A Dangerous Love 3: Undeniable Desires Page 13

by J Peach

“Fuck you, Peaches. I’m goin’ to bed.” Again, I started laughing as he rolled over, facing away from me. Scooting behind him, I wrapped my arms around him. “What the fuck you doing?”

“Rubbing yo titties. Damn, they done got big. Blaze, I’m playin’. Gon’.” Laughing, I rolled over tryna get away, but he caught my shirt and pulled me back.

“I do not like yo ass,” he said before smacking me with a pillow.

“Stop lying. You love me,” I said while pulling my shirt off then scooting next to him.

“Now you want me to play with yo titties.”

Laughing, I nodded my head. “Yep, for some strange reason it relaxes and puts me to sleep.” Grabbing his hand, I brought it to my breast.

“Damn shame. When I ain’t around, who be playin’ with ’em?” Sexily, he asked behind slanted eyes as he licked his lips.

I smacked my lips, about to roll my eyes when Blaze suddenly pinched my nipple hard.

  “Don’t roll yo damn eyes.”

“Don’t be pinching my pebble like that and don’t nobody be playing with ’em. Well, I try but I don’t have big hands or calluses.” A yawn left my mouth and Blaze laughed. ”Shut up, don’t say nothing.” Biting my shoulder, he squeezed my right breast.

  “I ain’t say shit.”

My hand covered his as my eyes closed, a sigh leaving my mouth. “Today was crazy, it’s never boring with you, I swear,” I mumbled as I pushed myself more into him.

  “That’s a good thing.”

“I’m not sure it is. Night, Blaze.”

He didn’t respond back as his lips moved across my shoulder so I knew he wasn’t sleep.

A day with him and I was sucked right back in. I had no self-control when it came to him. I didn’t want to be a weak person that turned into mush whenever he was around, but it was something that couldn’t be helped.

Even knowing I was fighting the inevitable, it didn’t stop me from trying.

I played today that way to feed the craving that wanted him and the void that took place when he wasn’t around. If I hadn’t run into his mom, I would’ve kept going. She gave me a reason to go to him and I took it.

I was selfish I admit, but I needed that, him.

My hand held tightly to his, knowing once the sun came up the day would cease to exist. Like it never happened.

The selfish part of me was fine with that because all it needed was the day, the night.

“Night, Peach.” Blaze buried his head into my neck.

He must have thought I was asleep because his hand left my breast and went to my waist, pulling me more into him. I bit into my bottom lip as that lump started to form in my throat.

Closing my eyes, I forced myself to sleep so I wouldn’t think about what I had just done. Even so, it didn’t stop the lone tear from rolling down my left cheek.

  ****

Untangling myself from Blaze, I went to move, but he pulled me back.

“Where you going?” His deep, hoarse voice asked.

Turning to face him, I saw that his eyes were still closed. “To the bathroom,” I mumbled, pressing my lips against Blaze’s, giving him a small peck.

After I moved his arm once more, I scooted out of the bed. Quickly, I went to the bathroom and handled my business. Then I washed my hands before leaving back out.

Going back into the room, I went to grab his keys to the Charger, but stopped once I saw my keys and my damn phone sitting right next to them. If I wasn’t creeping out, I would’ve slapped him awake.

Grabbing my keys, I held them tightly in my hands so they wouldn’t clink. I picked up my phone that he’d turned off and crept out of his room. Once I made it out, I hurriedly walked to the living room, snatching up my purse. Then I went to the door where my shoes were, unlocking it as I stepped into my shoes. Opening it, I locked it back before slipping out.

As soon as I closed the door behind me I hauled ass down the four flights of stairs that lead to the main entrance of his building.

  Not once looking back.

Once in my car, I started it before covering my mouth with my hands and screaming.

I felt like an addict who just fell off the wagon. Realizing my mistake, I was literally fighting with myself not to go back.

  I’m addicted to him.

Love is the addiction I’m trying to fight.

  But losing terribly.

  Chapter 17

  Blaze

I turned on my back and folded my arms behind my head. I watched the bathroom door Peaches walked into close. I already knew her ass was on some slick shit when she tried to slide out the bed. Normally, if she gotda go to the bathroom she would wake my ass up and she damn sure wouldn’t kiss me before going.

The bathroom door opened and she turned out the light before tiptoeing to the dresser. The sight was comical and it was amusing as hell seeing that shit happen. I done hit a few bitches in the past and crept out on they ass in the middle of the night, so to see that happening to me was a funny sight.

Comical or not, I was pissed off that she was actually doing the shit. After we’d just talked, that’s how her ass chose to leave it. Sneaking out wordless was fuck’d up.

Seeing the shit had me remembering the reason I ain’t never wanna fuck with a bitch on a serious level.

Peaches’ ass was different though, bitch had a nigga weak as fuck. Crazy thing about it, she ain’t even know it. Her ass was so naïve to the shit. Half the shit I went through with her ass wasn’t even worth it and at the same time it was worth everything.

