“I’m about to go and pick up my girl. I meet y’all in an hour.” Lee said to me. Lee was cute in a boyish type of way. He reminded me of Chris from Young Gunz.
“I’m ready to walk out with you. I have to holla at you about something.” Tudos said to Lee. They walked out leaving me with Osari’s scary ass. He didn’t talk much and he always had the same look on his face. He never really smiled; the nigga was uptight if you asked me.
I sat down across from him then crossed my legs. His eyes traveled up from my heels to my thighs as he licked his lips. This nigga was making me feel uncomfortable.
“Do you have a fucking problem?” I asked him. He leaned back then crossed his arms.
“How much are you charging for that?” he asked me.
“Charging for what?” I asked him.
“That fucking pussy, what the fuck else?” he asked me.
“So you think I’m a prostitute? Nigga, you have lost your fucking mind? Wait ‘til I tell Tudos what you said to me,” I spat.
“Tudos works for me. I don’t give a fuck what you tell him. I bet if I ask the nigga how much, he will give me a price. Besides, you seem like a shady little bitch. I can tell by the way you eyed my Rolex you are a gold-digger. But like I stated before, that’s my type of bitch. I get what I want and you get what you want,” he said leaning forward.
“So you have to pay for pussy?” I asked him, almost turned on by his attitude.
“Naw, never that. I just know bitches like you, pussy don’t stay tight long, so why not pay? I feel like I’m helping you out. Get it while you still got it. After a while, it becomes old and worthless,” he said chuckling.
I stood up. “You lame ass nigga,” I said to him. Then he looked around.
“I can be that. But I can see that I can get that pussy for free,” he said standing up. He walked over to me then spun me around.
“I like it… nice and thick,” he said grabbing my ass. My pussy throbbed. There was no way in hell I was turned on from this arrogant ass nigga. And he didn’t even care about Tudos catching him.
My nipples hardened. Osari laughed at me then walked back over to the couch. He sat down then pulled out his phone. He started talking on it as if he didn’t just insult me.
I sat down then crossed my legs. Tudos walked in with a smile on his face.
“Ay, yo y’all ready?” Tudos asked me.
“Yes, I’m ready. What the fuck took you so long?” I asked, snatching my clutch off of the coffee table.
“My nigga how can you control the blocks if you can’t control your bitch? Get that shit in order now,” Osari said to Tudos. I didn’t know Osari was the one running shit. Tudos gave me the impression that he and Lee had things on lock. But it was clear to see who was running things. Instead of sticking up for me, Tudos nodded his head.
“What the fuck are you nodding your head for?” I asked Tudos.
“Tassana, shut the fuck up,” he gritted. I rolled my eyes then stormed out of the door and waited outside until they both came out. Tudos had a scowl on his face. A purple Jaguar pulled up in front of the building. I guess that was Osari’s bitch. I wanted to get a good look at her. I saw a short cut and diamond earrings and that was all. I couldn’t make out her face or the rest of her body when he opened up the door.
Tudos hit the unlock button to his Range Rover. I climbed in then looked at him and he had anger written across his face.
WHAP! He backhanded me. I held my face as tears burned my eyes.
“Bitch, don’t you ever back talk me in front of that nigga again. How the fuck can he take me seriously when I let my bitch talk to me any kind of way? Watch your fucking mouth. Shit ain’t like how it was back home,” he gritted.
“Who are you?” I asked him. After all of these years of dealing with Tudos, he had never been this angry. This was his second time putting his hands on me.
He never answered as he pulled off. I checked my face in the mirror to see if I had a bruise and saw a handprint on my cheek. I took my heel off striking him on the head with it. He yelled out in pain. The truck swerved off of the road crashing into a tree. Thankfully, the tree was small so we didn’t get hurt. Tudos hopped out of the truck and pulled me out by my hair.
He swung on me, hitting me in the nose. I cried out as he beat my ass on the side of the road. We were the only ones on the road.
He kicked me in the side. I blocked my face as he tried kicking me in the face. I needed to get away from him.
“Stop it,” I cried out.
“Bitch, I’m tired of your ungrateful ass. I do all of this for you. I do this shit to make sure you have the finer things in life!” he hollered. After he was done, he dragged me back to the truck by my hair. I had blood all over my white romper. My hair stuck to my face because of the blood from my nose and mouth.
I painfully got back in the truck. My side hurt and my head was throbbing. My nose felt like it was broken and when I breathed it was painful. I felt like dying. Tudos got back in the truck then made a U-turn. We were headed back to our home. I cried silently as Tudos turned up the radio then sparked up a blunt as if he didn’t just almost kill me.
Kauzie would have never put his hands on me like that. I thought back to the times Kauzie treated me like a queen, and I never appreciated it. The more I thought about Kauzie, the more I missed him. All I had to do was keep my legs closed and get a job. “What the hell was wrong with me? Why am I so bitter?” I asked myself.
After my body healed, Tudos better watch out. I had something for him. He hadn’t seen an evil bitch yet. I smiled as blood dripped from my lips. I was going to fuck his world up.
