  He loaded the video and pulled another armchair up close to the television, rubbing his hands in anticipation as the company logos filled the screen.

  "This is going to be great!"

  And in a way, Orcas decided, it was.

  Since that first meeting, the partners had been on several missions together and their friendship had grown warm. Orcas soon realised that they had been paired because they were complementary: Orph, inclined to be frivolous, needed the steady steering of the responsible Orcas from time to time. Orcas, who took a more serious view of life, relied on the merry and extrovert Orph to raise his spirits. Orcas was the planner. Orph was good at talking to people, making friends and extracting information. They were Yin and Yang - a perfect match.
