With my internship over, my future was hanging in the balance, and yet, in this hot summer, inside the clubhouse, I felt oddly relaxed.
Nothing like I would have before.
And no one dared leave me now, not with an officer by my side. Though, I was no official member, Tony and Jed both had made it clear, I was to be protected.
“Thanks, sis,” Kara offered, the word rolling off her tongue as both a tease and a trial.
I could barely see the beginnings of her bump under her strappy, black dress.
“So, when is it your turn?” she asked, and I cocked my head to the side, trying to decipher what she meant. “This baby does need an aunt around. Maybe just get tatted and get it over with. Join and become Jed’s ol’ lady.”
I blushed fiercely, feeling Jed’s eyes on me as Tony laughed at the suggestion, knowing Kara meant for this exact reaction.
“Let’s get some drinks for the married man.” Jed changed the subject, likely feeling my discomfort.
“I’m pregnant, I can’t drink. And do you really feel the bar is safe?” Kara asked, the first bit of caution I had ever seen from her.
Yes, she would be a good mother. Despite anything bad done or said.
“We can’t just hide. They all know where we are anyway. Let’s just enjoy this moment,” Tony said, a gleam in his eyes. I felt happy for her and wondered if Jed looked at me that way, and I just didn’t notice.
We all went over to the bar where I first got to know Jed. Tension was high as everyone spotted an unfamiliar face—a redhead dressed like what they liked to call a clubwhore.
She was wearing something even more sultry and suggestive than anything I’d seen Kara in.
Her hair was a fiery but natural red, her curves voluptuous though she was far from big. And she bit her lip at Tony, her ass sticking out to accent it as she leaned over the bar.
Her kutte looked new and bore a symbol other than that of the Saints.
“What the fuck!” Kara seethed, but I put my hand in front, to stop her.
“Look, I don’t know who she is, but I know Tony only has eyes for you. I can see it.” I didn’t want any more fighting, especially during what should be a celebration.
“I’ll deal with her later, Kara,” Tony said darkly, and as they ignored the woman on their night of happiness. I knew this woman would come back to haunt them with the way she watched, even as she was felt up by many a single MC man.
I was careful not to drink too much; still didn’t like what it did to me. I did have a bit, Jed’s hands getting more wandering by the hour until finally, neither of us could hold it in.
We returned to the room we’d been staying in, Tony and Kara both insisting it still wasn’t safe for me to go to his house. They had managed to get some of my things, only a few outfits and my laptop brought here to the club for me.
He took no time getting my clothes off but then stepped back, admiring me like a piece of art.
“I can’t believe I get to look at you every day,” he breathed, and I could feel for the first time a fraction of what Kara must.
I wanted his hands on me so badly, though, it was hard to revel in this revelation.
He turned me around, leaning me over the edge of the bed, sliding himself inside slowly. His thickness filled me up with a sharp gasp.
Then, my flesh adhered around him as I pushed my ass against him, wanting him to somehow reach more of me, touch more of me, though it was impossible.
I was full to the brim.
As he fucked me, a steady rhythm in and out, much more like love and less like lust, I could feel this swelling in my heart and my soul trying to repair. Put itself back together in a new way.
Waves of pleasure crashed over me, as every emotion came with the orgasm.
“It would make me the happiest man in the world if you were my ol’ lady,” Jed breathed.
I climbed into his arms, his hands still on my naked body, his fingers slowly making circles on my sensitive spot, trying to get us going once more, I giggled a little.
“I’m not saying no, but let’s start with moving in together.”
