Under a Raging Moon: Part Three Page 12

The guy’s finger tensed on the trigger.

“You can’t take us all out,” Hudson suddenly growled.

“Yeah,” said Kale. “Put down your gun, and we won’t kill you.”

The man swallowed. He looked around, but the second level was empty except for us. It looked just like a typical office building—carpeted floors and beige wallpaper. This must be the big headquarters, where the boss of Sal’s group ran everything. It was a front for illegal activity, of course, so it had to look legitimate. Well… with the exception of the armed guards, that was.

The man suddenly nodded. “Yeah, yeah. Okay.” He slowly knelt down and put his gun down on the ground.

Hudson jumped on him and clobbered him over the head too.

Then we went for Sal’s office.

The first door on the right had Sal’s name on it. We tried the door, and it was locked, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. It was a flimsy little door knob. I could pick stuff like that in my sleep. We were in right away.

  The office was dark.

I flipped on the light. It was typical inside—a desk, a few chairs in front of it, pictures on the walls of Sal and some woman.

I tucked the gun into the waist of my pants and started going through the desk, looking for the necklace. “Help me out, guys.”

We looked for fifteen solid minutes, and as each one passed, we all got more tense. We knew we didn’t have all the time in the world, and there was no guarantee the necklace was here. If, in fact, Sal had taken it home with him, we were screwed. I had no idea where he lived, and I didn’t relish the idea of terrorizing his wife, or whoever the woman was in the pictures.

But I didn’t think that Sal had taken the necklace home. I was fairly sure that he wouldn’t have done that, for the precise reason of not wanting to put his family in danger.

We went through every desk drawer, opened every file cabinet, pulled all the books off the shelves.

Every second that ticked by was a second closer to someone else finding us, a second closer to danger. We needed to find this necklace, and we needed to find it fast.

  “Got it!” Kale was triumphant.

Hudson and I both looked up to see that Kale was holding a hollow book. The necklace had been tucked inside.

“Awesome.” I darted across the room to kiss him.

Hudson threw his arms around both of us, and I kissed Hudson too.

“Let’s get the hell out of here,” I said.

“I’m afraid that’s not going to be possible,” said a voice—the same voice that taunted us from outside our cell. The door to Sal’s office fell open.

  CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE

The big boss man had a big gun. He held it out in front of him with both hands, and he sneered as he entered the office. “You’re the worst kind of scum, you know that? I hate scum, but I hate scum that doesn’t cooperate even worse.”

My gun was put away, and so were the other guys’. We were all helpless, and we all in a clump here together, too, so he could aim at all of us at once.

My heart beat staccato in my chest. I was terrified. But maybe because of all we’d already accomplished, I couldn’t help but give this guy a little bit of sass. “Not cooperating when you’re trying to starve us to death. Well, I can’t imagine why that would be.”

“Shut up, bitch,” said the boss.

  “Hey,” said Hudson.

“Don’t call her that,” said Kale.

“You killed my son,” said the boss. “I don’t want you to die quickly. I don’t want to just shoot you dead. I want you to have weeks of time to think about what you’ve done. I want you all to hurt.”

“So you’re not going to shoot us?” said Hudson. He lifted the edge of his shirt.

“Yeah, that was a stupid thing to admit,” said Kale.

They both shifted, one on either side of me, lighting fast, their wolves engulfing their bodies in the blink of an eye.

Startled, the boss man pulled the trigger.

  I hit the floor.

The bullets rat-a-tatted out of the gun, but they sailed over our heads.

And Hudson and Kale dove at the man in wolf form.

He shrieked, trying to move the gun, to aim at them.

But they were too fast, and he was too frightened.

It was over in a matter of minutes.

The two stood up, shifting back into their human forms, and the smell of blood tickled my wolf’s nose again.

  I shut my eyes.

  “You all right?” said Kale.

I nodded. “You had to do it. He was going to kill us.” I knelt down and picked up the necklace. Kale had dropped it when he shifted. I looked down at it. It was so pretty and so delicate. It had brought us all together, but it had caused so much heartache and bloodshed as well. I’d be happy enough to be rid of it.

  “Let’s go,” I said.

  We did.

  * * *

“Sorry for calling so late,” I said into the phone. “I know it’s the middle of the night. But I wanted you to know that we ran into some issues getting the necklace to you. That doesn’t mean we aren’t still interested in a deal, however.”

Madeleine sounded tired, but alert. “Yes, of course. Thank you so much for letting us know. We were concerned.”

  “When can we reschedule?”

  “How about tomorrow?” she said.

  “Perfect.”

“Do you have accommodations?” she said. “We had set up a room for you at the Parker-Carlson Hotel in case our negotiations dragged on. If you need somewhere to stay, it’s all paid for, just check in.”

I grinned. “Well, that’s very nice of you.”

We were lucky that Sal and his men hadn’t bothered to take our cash when they captured us. They’d been mostly interested in the necklace, apparently. So we were able to get a cab back to the museum, where we found the truck still parked in the garage. From there, we went to the hotel that Madeleine had booked for us.

