“Great, it will need some body work. Can you lasso that guy and tell him if he does it again I will be the one kicking his ass? I love this fucking car,” I snarled. I rarely lost my temper but this Tom guy had done it. “You don’t mess with my little car. I don’t care if it’s old, it is mine and it works!”
“That little shit. He is going to hear from me, alright,” he said and I could hear voices in the back ground and realized he had mentioned a meeting earlier.
My anger softened. “I am sorry for calling you. You’re in a meeting, aren’t you?” I never wanted to be a burden to my brother.
“Not yet, Dana. Besides, that little shit is supposed to be here. I’ll rip him a new one. That won’t be near as bad as what The VP does to him. Don’t worry sis, it will be taken care of on this end. Are you worried he may come back? I can send some trustworthy brothers over to look out for him.” He asked and I almost took him up on it. As soon as he asked about Tom coming back, I got worried about it. Before I said yes, however, Tina pulled up in her Kia truck.
“Tina just showed up,” I said. “We are having dinner here. Don’t worry, Mitch, I should be okay. I will lock the doors. I don’t see why he would come back. He has to know you would be getting a call.”
“True, but since that is the case, he knew better than to go over to your house because you would eventually call me,” Mitch said, anger making his voice quake. “He ain’t all there in the head, sis. Be careful and let me know the instant he shows up again, if he does.”
“You’re sending some brothers over, anyway, aren’t you?” I asked as Tina walked up. I pointed at my car’s dent.
“Uh, yeah. Do you remember David and John? The Bear and the Alligator?”
“Sure, I do. I always liked them. My going-away party, right? They brought the balloons. Okay, have them stop by and I’ll get them some coffee. It’s too fricking cold and I know they will insist they stay outside.”
“They will appreciate that. I am going to go inform the others. Stay near your phone sis, love ya,” he said.
“I take it that wasn’t the insurance company?” Tina asked. I took her arm.
“Let’s go inside,” I told her. I began thinking she may not want to stay. Foolish me, I had forgot who I was dealing with.

“The food will be ready in a bit, Dana, but let’s see you in costume,” Tina said after I had explained the problem. She wasn’t fazed and had immediately got dinner going. Mitch’s buddies showed up and I had a travel mug of strong coffee for both. They came over in a big truck and were parked outside, drinking coffee and smoking. Nice guys. I figured Tina was right. Nothing to be stressed about. We had people looking out for us. I really wanted to call Jake, but couldn’t, not right then, anyway. So, I went along and had some fun with it.
It took some wiggling to get into it. Then again it was latex. I was going as a blond Black Widow from the Avengers. The suit felt like a second skin. I walked around my room and looked myself over in the mirror.
“Does my ass look fat in this?” I asked Tina and she laughed.
“Your ass looks spectacular in that suit. Well, they always look great, but especially in that suit. If I didn’t know you were otherwise dating I would try for ya. Tom has nothing on me,” she said and we both laughed. She was right about that. I stretched and twisted to get a feel for it. It was a little constrictive but not too bad, I decided. It was latex, it wasn’t supposed to be loose and flowing. I privately thought I did look sexy and that Jake was going to love it.
“Well, you got Tom beat for sure. You are much cuter,” I told her and then the phone rang.
“Hey Mitch, did you talk to that weasel?” I asked point blank.
“I would but he hasn’t shown up. He had to be here for a couple of things so the thought is he knows you called me. We have people looking for him, though. I wouldn’t worry. At this point he is holed up somewhere and we will find him, or he left town, in which case good riddance. Is Tina still there? Do you need anything?”
“I am good, brother. Thank you for sending those guys over. I do feel better. I won’t have to kick his ass if he comes back. I already got my workout for today,” I joked and he chuckled.
“Then he is luckier than he deserves for yelling at you and harassing you. I will be coming over after the meeting is finished. I can still stay in my old room?”
“If you want to. I really will be fine. He scared me at first, but I shouldn’t have a problem.
“Tell him I am staying,” Tina said, sitting on the bed.
“What?” I was startled.
“Damn right, girl. We have some things to drink and you will need company. Tell Mitch he can go hunting the bad guy if he wants. I’ll be here,” she said. She said it loudly, too. I sighed, knowing there would be no argument I could give that would work.
“Did you hear that?” I asked into the phone. Mitch was chuckling.
“I did and thank her for me. I will go hunting, but I will still be by later. Keep your phone nearby, I will call before knocking so you don’t have to stress it,” he told me. I nodded to myself. That’s my brother through and through.
“Got it. I will keep the phone handy. Go finish your meeting, Mitch, I’ll be here,” I said.
“Well, it looks like it’s you and me. Thanks for staying. I really would be fine, but having you here will help me sleep I think,” I said and she hugged me. I hugged her back. It was nice to have friends.
“Anytime, my friend. Now why don’t you call that hunk of man you’re dating, he needs to know what is going on. I will check on dinner and open the wine,” she said and I nodded. I did need to let Jake know. So, I did. Saying he was not happy about Tom was the understatement of the century.