The next day Tudos took me to the hospital. He told them a group of unknown girls jumped me. I had a fractured nose and bruised ribs, along with two black eyes and a swollen lip. They said my face would heal up in no time. I was surprised I still had all of my teeth.
When we got home, Tudos broke down then started crying.
“Tassana, baby, I’m so sorry. I don’t know what came over me,” he said holding on to me. If I had a gun, I would blow his brains out. I hated him.
Instead of expressing myself, I hugged him back. I didn’t want to do anything to piss him off.
“It’s okay. I know you didn’t mean it. I forgive you,” I lied. For the past few days, he had been catering to me and sucking up to me. Today he bought me a Hermes Birkin bag. That lightened up my mood some. He kissed my cheek telling me he would be back.
I waited until the door shut then got out my secret phone to call Tokyo. I hope Tudos never found this phone. He would most certainly whip my ass.
“Hello,” she snapped into the phone.
“Hey sis,” I said making my voice crack.
“Tassana, where are you? Are you okay? Bitch, you been having me worried about you,” she ranted.
“I know, I’m sorry, I’ve been sick from chemo. I was really weak, but I’m feeling better now,” I said. Tokyo is so damn naïve at times it made me mad. I cannot believe how easy it was for me to manipulate her into doing something so darn crazy.
“I was worried about you. You were supposed to have been called me,” she fussed.
“I know I’m sorry. How is everything going with Kauzie? Where are you?” I asked her.
“I’m at work on my break. Kauzie is still Kauzie. He is not warming up to me all the way. You really did some foul things to him,” she snapped.
“I know, and I regret it, trust me,” I said telling the truth. My life with Kauzie would be so much better. I was starting to realize that Tudos was just a mistake. After all of these years, I was just now regretting him. He was the reason I became so into materialistic things. I let him buy my love and look where I’m at now. I schemed and lied just to have the finer things in life. It was too late to turn back. I already did too much.
“Can I call you back on this number? My break is almost up,” Tokyo said.
“I will call you. I keep my phone off because of the machines in
my room,” I lied.
“I’m so sorry you have to go through this alone. You are strong, Tassana. You will get through this. I’m just mad you have to live like this. I wish we didn’t spend so much time arguing and disliking each other,” she said crying. A strong ache hurt my chest as guilt came over me. A tear even threatened to fall.
“Love you, Tokyo,” I said hanging up. I hid my phone then the doorbell rang. I went to open up the door there stood Osari, smelling and looking great. He walked in, bumping me. He went straight to the hall closet and grabbed a duffel bag. Tudos was a punk if he had work up in here where we laid our heads. Another reason why I hated street niggas, they shit where they sleep.
“You just come in people’s home and don’t say shit?” I asked him. He dropped the duffel bag.
“You damn right I can. My money is here. What you should do is put on some makeup. I didn’t know who the fuck you were until you opened up your mouth,” he said. He opened the duffel bag and it was stacks of money piled up. My eyes widened. I had never seen that much money before. If this was the type of money Osari is making, I know he was caked up.
“Get your ass over here and count this shit for me. I’m not walking out this muthafucka until I know all my shit is there,” he said.
I crossed my arms then grilled him.
“I would actually find that shit cute if your face wasn’t so fucked up. But count that shit while I take care of a few things. And if you even think about pocketing my shit, I will kill your ass,” he said walking down the hall into the kitchen.
“I hate that nigga,” I said picking up the duffle bag. I dumped the stacks out then started counting. There was no way in hell I could count all of this.
Osari came back then sat across from me eyeing me.
“What do you want?” I asked him.
“Your pussy,” he stated.
“I’m not fucking you,” I said to him. He chuckled then rubbed his chin. Kauzie did the same thing. Two arrogant assholes.
He leaned forward. “Your nigga cut me short, that bag is a little light. I knew that shit just by picking it up. I don’t play about niggas fucking with my money, so this nigga owes me,” Osari said.
My heartbeat sped up and my palms started sweating. I knew where this was going. I never thought I would be in this situation. I hated Tudos even more.
“What does this have to do with me?” I asked Osari. He leaned back then licked his lips.
“I want that pussy. I told him don’t even worry about what he owes me, I’m fucking his bitch,” Osari said to me.
“So, y’all just treat me like a piece of fucking meat?” I asked on the verge of tears.
“You treat yourself like a piece of meat. Shorty, don’t act like you have standards. You are just as grimy as they come. I can smell a grimy bitch when I see one. Besides, you should be lucky I want to pay for something that might have been run up in so much. I never offered to pay for the pussy. But just to make sure you understand your place in life, I will pay for it,” he said.
“What’s my place in life?” I asked him.
“You don’t have one, that’s the point. You can be bought into any nigga’s life if the price is right. I bet you had a good nigga. I can tell you are not a hood bitch. You just like to live the life like one and not get dirty. Well shorty, that shit doesn’t fly with me. You can be a scared bitch for all I care, but you will give that pussy up,” he stated.