It was a very nice suite with several rooms, but all I wanted was a shower and then sleep. We were all a little gross from our time in the cell and everything we’d had to do in order to get away, so as soon as I announced my plans for showering, the guys chimed in that they wanted clean too.

That was how we all ended up in the shower together.

The shower in the hotel was easily big enough for three, and the shower head was wide, but it was still hard to get time in front of it by myself. The guys kept calling me a shower hog and shoving me out of the way. But I pointed out that I was smaller than either of them, so if I stood in front of the shower, then some water actually got on them. If I was behind one of them, I couldn’t get any water at all. We playfully flitted in front of the shower head and then back away, assisting each other with washing.

The guys both seemed to think that certain areas of my body were much dirtier than was really warranted, because they kept scrubbing me there, covering me with suds. But I didn’t mind. I liked the contrast of the rough washcloths and their hands. They left me gasping and aroused, I kissed them both, one after the other. I ran my hands over them—over their hard stomachs and sculpted chests. They were both hard, and I made sure to wrap my hands around their erections, pumping at them both until they groaned.

They pushed me up against the slippery wall of the shower and assaulted me with their hands and tongues, and I loved every second of it.

I closed my eyes, lost in the bliss of it, and I whispered to them. “I want this. I don’t care if it will be impossible. I don’t care about anything except both of you. I’d do anything for you guys.”

“I want this too,” said Kale, in between planting kisses on my neck.

Hudson arched an eyebrow at me. He was beautiful, water streaming over his thick body. “What about the werewolf stuff?”

“I can deal with it,” I said.

  “Can you?” said Hudson.

“She can deal with it,” said Kale, his fingers snaking back betwe
en my legs to tease my clit.

  Hudson turned off the shower.

Kale and I both looked at him.

Now, none of us were touching.

“This is a serious conversation,” said Hudson. “I don’t know if we should be distracted.”

“We don’t have to have a conversation,” I said. “Look, I get it now. I realized when I was inside that cell that there are some things worth protecting, no matter what it takes. So, if I have to be violent to save us, then I have to. You know?”

  “You’re really okay with that?”

“What I’m not okay with is what happened in college,” I said. “But maybe I’ll never be okay with that. And maybe I shouldn’t be. It was a horrible thing. But I have enough control of my wolf now that I know I won’t kill for no reason ever again, and that’s going to have to be good enough, because I can never bring back the people I killed.”

Both of the guys looked down.

“Look, we don’t have to talk about that.” I pressed myself against Hudson’s body, and I trailed my fingers over Kale’s chest. “I don’t think we have to talk at all. What I’m saying is that I want to be with you. Both of you. I want to try it. Try all of it, all the crazy things that might never work.” I laughed. “Hell, even babies.”

Hudson let out a nervous laugh. “Well, maybe we don’t have to take everything really fast, you know?”

  Kale grinned at him. “Coward.”

Hudson looked a little embarrassed. But then he cupped my face and kissed me. “Let’s be crazy then.”

I turned my face to Kale to kiss him as well.

“Are you really up for being crazy?” said Kale.

  “Why?” I said.

“Well,” Kale said, “I had an idea, something we could try if you think you can handle it.” He pressed into my back, caressing my wet skin. “It probably wouldn’t work with condoms, though, so both of you really are going to have to be crazy.”

“What are you talking about?” Hudson looked at him over my shoulder.

Kale leaned forward and explained to us in a deep voice that stirred excitement inside me, as well as a tiny knot of apprehension.

“We’d have to get you really, really wet, of course,” said Kale.

The idea turned me on very much, but I wasn’t sure about it. “You really think it would work?”

  “I do,” said Kale.

“I’ll try it,” I said, cringing.

Hudson made a face. “I’m just not sure about the logistics. How would that… work?”

“Well, if you were lying down,” said Kale. “And she was straddling you, and I was right where I am…”

  My body twitched in anticipation.

  * * *

After some time, we did indeed end up in that position. Hudson lying on the bed, me straddling him, and Hudson behind me.

But first, the guys weren’t kidding about getting me as wet as possible. Kale thought it would be better if I had at least one orgasm before they tried it, and Hudson said two to be safe. It was just like the time back in the cabin where they’d competed to see who could get me off better. Kale fingered me while Hudson played with my breasts. Together, they brought me to a thunderous crescendo. And then Hudson put his mouth between my legs, and Kale took over with my nipples, teasing and pinching them until I came again—which happened pretty quickly. I was very, very worked up and turned on.

After each orgasm, they tested me, running their fingers between my legs and discussing my level of wetness.

I found that turned me on even more.

“She’s pretty soaked down there,” Hudson said. “What do you think?”

Kale touched me. “Yeah, she’s wet all right.” He pinched my nipples. “You think you can get wetter for us, Piper?”

I looked up at him. “I don’t know if I’ve ever been this turned on,” I breathed.

  “Good girl,” said Hudson.

We all kissed a little bit before getting into position, and we touched each other. I stroked each of their cocks.

