“Let’s go,” I said, getting up.
I walked over to Mindy, who was leaning over the bar with a drink in her hand. When she saw me, her eyes lit up and a smirk appeared on her face. I bet she was thinking she had one up on me because my man allowed her to rock his mic, but I was about to show her who really had the upper hand.
“Hey, Tineah. Mayhem isn’t here yet,” she smiled, trying to be funny.
“It’s Tiny, bitch,” I spat.
“Why so hostile? Are you always this way?” she had the nerve to ask.
“Women like you kill me. It’s hoes like you that give us all a bad name,” I frowned, looking her up and down in disgust.
“Really? Not too long ago you were just like me. Yeah, the streets talk. I heard all about you, Ms. Stripper. Oh, and that son that you had by a married man… classic,” she chuckled.
“You’re right. Back then, I had enough juice to fuck your daddy right under your mama’s nose. I would have had his old ass tricking off all his bill money on me. See, the difference between me and you was I didn’t have to suck dick to get money, and if I did suck a dick, trust me, I was getting my pussy ate in return,” I shot back at her.
“I don’t know what Mayhem sees in you,” she spat.
“The same shit you see that got your ass so mad. I ain’t down for the talking, lil mama. I’m here to let off in yo’ shit. Since day one, you been disrespecting me and I’m here to check yo’ ass before I send your ass packing.”
“Send me packing? Your hood rat ass got jokes,” she laughed.
POP!
I popped her ass in the face, causing her to grab ahold of her nose.
“You stupid—”
POP! POP!
I hit her ass two more times before she could finish her sentence. I wasn’t down for the talking anymore; the moment my hands got to swinging it was a rap. I pounced on her ass like a lioness on her prey. She held no chances as I cornered her by the bar, beating her ass.
“That’s enough!” Mayhem yelled in my ear, pulling me away.
“Bitch, get the fuck out. You’re fired!” I yelled, hitting her in the jaw one last time.
“Tiny, calm your little ass down before I toss you.”
“Put this bitch out now, Mayhem! I’m sick of this hoe disrespecting me. Fire her ass!” I yelled.
“Hubert, escort Mindy out while I handle Tiny,” Mayhem said.
“Escort me out?” Mindy asked.
“Yes, bitch, you heard him. Get the fuck out!!” I yelled.
“Shut up!” Mayhem said, gripping his arms around me. He held his firm grip on me as he carried me to his office.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?!” Mayhem asked the moment he closed his office door.
“How could you do this to me?” I asked.
“Do what?”
“Leave me when I needed you the most, only to have your dick in the next bitch’s mouth!” I yelled.
“What are you talking about?” he asked, playing dumb. “Why the fuck are you in here dressed like a hoe with your ass in the next nigga’s lap?” he gritted his teeth.
“Oh, so now you mad?” I chuckled.
“I don’t find shit funny.”
“I don’t find you letting the next bitch suck on your dick funny either.”
“Here you go with the bullshit.” he waved me off.
“Oh, this is bullshit?” I asked, hitting play on my phone.
The sounds of Mindy slurping on Mayhem’s dick pissed me off enough to make me want to find her ass. The more I listened, the more my heart began to hurt. Mayhem promised not to be like Elias, but ended up pulling the type of shit that only he would. The fact that he would cheat on me when shit got rough between us didn’t sit well with me.
WHAM!
I smacked the spit out of Mayhem.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?” he asked, grabbing my hand.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?! How the fuck could you?!”
“I was fucked up,” he sighed.
“You was fucked up. Hmm. Well, my ass was in the nigga’s lap because I was messed up,” I shot back at him.
“Don’t play with me,” he warned.
“I’m not playing, Mayhem. I am a beautiful girl with a great head on her shoulders. I have a lot to offer, so I know for a fact I could find a new man to appreciate me.”
“You want to keep fucking with me, huh?” Mayhem seethed, pushing me into the wall. “You’re not going to be satisfied until I hurt you. Is that what you want? You want me to fuck your ass up?” he gritted.
“Fuck you, Mayhem. You left me, now I’m leaving you! I’m done!” I yelled.
I wasn’t really done, but he didn’t need to know that. I loved Mayhem; the thought of being without him pained me.
“You ain’t going nowhere,” he said, placing his hands around my neck.
“You gonna choke me out because I want to leave you?” I asked.
“Nah. That ain’t even my style,” he replied, letting me go and walking over to his desk.
He took a seat, then hung his head.
“I’m sorry, baby.”
“That’s all I ever hear. Everybody is always sorry about something,” I replied.
“Go home and cool off. I’ll be there in the morning,” he said.
“What part of I’m done don’t you understand?”
