  About The Author

  Bio

SJ Molloy, first time British Author of The Luminara Series, was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a young child, her family moved and raised her in Lanarkshire, Scotland where she currently resides with her husband, two daughters, and her energetic, hyperactive loving gun dog who is utterly spoiled.

SJ is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Health & Fitness Motivator of various fitness styles and disciplines. Music and dance aerobics have always been a pleasure and passion for her. SJ will sporadically make up dance style routines at any hour of the day when a move comes to her or piece of music moves or inspires her. Currently not teaching classes, she is focusing her time into nurturing her yearning passion for creative writing, exchanging one visualisation for another.

As a child, SJ loved to write in journals and make up short stories and has a flare for all things creative. With an overactive imagination at times, SJ adores to make notes and visualise scenes and settings to create characterisations.

While on holiday with her family one summer reading book after book, she had a flash of inspiration and has had various ideas whirling around in her mind ever since. It was not until she pulled back on teaching classes that she found the courage, time, and insight into actually bringing these ideas to life.

In February 2013 she decided to bring that imagination to light by beginning her writing journey with Lussuria the first instalment in The Luminara Series.

Being a self-confessed book junkie, she loves nothing better than to get lost in an emotional and moving book. A true romantic at heart, her guilty pleasure is reading heart-warming, passionate stories and falling in love with her favourite fictional characters.

With seven books already mapped out in The Luminara Series, SJ’s busy, creative mind has already planned two more fictitious novels, both stand-alone romance books and very different in their own right.

When she is not writing or reading, spending time with family and friends, or exercising and walking her dog, SJ loves all things practical and creative. Dancing, music, cooking, travelling, good food and wine, and painting are her favourite past times along with laughter, lots and lots of laughter.

  Share and review

I encourage you all to, like, share, tweet, and follow my social media links for updates, news and teasers for the rest of the series. I will be eternally grateful if you would kindly leave a review for Lussuria and L’amore on Goodreads and Amazon and any book groups and blogs. It’s really important and crucial for the rest of the series. I will be eternally grateful if you would kindly leave a review as it gives us great foundation to work on and helps develop our writing to make it the best it possibly can be. It also assists with publicising our work so that the future books of the series can reach a bigger audience.

  Luminoso.

Book 3 in the Luminara Series is scheduled late summer – early fall 2014.

  Luminoso is Italian for light.

The continuation of Lucca and Lexi’s life. As they plan for their future together, many secrets and plots are conspiring which will re-write their destiny, perhaps forever. Fate works in mysterious ways. After the sweetness of love and the closeness it brings, unimaginable events rouse emotions in them both that they fight hard to control. Will she fight, surrender, or run this time? Intense and gripping, this book is filled with angst and suspense leaving you gasping for breath.

  Book 4

Yet to be named. This is the conclusion to Lucca and Lexi’s turbulent journey. In order to find the light, you must first see the darkness. Will Lexi and Lucca find their light again after their story reveals dishonesty, hurt, grief, and guilt? In the most emotional, sensitive, and painstakingly disconcerting tear-jerking conclusion, our hearts will weep. Can they bury the past, forgive, accept, and move on to have their happily ever after?

  Book 5

Wildcard and a mystery book in the Luminara Series. I will announce later this year the name and title of the book, as it will be worth the wait, but I’m keeping it a little mystery for now.

  Lacerato.

Book 6 in the Luminara Series from Camerons POV. Scheduled for 2015.

  Lacerato is Italian for torn.

Lexi’s brother shares his own anguish and title of the book as it will stop pulses with his roguish insatiable desire to lure and seduce woman, but can he stay faithful and love only one?

  Levare

Book 7 in the Luminara Series from Grace Robertson’s POV scheduled for 2015.

  The prequel.

  Levare is Italian for taken.

A story of courage, strength and hope.

Lexi and Cameron’s mother shares her trauma, fear, and devastation. Life was taken from her, yet she had to breathe and keep faith in order to protect her children and keep them all alive. A dark, harrowing, suspense-filled physiological thriller of one woman’s miracle—saving grace.

Falling for the womanising business partner, she loses all her composure, self-control, and respect. Feeling bereft and used, she verges into the darker side of a different person after continual protest and seeks solace from the exotic dancers whom she once despised and belittled. She learns how to strip and lap dance provocatively to distract her from her grief, hurt, and emptiness in return for her ballet tuition and gets caught up in the dark side of crime, drugs, and betrayal.

A woman so very fragile but strong, determined and ruthless.

  She is indestructible…

Almost Is Never Enough – Available spring 2016.

A heart-wrenching love triangle between a woman and her two childhood sweethearts. One man provides, protects, and makes love to her. He’s safe, reliable, and he’s typical. The other ignites, electrocutes, and burns her in a way she always dreamed of and makes her feel very much excitable and alive. She always imagines what life with the other would be like. It takes a natural disaster for the woman to experience these fantasies, another life of amazing sex and passion. Ultimately is it what she wants?

Tragedy has an ironic way of manifesting your dreams into an earth moving shattering reality.

Guilt can almost strip it away.

www.sjmolloy.com will contain all updates on these future projects.

Thank you and happy reading x

  Lust, love, light.
