Stranger in the elevator Page 5

by J. J. Poland

“You look great,” said Daniel, leaning against the wall right in front of the girl. Caught off guard and scared, she dropped the papers. Uncomfortable with the situation, she crouched down and started to put them all back together. Suddenly she felt Daniel pushing her towards the elevator wall.

“Sir?” she looked at him scared.

“Do you know why I got drunk today?” asked Daniel, staring at her lips.

“Because you like to drink alcohol?”

“Good guess, but no. Try again.”

“I… I don’t know. Men can have quite a few reasons to drink.”

“I think I was ditched by a girl,” he said, gently touching her lips with his lips. “I invested a lot of money in her. Took her out to a fancy restaurant.” Then he stumbled. His arm slowly went up her thigh, lifting up the skirt. She tried to break away. “Why are you women so… complicated?” he quickly lifted up her skirt.

“Daniel, what are you doing?” she was caught in between the devil and the deep blue sea. Her conscience was blaming her for acting like a whore, yet her curiosity was eager to know all about those things she read in the books.

“You know,” he continued as his hand was rubbing Jane’s inner thigh, giving her the goose bumps, “to tell you the truth, I came to Shannon and fucked her hard, but the whole time I was thinking about you.” His fingers started to rub her pussy through the panties.

“Why are you telling me this?” The girl was dying to see what the next step would be.

“Because,” his finger touched her pussy, “she might be hot and pretty,” the finger kept pleasing Jane, “but it’s you I want so badly.”

He tore the panties apart, reached down and teased her pussy with his tongue. Jane screamed and tried to break away, but that’s what the man was waiting for. He spread her legs and put them on his shoulders, leaving her without support. His tongue was wildly moving around her clit. He heard the girl moan and felt her arms in his hair trying to resist. He started to dream about filling her slowly and gently, but the thoughts were interrupted by the numbness in his legs from standing in an uncomfortable position. His pulsating cock craved for sex, but his legs were hurting. Unable to take it anymore, he got up and immediately got kicked in the groin. The pain and orgasm came in simultaneously. He felt dizzy and collapsed in the corner. As the elevator doors opened, Jane pulled down the skirt and ran away, trying to save her face and completely forgetting about the papers.

The buzzing sound of the cell phone ringing was tearing Daniel’s head apart. “Oh my God, what time is it now? Where am I?” He couldn’t remember anything. Last thing he did recall was the brown-haired girl at the bar – and then a void. The phone kept ringing.

“Hello,” he said, feeling the unbearable headache.

“Sir, it’s Raul. It’s already half past six in the morning. You have an appointment at eight o’clock, and it’s very important. Can you tell me where you are?”

“I’m in bad shape, in the elevator of my own house,” said Daniel. He sat down and looked around.

  “Do you need help?”

“I’m not sure. I’ll call you back in five minutes.”

  “Alright, sir.”

Daniel has finally woken up and found himself surrounded by papers. He picked them up, looked through them and noticed the information about the library. “I wonder what’s happened here.” He got up and pushed the elevator button for his floor – first things first, and he’s got to work.

“This document hereby confirms the library administration’s decision to authorize the opening of an illegal casino in the basement,” Daniel was slowly reading into those pages Jane had left in the elevator. “An illegal casino in the library’s basement? What the hell is that and how is Jane involved? Alright, maybe I’ll see her in the elevator.”

“I’ve got to get myself together and ask him about it.” That was the only thing Jane could think about – those papers she left behind in the elevator, trying to escape the drunken Daniel.

She came up to the elevator and pushed the button. The cabin started moving down slowly from the fifteenth floor. In just a few minutes a whole crowd of people gathered waiting for the elevator, and Daniel was among them. Jane, however, didn’t notice him as she was deep into her thoughts. Most people got off on the lower floors and soon Daniel and Jane were the only two people in the elevator. She kept ignoring him. He coughed, trying to break the ice between them.

“Um, good evening, Jane. How are you?”

Jane returned to reality and looked at him humbly.

“Everything’s fine, thanks. Well, not everything – I’ve lost some very important documents. Do you happen to know where they might be? If I don’t return them by the end of the week, I’ll be fired.”

“What’s so important in those documents?”

“I don’t think I can tell you, especially after what you did yesterday,” the girl blushed.

“I hope I did nothing bad. But judging by your face, I think there was something. Maybe you can tell me what happened? I can’t remember anything at all.” The girl was blushing with shame.

  “I don’t think it’s a good idea.”

“Come on, what the hell happened?”

“Y-you tried to perform cunnilingus on me,” she said, covering her eyes in shame.

“Wow, and did you enjoy it?” He was filled with emotions at that point. The suddenly tenderness of her reaction, her curiosity and amazement about what’s happened.

“It’s hard to say. After meeting you in the elevator, drunk, I’ve had too many emotions. Besides, I still need the papers I left here.”

“Very interesting. And what’s with you and these papers?”

“Sir, do you know where they are?”

  “Probably.”

“I remember leaving them here, in the elevator, along with you. I was afraid of meeting you again in the morning, so I decided to take the stairs – that’s quite a detour, you know.”

