Lisa is a graduate student at American University in Washington, DC studying a dual track of Chemistry and Biology. Lisa is the daughter of Hugh McIntyre.

Fredericks is a graduate of Princeton. He is an extremely wealthy man who has made billions through hedge funds and government contracts directed to minority contractors. He is a frequent visitor to the White House and the primary donor for Katherine’s campaign.
John Levy
Levy is the lead agent for Walter Fontaine’s protection detail. He is financially strapped or he would have quit the detail and possibly the Secret Service all together, due to the stresses and annoyances he endures from Walter.
III. Peoples Republic of China
General Hu Sengai
Hu is the General responsible for the PRC’s “Special Warfare” arsenal, to include nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.
Song Ren
Song is the Chinese Premier and General Secretary of the Communist Party in China. It places him at the head of the Chinese government. He is obsessed with retaking control of the Chinese renegade province known in the West as Taiwan or Republic of China and formerly as Formosa.
General Lao Tung
Lao is the head of the PRC Ministry of State Security (PRC version of the Russian KGB). Lao has the ear of Song and is the perfect balance between being a spy master, an economist and a politician.
Wong Jie
Song’s Secretary and de Facto Chief of Staff.
Major Cho Chong
Cho is the bright, up and coming MSS officer sent by Lao to meet with Ahmed. Cho is fluent in 8 languages, including Arabic.
Gong Xi
Foreign Minister, People’s Republic of China. Gong does what Song and Lao tell him to do.
Chen Wen
Chen is a major industrialist in the People’s Republic of China. He is a billionaire who has gotten wealthy by knowing the right people within the Politburo and supplying military material to the PLA.
Ching Kai
Chen Wen’s assistant that conveys confidential directions to high-ranking officials and business people. He towers over most at just over two meters (6’6”) tall.
Wu Chin
Wu is Chen Wen’s clandestine contact with Eli Fredericks, usually in Washington, DC.
IV. Afghanistan
Ahmed al-Rasheed
Ahmed is the undisputed leader of Jihadists of the Prophet (JOTP), a radical Muslim group loosely affiliated with al-Qaida and ISIS (Islamic State). He second wife is Jasmine and he has been recruited by Cho for future actions.
Abdullah Muhammad
Abdullah is close confidant of al-Rasheed.
Ali al-Hadiz
Ali is the brother of Ahmed’s second wife Jasmine and the rising star within the family. Ali just graduated from the University of Kentucky - School of Pharmacy, with a PhD.
Julie Carrithers
An American, Arabic speaking aid girl that had been kidnapped and imprisoned by the JOTP for purposes of teaching Ahmed’s martyrs enough English and other skills to allow them to be able to travel throughout the world.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.
At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following “Current Communist Goals,” which she identifies as an excerpt from “The Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS
U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardles
s of whether or not items could be used for war.
Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)
Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
Do away with all loyalty oaths.
Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
Gain control of all student newspapers.
Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, and policymaking positions.
Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”
Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, and healthy.”
Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture-education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems.
Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
Internationalize the Panama Canal.
Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction] over nations and individuals alike.

Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. Appendix D: Terms and Definitions
Charm School
Special school located outside of Shanghai, China where young women and a few young men are trained to exert sexual and psychological influence over others, usually men. This school is operated by the MSS.
DNI – Director of National Intelligence
The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) is the U.S. government official – subject to the authority, direction, and control of the President – to advise the President and other agencies about intelligence matters related to national security. He or she also serves as head of the sixteen-member U.S. Intelligence Community.
EMP – Electo-magnetic pulse
An EMP is a surge of energy that can be caused by a solar flare, high level nuclear detonation or other mechanical means. It will burn up and render inoperable most electronic devices or circuits.
FEMA – Federal Emergency Management Authority
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, initially created by Presidential Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1978 and implemented by two Executive Orders on April 1, 1979. This organization coordinates the federal response to emergencies of all kinds, including hurricanes, tornados, flood
s and other catastrophic events affecting large numbers of people.
Formosa – also known as Taiwan
This island off the coast of Fujian Province, People’s Republic of China (PRC) is also known as the Republic of China. Following World War II, the Communist insurgency defeated the Nationalist Chinese government, the remnants of which fled to the island of Taiwan and nearby islands. Under a democratic, capitalistic government Taiwan has flourished economically while the PRC remained closed until the early 1970s. The PRC Communist Party views Taiwan as a break-away province that will be eventually returned to the Chinese empire.
HRT – Hostage Rescue Team
The FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) is the counter-terrorism and hostage rescue unit of the FBI. Its mission is to rescue American citizens and allies who are held hostage by hostile forces, usually terrorists and/or criminals.
Intel – Intelligence
Intel is the description for a group or agency that collects secret information or “Intelligence” about an enemy or area. Intel is the collected information used by decision-makers to form actions and policies.
JOTP – Jihadists of the Prophet
The JOTP is the Afghan terrorist group lead by Ahmed al-Rasheed.
MSS – Ministry of State Security
The Ministry of State Security (MSS) is the intelligence and security agency of the People’s Republic of China (nonmilitary area of interests), responsible for counter-intelligence, foreign intelligence and political security. It is headquartered near the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China in Beijing. It has responsibilities that are roughly equivalent to the old Soviet KGB and a combination of the FBI and CIA and is an organ of the Chinese Communist Party.
