Take A Look At Me Now Page 31

by Miranda Dickinson

Mac Cheese – an American classic, the one we had was made with white wine, onion and three cheeses.

Clam Chowder – from one of the outdoor stalls at Fisherman’s Wharf, served in a hollowed-out bread loaf with crunchy oyster crackers.

Omelettes – made with four eggs, stuffed with cheese, bell peppers, sour cream and white onions and served with chilli-sautéed ‘home fries’.

Ice Cream – from Ghirardelli Square. It’s quite possibly the most amazing ice cream you’ll ever taste!
