Wicked Shots Page 8

“I-I don’t know. Do you like that?”

“Are you sure you want to do this, Jessie?” Sam asked, swallowing. “Because goddamn it, do I want you. Have wanted you for years.” His voice was raspy and he dropped his forehead to hers, cupping his hands around her jaw. His touch was tender and he traced the outline of her chin in a light trail that left a heated path behind.

“It sure didn’t seem like you wanted me for years,” she whispered, fisting his shirt. With a tug, she pulled him against her, his arousal pushed against her own and her body clenched at the feel of his excitement.

He growled, claiming her lips with his. It was wild, primal, and the animal nature resonated deep within her as he curled his fingers into her panties. Dragging them down her thighs, they fell to the floor. “That outfit,” he panted, “didn’t just drive Cass crazy. Did you see how every other guy in school was looking at you?”

Jess nodded. “I saw. But all I cared about was how you were looking at me.”

“God, you’re so hot,” he murmured, sliding his lips down her throat. “You know the way you nibble the edge of your pencil in Spanish? I used to stare at you from the back of class, wishing it was me you were nibbling on.”

Jess swallowed. “It could have been. Anytime. You just needed to say the word.”

He stilled, the muscles at his lower back bunching beneath her palms. Static buzzed between them as drunken partygoers hollered from the other side of the door. Finally, Sam sighed. “Look, Jessie, I—”

“I don’t want to hear it,” Jess snapped. And it was true. She didn’t come tonight because she wanted some sort of bullshit apology. She didn’t come to reconcile. She came because they were eighteen. Adults. And she was leaving soon. But before she did, she had to get Sam out of her system. Otherwise she’d never be able to truly move on. Softening her tone, she backed up toward the bed, lowering herself on it. “Tell me more. About how much you wanted me,” she said.

“At Halloween. Jake’s party—you came in a devil costume,” he hissed, closing his eyes. “Jesus, that was hot. You had that red corset and a black miniskirt with fishnets. It looked like you stepped right out of a calendar. It felt wrong staring at you in that outfit. You were just so … naughty.”

Jessica giggled and sat up on her elbows. “Ohhh, I’m a naughty girl, am I?”

Sam’s gaze shot to hers. “Are you making fun of me?”

She stilled, swallowing and holding his gaze. He looked so serious, so angry. She shook her head. “No … I-I just thought we were playing around. Being silly.”

“I’m not.” The air crackled with electricity, and for a moment all breath stalled in Jess’s throat. Was this the same guy? Sam’s gaze burned a line down her body and the moment of having the giggles evaporated. His touch splayed along her hip and Jess found herself gasping at the sudden contact. It was more erotic and intimate than the kiss they had just shared and his eyes seared into hers. Dropping her hand to his chest, his heart thundered against her palm. Why? Because of her? All this time, all these years, she thought he hated her for some unknown reason. In reality, could it have been that he was actually as in love with her as she was with him? As her gaze lifted, his face was tight, smoldering. It was all the confirmation she needed. They locked into each other’s stare and Sam brushed his fingers down her cheek before bringing them to the hem of her short skirt. Shadows shimmied along his features, and before Jess had too long to study him, his mouth was on her again. With one finger, he entered her. She expected him to be rough, taking just what he wanted and not thinking more of it. But his movements were slow, controlled, easing her body into a melting pile of whimpers. Jessica cried out, falling back on the pillow, closing her eyes.

“Jessica.” Sam’s voice was demanding but quiet. “Jessie, look at me.” She leaned back up on her elbows, once again meeting his gaze. His lips quirked. “Good girl.” He pushed two fingers inside, stretching her, and lowered his mouth to her mass of trimmed curls. His eyes burned into hers, never breaking focus. Who was this man? He wasn’t the Sam she had grown up with. The new quiet control had Jess trembling all over.

It wasn’t long until Jess was clenching around his fingers, and light exploded behind her eyes. She fell back onto the bed again, clamping her eyes shut as the spasms took hold of her body. She bit back a cry and fisted Sam’s comforter between her fingers.

After she finished, Sam put both fingers in his mouth, sucking her flavor from them. “You have a real problem with listening, you know that?” he said quietly, his lips curving. “Turn over.”

“I want to suck you first,” Jess said.

His head moved back and forth slowly. “Flip.” He gave a little gesture with his hand and Jess swallowed. Was this some sort of game? A new fantasy? Something he’d seen in his latest stepdad’s porn collection? Jess wasn’t sure, but whatever it was, she liked it. And the fact that she liked it scared the crap out of her.

She did as he said, flipping onto her stomach. “Like this?”

“On your knees.” His voice was different. Tight. Controlled, but on the edge of falling into something different. Like a car about to spin off the edge of a cliff.

Jessica did as she was told, pulling her body onto her hands and knees.

“You like driving me crazy, Jessie?” he asked.

