Garden of Goodbyes Page 23

by Faith Andrews

There is one person who needs no introduction but who deserves more accolades than I can ever shower her with. Patricia Lebowitz aka Trish Mint, as everyone knows and loves her. I’ve never met a person more passionate about reading and the art of story telling than you are. You live the book the same way the author does. I knew this long before my writing days and got to experience it firsthand while writing Keep Me and many of my other books, but Trish, this story was written for you. I will forever be grateful for the time and enthusiasm you threw into this. I hung on your every word because you knew, sometimes better than I knew, what I wanted to accomplish. You put yourself in my head, in Lennox’s, Violet’s, and Eden’s head, and understood what needed to be done, what the reader needed to see, that I needed to dig as deep as I could go without falling apart. I cannot, and will never be able to thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me as an author and a person. You teach me something new every day—sometimes it’s just as simple as dirtying up my vocabulary (which you’ve totally accomplished by the way) or telling me the truth that is oftentimes too hard to hear. You pull out all the stops with all things and I sincerely love that about you. This book world can be cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs at times but it wouldn’t be nearly as fun and colorful if your mintness wasn’t there. Thank you, thank you, thank you for knowing the deal, speaking the truth, and just being you. I love you!

Thank you to all the bloggers and readers who took the time to read and review or to share and pimp this release. Without you, this would be a one-way street. Your tireless efforts help make this book world go ‘round and ‘round. As always, if you’re a part of my life, I appreciate you simply for being here. If you enjoyed Garden of Goodbyes, I encourage you to leave an Amazon review. A simple phrase or a little note is all it takes to let fellow readers know this is a book worth reading and to tell the author you support their work.