The whole situation made Daniel nervous. On one hand, he could easily blackmail Jane to have sex with him, knowing where the papers were. On the other hand, he wanted this act to be genuine from both sides. Still in his thoughts, Daniel didn’t even notice the girl leaving.

“Sir, I understand the importance of these documents for you and the library,” Jane kept fiddling with the phone cord, “and I will find them by the end of the week. If I don’t, you can fire me.”

Jane was frantically walking around her apartment. “I’ve got to get an answer from him, and then maybe ask at the reception. Perhaps, he didn’t notice the papers at all and someone else could have left them there.” This thought seemed somewhat promising to her. Jane pulled on some weird sweater and worn jeans, and went to the penthouse to see Daniel.

Daniel was surprised to hear the ring at the door – he didn’t expect anyone to come. Much to his surprise, it was Jane.

“Sir, I have to apologize for coming unannounced, but I have to get an answer from you. Do you have the papers?”

“Hey, darling, come on in. If you don’t want to tell me how you got these papers, why should I help you?”

“Alright, I’ll tell you. I’m just a regular messenger. I was sent to a very rich man to have these papers signed. At least, that’s what I was supposed to do the next day after we met in the elevator, but I couldn’t – the papers were gone. If you don’t have them, then I’ll just ask at the reception, perhaps somebody left them there.”

“Jane, listen to me. I have the papers. When I woke up in the elevator, I picked them up and read them while I was sober, at work. Do you know what’s in them?”

“No, I’m telling you, I’m just a messenger.”

“How come it’s you and not someone else?”

  “Because,” the girl stumbled.

Daniel slammed his hand against the wall. “Now I’ll give you the choice. Either you’re telling me, why you – and not Lucy - have got this job, or I’ll caress this information out of you. I know you’
d rather not have me doing this.”

“I’ve become a messenger because they promised me a good pay and a potential promotion,” she blurted out.

“Well, who would’ve thought that you were that afraid of me? I thought we could flirt for a while.”

“Can you please give me the papers now?”

“What would you do if you get fired?”

“I’m not sure yet. I’d rather not let this happen.”

“Let’s say, I’m not giving you the papers and you get fired. What are you going to do?”

“I’ll try to find another job, but before that I’ll sell this apartment, so that I will never have to see your face again.”

The man smirked and asked, “And you think you can get away from me by simply moving away from your apartment? I will still find you.”

“Why are you doing this?” the girl almost screamed.

“Because, I like you. You’re like a deal, that I can’t close. And I do like to finish what I’ve started.” Jane stretched her hand and said in a serious tone.

“Give me the papers.” Daniel leaned against the wall and replied.

  “Give me a kiss.”

  “You’re breaking your own rules.”

“I’m just altering them a little bit. You need the papers, and I need a kiss.”

The girl looked at him with suspicion, but nevertheless got up on her toes and gave him a light kiss on the lips. Daniel reacted immediately to Jane’s humble move. He hugged her and pushed her body against the wall. The girl was just about to say something, but Daniel kept her mouth busy with his long kiss. Their tongues engaged in a wild dance. Jane moaned and tried to free herself. Daniel let her hands go and started kissing her lips gently.

“Why do you keep avoiding sex with me? You don’t know what you’re missing.” He switched to her upper lip.

“Women often painfully react to relationships after the sex. I don’t want to feel pain.”

“And what do you want to have after the sex?”

“When I was a kid, I was told that people could have sex only after they got married. Besides, I don’t really know what it’s like – to be a couple and have sex.”

Daniel suddenly released her. He went into his room and came back handing her the papers. “You can go now.” Impressed by this gesture, the girl opened the door and left.

“Sex after marriage my ass. How’s that?” Daniel kept muttering, working out in the gym. “It’s just your average exchange of fluids and bacteria. Why does this need to get so complicated?” It was the first time he was in a situation like this when he didn’t know what to do next. He just wanted to have sex with her. Perhaps, they could have a relationship, but it wouldn’t go far anyway. But offering sex only after the marriage – that’s another thing. And what about “test-drive”? What if they just don’t match in bed? It was weird for him.

Having finished his workout at the gym, Daniel came up to the elevator and saw Lucy, who was carrying Jane on her shoulder.

“Good evening, ladies. What happened to Jane?”

“Sir, I don’t know how to tell you.”

“What do you mean?” The man looked at both girls in surprise.

“She’s just a little bit drunk,” Lucy almost whispered.

“Are you kidding me? I thought this would happen only if Hell froze over. Should we call the Devil himself and ask about it?” Daniel couldn’t help laughing and thought that Lucy would also find this joke funny.

“I’m serious. She wanted to drink even more, but I got a timely warning.”

  “From whom?”

“The bartender, whom she was pouring her heart to.”

“But what happened? Why did she decide to get drunk in the first place? She seemed to be totally controlling herself,” Daniel kept laughing.

  “She got fired.”

“Oh really? But why? She was doing an excellent job.” The man pretended he was surprised.

“From all this drunken nonsense she was talking, all I got was that she messed up some documents and failed someone.”

“I never knew about these events in her life. After that incident in the restaurant, we stayed away from each other, as she asked me to give her a little break.”

