“Becoming human is not an option,” Michael finally said.
There was silence between the two. Gabriel smiled with an air of victory. Michael talked quick to kill the vibe.
“Why doesn’t Radu just let me kill him myself? I can do it, I can do it tonight.”
“Radu wants to see him die with his own eyes. He doesn’t want to hear about it. This is too big of a moment for him to miss. But he is not going to be a damn fool about it. If Vlad ever gets close, really close, to killing Radu, take him out yourself. But it better be damn close or I cannot promise that he will keep up his end of the bargain.”
“Don’t worry. Radu will see Vlad die.”