“The done part. Ain’t shit done between us!” he yelled, causing me to jump.
“Fuck you, Mayhem!” I screamed.
“Have Emma take you home,” he replied.
“Yeah, ok.”
“Tiny, take your ass home. Don’t make me have to come find you or it won’t be nice.”
“Like I said, fuck you!” I yelled, knocking down a framed picture he had of us in his office. I stormed out, slamming the door hard behind me.
When I made it down to Emma, she was sitting in VIP in a heated argument with Ramsey. I felt bad for bringing Emma in my mess because I knew how crazy Ramsey’s ass was.
“Are you ready?” Emma asked me.
“Yes,” I replied.
“You better drop her off and bring your ass straight home too,” Ramsey ordered.
“Bye, Ramsey,” she replied, kissing him on the cheek.
“You fucked that hoe up,” Emma said, as we walked out of the club.
“She had it coming,” I smiled, proud of my handiwork.
When we made it outside, Mindy was ranting and raving about her car being missing. Emma and I shared a laugh as we walked past her. She wasn’t driving shit from my man’s dealership, nor was she getting a penny of his money; I was going to make sure of that.
“You dumb bitch. I know your ghetto ass is the reason behind this. It’s cool tho; I made enough money off your nigga to buy me a new car!” Mindy yelled.
“If that’s the case, lil mama, why you crying over an outdated car? Catch me in my brand new Beamer, hoe. I got enough bank to take care of myself without a nigga,” I reminded her.
A lot of people thought just because I was with Mayhem life for me was good. Well, life for me was good before Mayhem because I was the type to go and get it. I made sure my bank account was straight and my son was well taken care of. Mayhem’s money is just something extra; I throw it in my bank account to accelerate the zeros.
Mindy kept screaming out obscenities, but I ignored her ass. I got in the car and Emma drove off. At the end of the day, the bitch was left with a mouth full of cum, jobless, and carless. She better make good use of her last check because that will be the only thing she got from my man, and I put that on everything I loved.
“You good?” Emma asked when we arrived at my house.
“I’m good. I need to get a locksmith to change these locks,” I said.
“Girl, last time I changed my locks, Ramsey shot the door off the hinges,” Emma laughed.
“I’m so over this shit,” I sighed. “I was better off at the strip club.”
“You think so?” she quizz
ed.
“Yeah. Shit, at least when I was at the club I had no feelings for these niggas. I was all about running up a check. I done fucked around and fell in love with this boss ass nigga and he already taking me through it,” I vented.
“Mayhem is a good man.”
“I know,” I replied.
A man like Mayhem was hard to come by. He loved me when I was at my worse; he even found it in him to love my son. Everything he did he didn’t have to do, but he did because he’s a standup guy.
“Think with a clear mind before you make any permanent decisions.”
“Let me roll up and take a few shots,” I laughed before getting out the car.
“Don’t get too messed up,” she warned.
“I just might, then call up a dude and have them suck on my pussy.”
“Remind me to pick up a bad ass black dress for your funeral,” she laughed.
“Night, boo.”
“Later, baby.” Emma waved before driving off.

“Are you ready?” I asked MJ, as I packed our picnic.
“Yes mama, will Dad be there?” he asked, grabbing his towel.
“No. We’re meeting with Dre, remember? He misses you and wants to spend some time with us,” I replied.
“Are you moving back home? I want to stay here with Dad, Grandma, my sister and cousins,” he frowned.
“We’ll work something out. Now let’s go,” I said, as I grabbed our things.
The association that Maleek’s house was in had a family area a few blocks up the road that was equipped with pools, a water park, a regular park, gym, and a bunch of other accommodations. Since I didn’t want to disrespect Maleek by bringing him to the house, I decided to meet him here instead.
“Hey, Dre!” MJ yelled, running towards Dre.
“Hey, buddy,” Dre replied. “Look what I got you.” Dre handed him a gift bag.
MJ ran over to the benches and tore through the bag, revealing Dre’s gift.
“Thanks, Dre. My dad already bought me these. He bought me the entire Avengers,” he said, referring to his action figures.
“He did?”
“Yes. I have a bunch of new toys and stuff in my new room. Do you want to see my room?” MJ asked.
“Not yet. Go play and let me talk to your mother.”
“What does he mean by his new room?” Dre instantly asked me the moment MJ left.
“He has a room set up at Maleek’s house for when he visits,” I replied.
“I take it that you’re staying in this same house.”
“Yes, but that’s only because Maleek didn’t want MJ in the hotel. He’s not the only one living there, his mom is there too,” I lied.
“I don’t trust that shit. Did you fuck him?” Dre asked.
“No, I did not fuck him!”