Chapter Eight
Jake
I got to the Hotel Garland a few hours before Dana. It would have been nice to drive with her, but going separately was safer for our situation. I was beginning to wonder how I was going to keep seeing her with the club rivalries and all. As I checked in, I decided after this weekend I would begin working on it. I just didn’t want any distraction this holiday. I set up the party favors I had brought and got into costume. I was going as a pirate. Black shirt halfway unbuttoned. A head band like Captain Jack from the movies. An open vest and baggy pants with knee-high boots. I was pretty sure Dana would approve. She had mentioned she liked my chest, so of course I made sure that was a tease for her. I chuckled and set the champagne in the bucket and went and fetched ice from the machine down the hall.
Once the room was arranged exactly as I wanted it to be, I still had a half hour or so before Dana would arrive. She was always punctual. I was positive her choice for a costume would blow me away. I sat at the window looking down into the little square. It was a quaint small town that was known to hold a big party on Halloween.
The small town of Harbell was not far from Sheridan Lake and the hotel looked over a town square with bars and another hotel across the street. Isolated town, yet a big party. This was what we had wanted and I could see more and more people walking from one restaurant to a bar. From the hotel across the street to the bar down the road, everyone was in costume and the decorations of skeletons and pumpkins hanging from every conceivable place were festive and out of control. I cracked open the top floor window (the hotel only had three floors), and I could hear the song “Monster Mash” for what I was sure would be the first of many replays. I chuckled and wondered who would be playing the Black Sabbath albums.
I lit a cigar, ignoring the no-smoking rules. Dana had mentioned she liked the smell and would smoke one from time to time so I knew it wouldn’t bother her. I puffed and drank a pop, wanting to wait for my baby before cracking open the champagne.
“This is going to be an epic night,” I thought with a smile. We always enjoyed being able to go out in public together as a couple. It was still a novelty for us and that made our time together even better. This time we had the night and the next night, too. We were
going to have fun as a couple for an extended period and that was exciting. I set the cigar in an ash tray I brought when I saw Dana walking to the front of the hotel. She was wearing a long black trench coat, hiding her costume. Her hair was wild, wonderful, and she was pulling a little suit case on wheels behind her. I smiled and nodded to myself. The fun was about to begin, I thought. Then I paced, waiting. Dana was probable registering with the desk and it was making my anticipation grow.
I heard her key in the door and when she walked into the room she stopped, surprised. I hadn’t told her I would be arriving early. She smiled, eyes wide and looked around the room at the lit candles, champagne and little snacks I had brought. She let go of the handle of her bag and came towards me. We embraced without a word and kissed. I’d always feel a heady rush each time our lips met and I enjoyed every second. We broke apart and grinned.
“You look fantastic, Jake. Quite the sexy rogue. I hope you like mine,” she said and then undid her coat and let it slide to the floor. My eyes just about popped out of my head. She was dressed as Black Widow and the costume could not have been more form fitting. Even the utility belt looked incredibly sexy on her.
“Talk about fantastic! Jesus, Dana, you took stunning to a whole new level, even for you,” I told her honestly. She blushed, but grinned.
“It’s not too much, is it?” She looked down at herself and turned side to side, as if she wasn’t sure.
“It wouldn’t be possible for you to be ‘too much,’ darlin’. You are gorgeous and I am lucky to be here with you.” I gestured to the bar. “Champagne?” She nodded and I took her hand and led her over to it. We cheered as the cork popped and I poured the sparkling stuff. Champagne was not my usual choice, but for something like this, I felt it would show a little class. She was obviously pleased and we sipped the drink and went over our days. After a few glasses it was time for dinner at the local Italian place. We had tried it when we had “tested” the hotel a few days earlier and it was great. I had learned Italian food was a huge draw for Dana.
We made our way down to the street and through the growing crowd of costumed people. There was an atmosphere of good times and happiness that was alluring. We were both smiling and looking at everyone’s costumes. Despite the cold, people were going all out. Especially the women. As sexy as some of the very revealing costumes looked on the women, I thought Dana looked even better. I preferred a little mystery and hers was so form-fitting it kept it completely sexy, yet not too revealing. A complete turn on for me.
“Hey, hello?” Dana said, turning as a guy dressed as a wolfman went by. She turned but he disappeared into the crowd.
“What’s up, darling’?”
“That guy looked familiar, I just can’t place him with the beard and costume,” she said. We looked around a little more and she didn’t see him. I noticed her shiver and decided it was time to get inside.
“Let’s get to the restaurant. We can keep an eye out from there. I don’t want you to catch a cold,” I told her and she smiled at me and I put my arm around her. We walked together the few blocks down to the place we wanted. I had called ahead just to be safe and was glad I did. The table was ready for us within minutes. It was near a window where we could look out at the passing people and costumes.
“Nice choice, Jake, darling. A table with a view,” she said and I agreed. We ordered beers and then looked over the menu.
“Lasagna, I think,” she said after we had gone over the menu.
“Same as last time. You like your lasagna?” I asked. She beamed.