Once she slid out my room door, I waited a few seconds then got outda bed. My hand ran over my head then down my face. I was feeling the fuck outda Peaches, but I wasn’t chasing after her ass, though. Fuck that.

Once I finished brushing my teeth and washing my face, I went back to my room, to the closet and got dressed. I snatched my black B snapback off the rack and then I was ready to go.

I grabbed the keys to my bike off the dresser. After I clipped the two holsters on my hip, I slid both of my .50 Caliber Desert Eagles inside and left.

As I walked out, Peaches was just pulling off. Licking my lips, I shook my head with a laugh. Baby girl was straight confused if her ass been out there that damn long. I hoped she didn’t think I was gon’ sit around waiting on her. I wasn’t even gon’ stress myself like that, I did that shit the first time. Feeling weak wasn’t my thing, so it was best I didn’t think about it or her.

Starting up my bike, I let it run for a minute before pulling off.

Riding through Ivanhoe, I wasn’t surprised to see Pooh and Mac out so early. Them niggas was molded for that shit, wild little dudes, but they asses was hungry and stayed on a paper chase.

“What’s up B?” Pooh greeted, slapping my hand six times before he shook up with me.

“Shit, coming to see what it look like out here. Where the fuck Mac just go?” I asked, leaning on the rail.

“Oh, he had to run upstairs to re-up. That shit leaving fast though, niggas out here hungry fah that shit.”

Humming with a nod of my head, I pointed toward the house.

“Show me the spot.” Nodding, Pooh motioned for me to follow behind him.

We walked down a few houses then cut through a few yards before we reached the spot in the center of the circle.

Walking in the spot, first thing I saw was a group of niggas sitting on the couch watching TV. I looked back at Pooh.

I know I told these niggas this wasn’t a fuckin’ hangout.

“Where the fuck Mac at?” As the words left my mouth Mac came from the back room.

“What’s up, B? What got you out here this early?” He asked.

“Didn’t I say this wasn’t a fuckin hang out?” I snapped at him, catching everybody’s attention.

“I heard you. Ain’t nobody hanging out. The fuck you talkin’ ‘bout?” Mac stated, looking confused.

“So these mothafuckas ain’t sitting here watching T
V like shit good? These mothafuckas shouldn’t even be in this bitch, niggas straight in here comfortable as fuck, yo.”

“B, it ain’t even like that. Man we been out here workin’, we just popped in because we ran low. I was just about to send them right back out,” he said, holding up six large baggies, three of which were filled with rocks in vials. The other three were filled with dime bags of weed.

“Folks, we ain’t on no bullshit out here. You said get some niggas, that’s what we did. That’s my cousin, Ice,” Mac introduced, pointing to a dark skinned dude with braids. “That’s Tron and Spida.” Tron was a tall, lanky ass nigga. As for Spida, he was ‘bout my height and size and a little lighter than me.

“Aye, y’all get the fuck up outda here.” They looked at Mac and he nodded toward the door. Once he did that, they got up and left the apartment.

“Before you start, we ain’t dumb, B. I move spots once a week. Them niggas don’t know shit and this the first time they been in the spot. Only reason I let them in today is because we moving outda here tonight. As a matter of fact, we was about to leave this bitch now and we wasn’t coming back here, period. Besides these bags, ain’t shit else in here,” he explained and I had to admit I was impressed. I was just about to go in on they ass about letting them niggas sit in here.

“I’ight. What about Tarrytown? What’s happening out there?” I heard some shit about the corners out there, I was just tryna see if they was gon’ be straight with me.

“Oh, we took care of that shit last night. Lit that whole mothafuckin’ block up.” They both laughed, shaking up with each other. My brows rose at that because I didn’t hear shit about a hit.

“What the fuck y’all do?” I dreaded asking they asses that question, already knowing that shit was ‘bout bad as fuck.

“I mean—” once those words left Mac’s mouth, I sat on the couch.

“Yo, I don’t even wanna know. Did you mothafuckas clean up after yo’selves?”

“We good. It was dark, we had a little toy car. After we lit the block up, we torched the car. So we good. We just gotda lay low on them corners for a minute. That corner gon’ be hot,” Mac informed me.

Shaking my head, I took off my hat, ran my hand over my head then down my face.

“How many?” Mac looked at Pooh. “Yo, don’t fuckin’ play with me, Mac. How many you niggas drop?”

“Six niggas, a bitch, the store owner. Six, seven, eight. Shid, that ain’t bad though, considering,” Mac stated with a shrug as he sat down next to me.

“Considering what?” That little nigga was reckless as fuck. No doubt he was the son of a bitch shooting while Pooh ass was driving.

