“I’m great.” She took her bag and phone. “Just great. Thank you…. For everything.”
A confused smile on his face, he gathered his things and walked off, headed toward Gate 4. Tayden couldn’t tear her eyes away. It was so real. The fog, the moans, his cock, the beads.
Oh, dear god, the beads!
How in the hell did she get Ben Wa balls up her…?
Hyperaware of their presence, her pussy clenched again. She could swear everyone heard them clanging about inside her; knew the flush on her face gave away the secret she was holding. She grinned a little.
So what if they knew? So what if she wanted to get freaky in the bedroom? So what if she liked men and women, liked pleasing and being pleased in return?
A huge weight lifted from her shoulders, a weight Tayden never knew she’d been carrying, and when she inhaled it felt like the first real breath she’d ever taken in her life.
The man stopped abruptly, turned and strode back to her.
“Almost forgot.” He had her book in his hand. On the faded cover, medieval French peasants wearing cone-shaped hats danced and juggled and sang. In the background, a small, dark square sat atop a hill.
“You’re wondering how I got them in there, aren’t you?” He lifted one dark brow. Tapping his fingertip on the hardback, he leaned in, voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. “This book doesn’t even smudge the surface.”
He pulled back and winked.
Tayden’s eyes widened. “Mangeur de…. You’re the Eat–….”
A card protruded from the top edge of the book. She slipped it out—blank—flipped it over and read the name penned in blue ink: Julian.
No last name. No address. No phone number.
She didn’t need them.
Tayden knew exactly what he was; knew how to get where she wanted to be.
Halfway around the world in the perfect rural town in France. Dead in the center of all the action of Mardi Gras.
God bless your cheeky, French-Canadian soul, Carson.
Julian cupped her face with his palm, a question in his eyes.
“I believe.” She nodded. “I confess.”
“You’ve a flight to catch, Tayden. A story to write… Tracing Mardi Gras to its roots, if your memory is anything to go by.”
She couldn’t wait to write it.
“And then?” Tayden asked boldly. A scene flashed in her mind. In it, Julian tugged the chain of beads from her ass, sphere by naughty sphere. Her body trembled and she whimpered.
“Then…” Julian brushed a kiss over her mouth; whispered in her ear, “Then you’ll eat cake.”

Perri Forrest
Born in the country, raised in the Sunshine! Leo the Lioness. Fiercely Loyal. Confident. Outspoken. Attracted to intellect. Addicted to knowledge. My pen and paper consummated when I was pre-teen, and birthed my first journal, and an undying love of writing. Journaling comforted me through tumultuous times over the years, so transitioning that into writing for an audience, was a natural process. My stories are romantic, with a touch of erotica. As a romantic at heart, I prefer to bring the romance to the forefront, as I am intrigued by the concept of “sex as a language” – an art that if spoken fluently, can be mastered beautifully. I love the full body experience of mind, body, and soul. I enjoy breathing those scenarios into my character’s liaisons, and watching them build from there.