“Yep. I will spend forever going over the list, but will always choose the lasagna,” she said. “Looking is half the fun.” I laughed and saluted her with the beer. A nice quirk, I thought.
“Works for me. I love to watch you study the menu, your nose crinkles and it’s cute. I am getting the linguini,” I told her.
“So, have you heard anything about that creep?” I asked casually about halfway through dinner. I was calm about it now, but when I had heard about the stalker, I had been furious and unable to do anything about it. She shook her head, unfazed by the question.
“Mitch says he must have left town. His apartment was abandoned, no one knows where he went. His girlfriend is still around and swears she doesn’t know anything. She is pissed he was stalking me while dating her. Word has spread through other chapters of the club so he has no safe haven there,” she said and shrugged. “I think he is gone. He would be stupid to show up anywhere within a hundred miles of Rapid City. It is all good,” she said with a grin before eating her next bite. I took a few bites of my food, too.
“Is that ‘buddy’ of yours still causing problems,” she asked. I shrugged.
“He appears to have gotten over it. Billy had some words with him and he has slowed down his partying and is flying right. I still catch a strange look from him, so I guess a part of me wonders. Still, if he isn’t doing anything I am not going to worry about it. If he wants a beef I told Billy I would handle it. That is how we do things and I will handle it if he starts up leaning on me again,” I told her. She nodded.
“He’d be stupid to try anything with you, Jake. I don’t think it would end well for him,” she answered.
“No way, it will. So how is Tina doing? I haven’t seen her in a while,” I told her to change the subject. It was a fun night.

When we entered the hotel lobby three hours later, we had a good buzz and were leaning on each other happily. We got into the elevator and I couldn’t help leaning over to kiss her. She gripped me hard and I responded with the same. It was passionate and lasted until the doors opened. Looking up, we saw someone in a sheet, dressed as a ghost.
“Great costumes, guys, mind if I take a picture,” the ghost said. The person had some voice modulator that made him sound other-worldly.
“Sure, why not,” Dana said and I kept an arm around her and we both posed for the camera. Then we were off to our room.
The ghost thanked us as we went.
Entering our room, Dana threw the coat she had been carrying to the floor and wrapped her arms around me. I picked her up and her legs went around my waist as I carried her over to the bar. Dana picked up the bottle of champagne and took the cork out with her teeth. She took a gulp and then held it for me and poured some down my throat. The bottle went back on the table empty and I carried her to the bed.
“Dana, just being with you for hours has got me so ready, able and willing. I don’t know where to start,” I said, laying her down and taking off my shirt. She giggled. Then she began unzipping her suit down over her breasts. I dropped my pants, leaving just my boxers, and lay next to her. I stroked her stomach and kissed her lips and neck. She moaned softly and shivered. When I started caressing her breasts she moaned and purred. The feel of her fingernails sliding over my skin made me stiffen slightly as my lips met hers and we both moaned into each other. It was a magical night, and it was only getting better with every second. I moved down her chest with my lips while stroking her lower belly, moving a little under the suit to above her place of my desire. She groaned and gripped my shoulders tighter. Her wet tongue started licking my chest, then my neck, and lips. Her hand slipped into my boxers and started caressing my cock. I was hard and her hand was so deft, graceful, and knew all the right buttons to push.
I groaned and she ran a tongue over my nipples and then squeezed my member. Damn, I thought, she was ready as I was. I felt her moisture on my fingers between her legs and knew it was time to put a finale on round one.
“Do me, Jake,” she whispered to my ear. “Make me explode!”
I straddled her. She reached up, running her fingers over my hairy chest, moaning and squirming underneath me. I lifted my hips leaning over her, her breasts pressing against my hairy chest, and then with a quick thrust, I plunged deep into her waiting, wet opening. As our hips slapped together we both cried out with the surge of need and pleasure. She gasped and squealed and I sensed we were both r
eaching the climax together. She began wildly moaning as our tongues explored each other’s mouths, her hips meeting mine with each thrust, reaching a fevered pitch. Until finally, after what seemed an eternity, I exploded inside her and she accepted it all. Gasping, I was able to move my hips twice more before I collapsed back on the bed. She curled against my side and I held her as we tried to catch our breath.
“Good god, Dana, you are so amazing,” I muttered. Not the most poetic response to lovemaking I could have come up with, but it was honest. She giggled and blushed as I pushed the hair away from her face to see her sparkling eyes. She gazed up at me and I smiled.
“You make me feel like I am the only person in the world deserving of everything amazing,” she said. “I don’t know how you do it. As long as you feel that way, I am always ready for you, Jake!” I saw the passion in her eyes and kissed her tenderly on the lips. Outside, on the streets, we could hear the noise of the revelries.
Chapter Nine
Dana
I dried off and wrapped my hair in a towel, then wrapped another towel around me as I walked into my room. It had been a fun three days since Thanksgiving. I was feeling Jake’s absence, though. We had not been able to get together for Thanksgiving. I had gone to the Wild Wolves with Mitch and he had a full few days with the Flaming Dragons. This keeping the relationship on the downlow was really getting old. I missed him and realized I had fallen for the man.