Jess opened her mouth to speak but didn’t know what to say. What was the right answer here? Wasn’t it good that she drove him crazy?

His hand twisted around her hair, grasping the ponytail in his hand. He gave a tug and her head jerked back. “Answer me, Jessie.”

“Y-yes!” she cried out. “Yes, I want you to be crazy about me.”

“I told you to look at me and yet while you came, you looked away. You wore your little outfit to drive me insane.” He chuckled and dropped his mouth to her ear, flicking his tongue across the sensitive flesh there. Nibbling the edge, his voice lowered. “You’re a bad girl.”

His flattened palm connected with her ass in a spank that took her completely off guard. She cried out—not out of pain necessarily, but more out of shock. She tightened down there and could feel her desire pooling once more.

Had he really just hit her? She clenched her teeth … no, no, it was a spank. Not a hit. Lots of couples spanked. She turned her head to try to look back at him, but he spanked her again. The third time she braced herself; this one was harder, a biting sting that resonated across her skin. Between each slap, Sam ran his fingers between her legs, gathering the juices there on the tip of his finger and playing with her swollen sex. He spanked again, this time landing his palm in the center of her ass so that part of his hand connected with her pussy. She cried out loud, something clenching deep within her. Deeper inside than any excitement she’d ever felt before.

Fuck, was she actually enjoying this? How twisted was she for wanting it even harder? And how fucked up was he for enjoying her pain? But she couldn’t deny her body’s response to the sudden demand and ownership Sam had over her.

“I want to see this hot ass red with my handprint.” He spanked her again, this time positioning himself directly behind Jess and lowering his mouth to her once more. He ran his tongue up her thighs, catching the dripping fluids there. “Fuck, Jessie. You’re so wet. You like this, don’t you? Please tell me you do. Tell me I’m not alone in this.” He sounded broken. His voice caught at the end just a little, and Jess looked over her shoulder, their eyes connecting once more.

One side of her mouth lifted into a wry smile. “I can’t believe I’m about to say this,” she whispered, “but holy hell is this hot.”

Though barely visible, Sam’s muscles relaxed into a sigh and his eyes glimmered with the admission. Licking his lips, he closed his eyes, trailing his hands over her ass slowly, as though taking in every detail.

Long fingers curled around her shoulders and up the back of her neck. Snaking the other arm around her hip, he tenderly flipped her onto her back, resting her back against the pillows before lowering
his lips to her ear. “I need you, Jessie. I’ve wanted you—wanted this for so long.”

The bold sentence rocked through her and Jess was instantly aroused by his admission. She lifted her chin, her eyes seeking his and her chest heaving with the trembling breath. She wanted him inside her more than anything. It wouldn’t be Sam’s first time, but it would be hers. Did he even know that? She pulsed for him. Wanted it; needed it. But she didn’t trust her voice not to shake in answering him, so she just nodded instead.

His fingers traced little S shapes down her arm until they laced with hers and gently, he pulled both arms over her head, peppering tiny kisses over her jaw and lips.

He reached for his nightstand, grabbing a condom tucked in there and ripped the package with his teeth. “I need to take this in,” he said quietly. “Every fucking second of it.” His gaze shifted, studying her face, then he untied her halter top, slipping it down over her heavy breasts. They pebbled, reaching for his touch, his attention, his mouth, his … anything.

He positioned himself between her legs, brushing a hand over her hair and kissed her. His tongue moved expertly around hers, molding her mouth, guiding her into being a woman. “You okay?” he asked.

  Jess nodded. “Yeah.”

“Good.” He smiled and kissed her again. “I don’t ever want you not to be okay.”

Jessica switched the shower off, sick of constantly thinking about those haunting memories of Sam. Neither of them had lasted long while having sex. Even though Sam was the most experienced guy she’d ever been with at that age, he was still young. A few thrusts later and he was trembling over her body, only he made sure she had one more orgasm before falling asleep with his arm draped over her stomach. Jess had lain there beside him for about an hour.

Her body had betrayed her that night. She never wanted to be the kind of woman who wanted to be hit. She was stronger than that. Playful or not. Sexual or not. She had slipped out from his hold that night, putting her skimpy outfit back on, grabbed a final bottle of Boone’s Farm, and slipped out the back door while Sam slept upstairs. She wanted to drink the thoughts away; the haunting memories and the sadness and loss of her parents not seeing her graduation day.

Jessica dried off, wrapping the silky robe around her. She had never stopped thinking about that night. No man had ever been able to make her come like Sam had. And with the very limited number of lovers she’d had since, she always found herself wanting a good spanking.

“Shit,” Jess muttered to herself as she found a pair of black dress pants and a button-down shirt. “Damn you, Sam.” She was going to walk herself into that precinct today and get herself a job. And if Sam had a problem with it? Well, he could just go to hell.
