of Chicago. Every description is right. The King’s Crew started out as just a tiny street gang when my dad was a kid. They wanted a way to show their strength and brotherhood. They wanted the city to see that they were more than just the nothing of the city that the people deemed them to be. My dad and his boys took all of it in stride. They knew they had something to prove. When my uncle Vince brought in the drugs the rest became history.
My dad has made many friends and enemies over his years of running the Kings. The older my dad became the more he started handing the reins over to me, and I took over seven years ago. My dad still has his hands in things, but it’s now me that runs the show. Tucker, my younger brother, isn’t far behind me. He’s a damn good soldier and I look forward to passing the reins on to him one day.
&
nbsp; “You seeing anyone?” Tucker asks as he leans into my side to talk to me over the music.
“Not yet. Jorge is over there though,” I tell him as I nod in that general direction.
His eyes follow mine when I suddenly hear him huff out a breath. If I allowed it Jorge would be a dead man. I can’t say that I haven’t thought about it, but I’m not ready for that war yet.
“He’s a fucking waste of air,” Tucker snaps.
I nod my agreement. Jorge is from another local gang, the Deuces. They mean shit to us and they aren’t much of a gang to be honest. Most of them are just little boys pretending to be men. They peddle in weed around town, but they know better than to come into our territory with that shit.
“Yes, he is, but he’s not our target,” I remind him.
“He will be one of these days. I would love to watch that bastard bleed out for hours.”
I chuckle and keep scanning the room looking for any signs of weakness. I know they’re out there, I just need to find them. You would think that these assholes would be smarter than to actually come to one of our parties and peddle their drugs, but they really aren’t. They see it as an opportunity to sneak into our game. Little do they know that I’m watching.
“I’m going to get a beer. You want one?” I nod my head and watch my little brother as he walks off when I spot her.
She’s wearing a blue jean mini skirt that barely covers her ass with her signature white Adidas. Her shirt clings to her chest and shows just enough of her tits to get my cock hard. I don’t know what the fuck it is about Brianna that gets to me, but for as long as I’ve known her I’ve wanted her. I always kept my distance.
I trail her with my eyes and watch the way she moves. She stops to talk to people often. The genuine smile I find on her face makes it harder for me to look away. I know I’m supposed to be watching for other assholes, but that girl gets my goddamn attention every single time she walks into the room. I’m forced to see her all of the fucking time knowing I can’t have her, she’s always around to see Tucker. The fact that she lives right next door makes it so much more tempting to sneak over there at night.
“Here,” Tucker says pulling my attention away from her and taking the beer from him swallowing down a big gulp before I scan the crowd again.
“Look,” I say nodding toward the middle of the room.
“You fucking kidding me? Is that Jerry?” he snorts out.
“The one and only. What the fuck is Jerry Locust doing on our side of town?” I ask more to myself than him.
Jerry Locust is a dealer on the west side of town. He knows better than to step onto the south or east side without letting us know first.
“Is he here for the party?” Tucker asks as he looks over at me.
I shake my head no. He isn’t here to party.
“He’s looking for new clients is more like it. Look,” I nod once more when I see him hand off a baggy to some guy.
Tucker straightens next to me and glances around the room.
“Hey Mink. Go get Junior and meet me by the front doors.”
Mink is one of our guys. He nods his head and moves through the crowd as I chuckle.
“You need any help?” Tucker smirks over his shoulder, flips me off, and keeps walking.
He doesn’t need me. Tucker can handle himself which is what makes him such a good soldier.
I watch him walk through the room when she catches my eye again. Bri is dancing with her friend, grinding on each other and it’s enough to give every man in the room a hard on. When she stops to fan herself I see her lips move before she points toward the bathroom. I leap from my spot on the broken speakers and shove my way through the crowd. Most people move out of my way, but a few want to stop and talk to me. I’ve got something else in mind.
As soon as I reach the back I see her heading down the hall toward the bathroom. I look at the few people standing around and jerk my head so that they know to get the fuck out of here. After they’ve all left I grab Bri’s wrist and spin her to face me and back her up against the wall. Her breath hitches and her eyes widen.
“What are you doing Dante?”
I lick my lips and press my body against hers. She never breaks eye contact with me. I can see the lust simmering inside of her. I’ve craved it for such a long time now. I wrap my hand around her throat and watch her eyes widen a little more.
“You look goddamn hot in that skirt. Maybe I could help you out of it?” I ask her as I press my hard cock against her.