“Fine, let’s go and get this shit over with,” I said standing up.
“Tassana, sit your ass down. Do I look like a nigga that will pay for anything? You look like garbage. I’m not fucking you until your face heals up,” Osari said putting his money in the duffle bag.
Tudos came in with a look of shame on his face. I couldn’t believe he was using my goodies for collateral.
I looked at him and he couldn’t look me in the face. Osari laughed then shook his head.
“How could you?” I asked Tudos.
“I couldn’t come up with the rest of the money. Shit has been slow,” Tudos said.
“Oh, nigga, it is never slow. You just don’t know how to hustle. I only put you on because Lee is my nigga and he put in a good word for you,” Osari spat.
“We can take my Hermes bag back,” I said.
“Naw, keep that. Dealing with this fuck nigga you are really going to need it. It might be a life or death situation. Hit me up when her face clears up. And if you play me nigga, I got some hot shit for you,” Osari said. He walked past us then stopped to grab my ass.
“Damn she phat. She ain’t shit though, but I’m sure that pussy is.” Osari slapped my ass then walked out of the door.
I broke down and cried. Tudos tried to hug me, but I pushed him off of me.
“When that nigga fucks you, I swear you better not like it. I’m going to kill that nigga. You just have to bear with me. I have a plan that could wipe that nigga out,” Tudos said walking into the kitchen. I wanted to go home, but I couldn’t. It had only been three weeks since I’d been away from home, and Kauzie hadn’t let his guard down yet according to Tokyo. All I needed was a green light to go back. I was not trying to go back home to only have nothing.
Two weeks later…
My face cleared up and of course Tudos hurriedly called Osari. I had never seen a man so eager in my life, to want his woman to screw another man. A real man would’ve robbed someone or did whatever it was that needed to be done. But not in this case. Tudos’ scared behind was not doing anything and I doubted if he even had a plan to take Osari out.
I didn’t know how much Tudos had shorted Osari. Every time I asked him, he told me to mind my damn business. I took a shower and shaved everything. For some reason, I wanted to be perfect for Osari’s mean ass. I could see him now cursing me out because I didn’t look presentable.
After I got out, I dried off then lotion my body up. I took the rollers out of my hair, letting them drop. I added makeup to hide a few bruises that were still trying to go away. I put on my white lace bra and thong set. I slid into my tan and orange maxi dress that hugged my curves. I slid my feet into a pair of tan thong sandals.
“You look good,” Tudos said coming into the room. I rolled my eyes then grabbed my purse.
“Can you please just pay him?” I asked him.
“It’s too late. He said an agreement is an agreement. He won’t even take the money that I owed him,” Tudos said.
“How old is Osari?” I asked Tudos.
“Twenty-one,” he answered. My mouth dropped. Tudos was twenty-four years old.
“You got bitched by a nigga younger than you? Are you fucking crazy?” I asked him. I knew Osari was a little younger than we were. He had an, ‘I don’t give a fuck’ attitude. Most of the younger men back where I’m from, were the same way.
“Listen to me, Tassana. Osari is not a damn joke. He is a heartless street nigga. He has been hustling since he was thirteen. He does not give a fuck. I saw that shit with my own eyes. If you even short the nigga twenty dollars, he will kill you. So just go with the flow until I figure some shit out,” Tudos said kissing me. His eyes were saddened, but I didn’t feel sorry for him. I hated his ass. I hated him more than I hated Osari.
“How am I getting there?” I asked Tudos.
“I’m dropping you off,” he said sadly. I slapped the hell out him. I didn’t care if he would’ve whipped my ass. Tudos was a punk.
“You whipped my ass a few weeks ago like I was a nigga, but you let some young muthafucka come up in your home and violate your woman? How could you stoop so damn low?” I asked hitting him with my purse.
“Stop it, Tassana, I’m sorry!” he yelled pushing me on the floor. I got up and fixed my dress.
“Hurry up so I can get this over with,” I said storming out of the bedroom.
Moments later, we pulled up in front of the Jefferson Hotel. Well, at least Osari’s ignorant behind didn’t want to screw me in a Motel 6.
Tudos gave me the room informati
on and a key. I snatched it from him. I hawked up spit then spit in his face. He looked shocked as he wiped it off.
He pulled a gun out then put it to my head.
“Bitch, if you do some shit like that again, I will kill you. Now, get the fuck out of my truck,” Tudos said. I slammed his door with tears falling down my eyes. He sold me. I know I had done some trifling things like screwing Tokyo’s man and cheating on Kauzie, but this was lower than low.
I walked through the lobby towards the elevators. The room was on the fifth floor. It was the last door at the end of the hall on the left. I slid the card in then it unlocked. I opened the door and the room was beautiful. I had never seen anything like it. I smelled the strong scent of weed. I walked further in, there he was chilling on the love seat shirtless. His body had tattoos and a few scars. I don’t know if he had been shot or stabbed. His gold diamond chain rested on his sculpted chest. He looked me up and down with lust-filled eyes.