“Yeah, I understand. She can be weird sometimes.”

“I’d like to thank you for bringing her to the elevator safely, let me take it from here. Don’t worry, I’ll call you in the morning and tell you how she’s doing, OK?”

“Sir, I hope you’re not going to undress her and put her to sleep, are you? That would be inappropriate.”

“Oh my God, there goes another one,” he thought and said out loud, “I give you my word: I’ll take her to bed and leave her there. Maybe I’ll put a bucket beside her bed, in case of a hangover, but that’ll be it.”

Lucy gave Daniel a suspicious look, but still handed him the girl, who was drunk and mumbled something. The elevator doors opened and Daniel stepped in carrying Jane. The elevator started moving and suddenly the girl said.

“Lucy, he’s so great. Every time I see him, I get butterflies in my stomach. I don’t know how to act.” Jane put her hand on his chest and continued, “You know, the other day he kissed me again. I just can’t think straight when he’s around.” The girl bit her lip. “Oh, please stop doing this or I’ll lose control,” thought Daniel, listening to her confessions.

“I want him to be more persistent, despite my protests, but he’s a gentleman after all.”

“Don’t you think he should be kissing you? He’s your boyfriend,” – Daniel tried to ask questions which could shed the light on what he wanted to know.

“No, he’s not my boyfriend. It was just a bet. I’m not sure if I couldn’t or didn’t want to refuse him. Would you refuse him? But all he wants is sex. And I told him that we could have sex only after marriage.”

“And why do you want to have sex only after marriage?” This was a very intriguing question for Daniel.

“Lucy, what do you mean “why”? If I have sex with him now, I’ll be just another whore. I don’t want to be a whore. My mother always told me, that I couldn’t let men in that easy.”

“Right, you’re almost perfect at that. God-level,” thought Daniel.

“Lucy, do you even understand how sexy his smile is? Like, that time when he caught me in the elevator. I felt something special. As a librarian, I read a lot of books, but I can’t seem to find a way to describe my feelings.”

  “Maybe you’re in love?”

“Oh, don’t say that.” The girl closed her eyes for a moment and tilted her head back, opening her mouth slightly.

“Gosh, you’re so sexy,” Daniel gave her a warm kiss, but she resented. “Oh well, not again.”

“Bill, how many times do I have to tell you not to touch me? You’re not my type.”

“I’ve got to pay a visit to Bill,” Daniel felt extremely jealous.

“So, Jane, what are you going to do? You were fired, weren’t you?”

The girl came into consciousness and said.

“Yes, Lucy, they told me that those papers were not the ones they needed. I’m starting to suspect Daniel of giving me the wrong papers on purpose. It’s very mean. He must’ve done this to get me fired, but I don’t understand why.”

“So, are you going to have sex with Daniel?”

“Oh, it’s such a difficult question. Perhaps yes, but only if I can’t control myself at all and he’s going to be more persistent, than usual. Here’s what I’d like to tell you – I haven’t discussed it with anyone else yet: the other day he gave me a lip service,” the girl covered her mouth in shame. “It was unbelievable. His tongue did all kinds of nasty things there, oh God. And I don’t have anyone to discuss it with.”

“You can discuss it with me,” thought Daniel, pleased to hear the compliments about his abilities.

“Lucy, how can I discuss it with you? Did you have such an experience? It’s not like you’re able to compare.”

&nb
sp; “And what about him going inside of you? Feel his manhood there?”

Even in that drunken state, the girl blushed.

“I read a lot about it, but I don’t know what it is and how it feels. I don’t dream further than the passionate kisses. And, to tell you the truth, I’m a bit afraid. I feel I can’t live up to his expectations – he’s such an experienced guy, he must’ve had thousands of women,” said Jane.

“Well, not that many, but I think I’ve had a hundred for sure,” replied Daniel in his mind and then asked,

  “Perhaps, you should seduce him?”

“Lucy, what do you mean “seduce”? You need to learn the moves, and I can’t even dance; and when I try, it’s more than ridiculous, like I’m a paralyzed mantis.”

“Wow, what an imagination!” thought Daniel. An idea suddenly popped into his head and he said.

“Let’s take some strip-dance lessons. Maybe it’ll help you feel more naturally, like a woman should.”

“No, I’ve had enough of that “woman” stuff when we were shopping. Especially in the lingerie department. I feel naked when I have only underwear on me.”

“But you’re still going to seduce him one way or another, aren’t you?”

  “Maybe yes, maybe no.”

  “No? Why?”

“Lucy, this elevator is moving really slowly today. I’m tired and I’m dying to sleep.” The girl rested her head on Daniel’s shoulder.

“Damn, she ruined the best part,” he thought and said out loud, “Yeah, sure. I’ll help you get to bed.”

Daniel started to search her purse for the keys, but she read his mind, “The keys are in my left pocket.”

Daniel entered the apartment and put the girl on the bed. He gently touched her face and, unable to resist, gave her a long horny kiss. The girl moaned and pressed herself against him. Daniel decided not to take any further risks and ended the kiss abruptly. Jane is out and if anything happens, she’ll blame him for everything in the morning.