Bri’s lips part and that’s when I move in. I lean down and kiss her, letting my mouth explore hers. She doesn’t stop me. I slide my lips from hers and up over her cheek before I bite her earlobe. Bri moans and my cock twitches. I wasn’t sure if she would or wouldn’t stop me to be honest. I’ve seen the way she looks at me. I know she likes me, but I wasn’t sure if she wanted me the same way I want her. The only reason I’ve stayed away from her is Tucker, but I don’t think I can stay away any longer.
“You’re making it very hard for me to pay attention tonight princess.”
Her warm breath fans over my cheek, “What are you talking about?”
“Things you don’t need to know. What you need to know is that I’m sick of just watching you. You flaunt your sexy little ass in front of Tucker and I all the time.”
“What do you mean?”
“You know what I mean Bri. Have you known the whole time that I’ve wanted you?”
I bring my lips back to hers and kiss her roughly. I don’t want her to forget about this night. There’s a storm brewing inside of me and I plan on letting it out with Bri under me.
“Tucker,” she whispers.
“Do you still want him?” I ask her needing to hear her say no. I need to hear it from her lips because once she does, she’s mine.
“I…”
“Cops!”
Chapter 3
Brianna
I’m gasping for air when someone yells cops. Dante has me pressed up against the wall kissing me and grinding into me. I have to admit that he feels damn good too. His hard body keeps mine in place as his lips are working magic over my skin. I’ve never felt like this before. Dante grabs my hand, drags me back to the party, and shoves me into Tucker’s arms.
“Get her out of here,” Dante roars.
People are running around screaming. It’s complete madness now.
“I have to find Tracey.”
I start to pull away from Tucker, but he jerks me back to him. When I look up I’m ready to plead with him when he nods toward the side door and I see her. Tucker drags me through the crowd shoving people out of the way until we get to her.
“We need to go,” he yells as I grab Tracey’s hand and pull her along with us.
Tucker drags us out of the side door and toward his SUV. Tracey and I laughing our asses off while trying to keep up with him.
“Stop laughing and get in,” he snaps.
The lights on his car flicker as he presses the button to unlock the doors. I jump in the back with Tracey as Tucker climbs in and starts the car. He peels out of the parking lot almost hitting people on his way out.
“Get the fuck out of the way. Fuck,” he screams while honking his horn.
If they were smart they’d just move. Tracey and I hold onto each other as he speeds away from the warehouse. Once we’re a safe distance away I climb between the seats to get up front with him.
“Fucking Christ Bri. You aren’t wearing any panties?” he hisses.
Tracey laughs, but I drop into the seat next to him. His hand comes over quickly and lands on my thigh. His touch is easy, but after kissing Dante it just doesn’t feel right.
“Where are we going?”
“The party isn’t over baby. We’re heading to the river,” Tucker says as his hand slowly rubs circles on my thigh.
Tracey squeals in the back, but I can’t focus on her right now. I can only think about Tucker’s hand on me and the way Dante felt pressed up against me. I
know it’s all wrong, but damn it, it felt so good and so right. I zone out thinking about what it would feel like to have him touch me. I want his hands to be on me.
I don’t even realize that we’re at the river until Tracey squeals again. I snap back to reality as they climb out of the car. Tucker jogs around and comes to stand in front of me as I climb out.
“I thought you were getting a dress?” he whispers as his eyes trail over me.
“You don’t like my skirt?”
“Oh I think I can lift that up just as easily as the dress Bri. You owe me. You fucking left me on the phone to jerk off after your sexy little mouth got me all hot.”
My cheeks flush and Tucker smiles. He grabs my hand and leads me down the small path until we reach the river. Dante is already there with a few other girls and guys. Most of the girls fall at his feet which pisses me off even though I know it shouldn’t. I try not to look at him, but the urge is there. My eyes slowly fall on him as he stares back at me. The heat in his eyes in unnerving to say the least. Tucker doesn’t seem to notice, but then again he’s too busy talking to his friends.
Dante’s eyes move to our joined hands before they come back up to my face. He shakes his head. I don’t know why I obey him, but I slowly untangle our hands until Tucker’s falls to his side. Dante smirks at me like he’s won a prize, and I feel like an idiot.
“I can’t believe we’re actually here,” Tracey says as she tugs at my arm.
She may be my best friend, but I don’t invite her to all of the parties. I’d like to think that she is better than I am. She doesn’t need this life to collide with hers.
“This is crazy. You want a drink?” I ask her.
She nods her head. Of course she does. I grab her hand and pull her along with me to the cooler. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly those two can pull a party together. I grab two beers and hand her one when I feel someone behind me. When I spin around I come face to face with Dante.
“You two are looking sexy as sin tonight. You looking to get into a little trouble?” he asks raising his eyebrow.