“It would probably help if you get them both a little wet too,” Kale said gently. “Maybe you could use your mouth?”

If possible, the request made me even more hot. “Great idea.” I promptly turned over and slid my lips over Kale’s long, long cock. He was sleek and perfect in my mouth, and I wanted to suck him, but instead I just moistened him as much as I could. When I popped my lips away, he glistened under the hotel lights. I turned to Hudson and gave him the same treatment. He felt great in my mouth too. God, I couldn’t believe how lucky I was. I was going to have forever with both of these men, both of these luscious cocks.

Then Hudson scooted up to the top of the bed, and I straddled him. Kale moved in behind me. He kissed my neck.

Hudson looked up at us with a little smile on his face. “Uh, how do we do this?”

Kale’s voice was rich and thick, and just listening to his languid instructions made me even more aroused. “Go ahead and put Hudson inside you first, Piper.”

“Okay,” I whispered. I guided Hudson into my opening, settling down on top of him.

We both gasped as he entered me. I had a moment of panic. I wasn’t sure if this could possibly work. Hudson had a very thick shaft, and I wasn’t sure if there was going to be any more room in there.

Kale stroked my back. “Does he feel good?” he soothed.

  “Yeah,” I breathed. “Very good.”

“And Hudson?” said Kale. “Does she feel good around you?”

“Mmm,” said Hudson. His eyes were closed, and I could tell he was having trouble not thrusting.

Kale kissed my shoulder. “Okay, well get ready, because it’s about to get much more tight in there for all of us.”

  I sucked in breath.

“No, no,” said Kale, kissing me again. “Don’t tense, baby. Relax.”

  I let out the breath.

Kale’s fingers rubbed at my opening, and at the base of Hudson’s shaft. There was something on them.

“It’s oil,” he told me. “Best lubricant we’ve got right now.” He pushed a finger into me.

I let out a little sound.

  Hudson panted. “Oh, shit.”

“That’s not even my cock yet,” said Kale. “You okay, Piper?”

“Actually, fine,” I said. “That fits fine.” I was a little stretched, but it was a very, very good stretch.

“How about this?” Another finger slid in.

I moaned. “I’m ready for your cock, Kale. I want you in me too. I want you both in me.”

I felt the head of him pushing against me, but he was so slippery and lubed that he was just sliding around. So, I reached back, grasped his shaft and urged it inside.

We all made noise at once.

Kale was rubbing my nipples soothingly. “You okay?” he whispered.

Hudson threw his head back, eyes rolling back in his head. “Oh my God, that’s so snug.”

“I’m good,” I whispered. I’d never been filled like this before. It was quite nice. And it was absolutely wonderful to be with both of them this way.

And then they started to thrust.

  That was…

Hard to describe. At first, they seemed to be working against each other, unable to find a similar rhythm. Once or twice, one of them fell out, but I immediately put them back in.

Eventually, though, they found their pace, and seemed to take turns hitting me deeply inside, so that they were rubbing against me, and also against each other, like each of them were fucking me and fucking the other guy as well. It was incredibly intimate.

I felt the way I’d felt before with Hudson, like I’d been taken away to a blissful summer world, where I was making love to my men in a bright, green field, caressed by warm breezes and sunshine. But it was ten times more intense, because it was all three of us. And I had never felt so… complete in my entire life.

I came more than once, and each orgasm rolled over me sweetly, shaking my body like a summer th
understorm and then evaporating into more pleasure… before another peak of joy took me over again, this one even more intense than the last.

When my final wave hit me, the mother of all climaxes, like I’d been transported to the heavens, like I was being wracked by bolts of lightning as I floated in the air, I took them both with me, and we all found our release together.

  * * *

When we woke up the next morning, all tangled together in bed, I felt as if I was home—just because I was with the two of them. As we were kissing each other awake, Hudson said sleepily, “Did you mean it last night, Piper?”

  I stretched. “Mean what?”

“Are we really going to try this?” said Hudson. “Are you going to be our girlfriend?”

  Kale looked at me expectantly.

“Of course I meant it,” I said, grinning at both of them, my heart bursting. “I want this. I want you. Both of you.”

“Good,” said Kale. “Because that’s what I want.”

  “Me too,” said Hudson.

We ended up being late for our meeting at the Belmann Museum. We were, er, busy.

Luckily, the negotiations for the necklace went very smoothly. They were able to confirm that it was indeed the genuine article, and they speculated that Princess Irina may have come to America in hiding. Maybe she had even married into Hudson’s and Kale’s wolf clan and lived out the rest of her life there in secret. The truth was that no one really knew what had happened to her or how the necklace had come to be in Kale’s possession. However, the museum was very happy to have it in its collection and promised they’d use it for education and the enrichment of history.

  We left significantly richer.

Everything seemed perfect. Here we were, in love and together, the whole world spread out in front of us. We were invincible, or so it seemed.

And that was when things started to get a little complicated. Even though we’d all committed to each other, we hadn’t spent any time talking about practical considerations. We’d mostly spent our time fucking, which was fun, but it didn’t help us figure out how this relationship was going to work.