“Why you getting defensive?”
“I’m not getting defensive. I just hate the fact that you’re questioning me right now,” I said, playing with my ring.
I knew I loved Maleek, but us being together was something that couldn’t happen. I left, causing too much damage that I couldn’t repair. Another thing stopping me from being with Maleek is my love for Dre. I loved Dre so much that I couldn’t cause him any pain by leaving him to be with another man. Dre never did anything wrong; he didn’t deserve me fucking Maleek behind his back. The more I thought about my cheating ways, the sicker I became. It wasn’t in my character to cheat on someone I loved, but what’s a woman to do when she’s in love with two?
“I swear if you fucked that nigga it’s a wrap between us. I knew I shouldn’t have left you here with your ex!” he yelled.
“Dre, calm down. It’s not that simple.”
“What the fuck you mean it’s not that simple?” he asked.
“I can’t just take MJ away from his father without making some type of arrangement.”
“All this time and y’all ain’t make no damn arrangement yet? Looks like y’all been fucking to me,” he spat.
“We’ve been going back and forth with MJ’s doctor. We can’t make any arrangement until we’re done.”
“This sounds like some bullshit, for real, man.”
“Dre, just be patient with me, ok? This will all be over soon.”
“How about you leave MJ with his father and you come home, and when he’s ready to come home, you can go pick him up,” he suggested.
“Dre, I am not going to get on a plane and leave my sick son here,” I replied.
“He’s going to be with his father; what’s the problem?”
“The problem is I have to be there for him! He just had surgery; I am not about to leave him!”
“Nah, you can’t leave him because you too busy sucking his daddy’s dick.”
“Dre, chill the fuck out with the accusations before I leave,” I threatened.
“Leave, huh? That’s something you been wanted to do. You just waiting for the right opportunity. I get it. You came back and saw how much ol’boy is banking; that’s why you’re dick riding him.”
“Fuck you, Dre! I was never hurting for money and you know that. Hell, you should know since I’m the one who put in the money for that damn trucking company you running and shit!” I spat.
“That’s what we’re doing now? You throwing that shit in my face?”
“No. I’m letting you know money don’t mean shit to me. I stayed with you when you couldn’t afford to get me three things off the dollar menu, so don’t sit up here and try to play me now,” I replied.
“That nigga got your head big. He see them thick thighs, that fat ass and started gassing you up. All that man wants is your pussy. You don’t mean shit to his ass! You ain’t nothing but available pussy!” he yelled at me.
WHAM!
I smacked him hard across the face. Dre looked at me with rage in his eyes as he drew back his fist and punched me in the nose.
“AHHH!” I screamed, as I doubled over in pain, cradling my nose.
“I can’t believe you hit me,” I cried.
“You should have kept your damn hands to yourself, stupid bitch!” he yelled.
“Ma, are you ok?” Dre asked, running over to us.
“Yes, I’m fine. Mama’s just hurt, that’s all.”
“I called Dad. He’s on his way,” MJ replied, causing my heart rate to speed up.
“Go get your things,” I said to MJ, as I tried my best to pack up our things with one hand.
I guess I wasn’t quick enough because an angry Maleek was walking towards us with a mug on his face.
“MJ, go with Uncle Ramsey,” Maleek called out to him.
“Ma, you good?” Maleek asked me with concern in his eyes.
“I got her, buddy. Go with Uncle; he’s gonna take you to Elijah’s house so y’all can play ball.”
“Bet! Dre, Grandma taught me a man is not supposed to hit a woman; maybe she should teach you that. If you hit my moms again it’s gonna be a problem,” MJ said, running towards Ramsey.
Ramsey held up his fingers in the form of a gun, firing off a shot at Dre before taking MJ and walking off.
“You big and shit. You want to hit a woman, fight me, nigga,” Maleek said, removing his shirt. His muscles flexed in his tank top as he threw up his set.
“I ain’t even on this shit. You done fucked my bitch already; I ain’t fighting over that hoe.”
WHOP! WHOP! WHOP!
Maleek hit Dre with a three piece, causing him to instantly drop to the ground.
“Get the fuck up, nigga. I don’t fight niggas who want to make love to the ground and shit. Stand up and shoot me one like a man. You busted my baby mama’s nose; come do that shit to me!” Maleek yelled.
“You ain’t gon’ get up?” Maleek asked, stomping Dre.
I never saw Maleek this angry in my life. His eyes changed from their mellow state to this dark charcoal color. I could feel the steam rising off his body with every insult he yelled. He stomped Dre so badly that blood was pouring ou
t of his mouth and nose. I was so scared that he was going to kill him, so I decided to stop the fight.
“Maleek, that’s enough!” I yelled.