“Shid, I don’t know, it just felt right to say.” Laughing, I shook my head. “We told they ass to get the fuck off the block though. They acted like we ain’t said shit so we bounced out then rode through last night. Those niggas was still posted up there so we dropped the truck off, went to the yard, got that old Chevy, that AK and lit that bitch up. Beside them niggas, we ain’t had no problems out there. Shit smooth,” Mac explained.

“That shit was crazy though. How the fuck you gon’ be posted on a block and not be strapped? Stupid mothafuckas, yo,” Pooh chimed in with a shake of his head while pulling a blunt from his pocket. I couldn’t argue with that. If you were gon’ be in that shit, yo ass had to stay strapped. “You gon’ chill and blow back a few?” Pooh asked, handing me the blunt. Hitting the blunt I inhaled once, twice, then a third time, nodding.

“Yeah, I’ll chill for a minute.”

“I’ight, I’ll be right back.” Mac got up, dropping each baggie in a brown paper bag before walking out the house.

“Mac ass be workin’ the fuck out them niggas,” Pooh stated with a laugh. “Be having those niggas straight running. But they good, though, niggas hungry.” Getting up, he grabbed a book bag from the corner then pulled out the jar that had the different color X pills in it. The damn jar was empty of pills only money was in it. Taking the money out, he handed me a wad wrapped in a rubber band.

  “What’s this?”

“We told you them bitches out here go crazy for a poppa. Twenty a pill.” Taking the rubber band off, I started counting the money. I wasn’t surprised they sold the pills so quick when every week somebody out there was throwing a party. After counting the money, I folded it back up, putting it in my pocket just as Mac walked back in.

“Come by Magic Saturday,” handing him the jar back, he nodded. After smoking two blunts with them I was ready to go. “I’m hungry as fuck, I’m about to bounce.” I stretched as I stood before slapping up and shaking up with Mac. Then I did the same thing with Pooh before I headed for the door.

“Where you ‘bout to go eat at?” Pooh asked as they followed me outside.

“Shid, probably Coney Island.” Getting on my bike, I started it up.

“We ‘bout to follow you then. I’m starving like a mothafucka,” Mac stated rubbing his stomach.

  “I’ll meet y’all out there.”

“I’ight, baby, we right behind you.”

  Nodding, I pulled off.

  ****

Rubbing my stomach, I was full as hell. Looking across the table I saw that Pooh and Mac looked how I felt.

“Man, that shit was good as fuck. Got a nigga stomach tight as hell,” Pooh said, pushing his empty plate to the side.

“Hell yeah,” Mac agreed as he scooted down in the seat before something caught his eyes and made him sit up straight. “Damn, look at shorty, baby got ass, thighs and hips. Shid, I’m in love.” Pooh and I broke out laughing. “Look at baby though, yellow bitch too.”

Rubbing my head, I laughed at Mac’s dumbass before pulling out my phone. I shot a quick text to both King and Sam to see what time we were meeting at the courts to ball.

“So you ain’t speaking now?” Krystal asked. I glanced at her, then looked back down at my phone. “Fo’real, Blaze?”

“Bitch, get the fuck away from me after that bullshit yo ass pulled yesterday. Matter fact,” putting my phone down, I reached up and slapped Krystal in the mouth.

“Damn, he slapped the fuck out that bitch.” Mac laughed, but shut up once I looked over at him.

Looking back at Krystal, she held her mouth. I got up, grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the restaurant.

  Chapter 18

  Blaze

Once outside, I dragged Krystal to the Grey 2005 Pontiac Bonneville, pushing her ass in the back seat. Getting in behind her, I slammed the door.

“What the fuck I tell you about yo fuckin’ mouth? Didn’t I tell yo ass not to say shit to her? Bitch, you gon’ fuckin lie on me. We watch videos of me and Peaches fuckin’? Huh?” When she didn’t say nothing, I slapped her again. “Bitch, you don’t hear me talkin’ to you? Fuck you gon’ lie to her about some shit like that fah?

“And you pregnant? Bitch, I ain’t fuckin’ with yo lying ass no mo. You supposed to be grown and yo ass standing round here lying? Lose my fuckin’ number, yo.” Pushing her back, I opened the door only to have her grab me.

“How you gon’ be pissed at me when you was mad wrong, Blaze? We supposed to be cool, but you treat me like I’m some command ass hoe or some shit. You do me so wrong and I still be trying, only to have you throw yo girl in my fuckin’ face,” Krystal snapped while holding onto my jacket.

“How the fuck I throw her in yo face? I ain’t know she was coming up there, but so what. What part of we ain’t together don’t yo dumbass understand? And I told yo ass not too step to her with no bullshit. She don’t be sweatin’ yo dumbass until you open yo fuckin’ mouth spittin that reckless shit to her. You ain’t shit compared to her, she know that just like yo ass should. Peaches ain’t fuck’d up about you. Let me the fuck go.”

“Why, because that bitch came back to—” Closing the door, I grabbed Krystal by the throat and pushed her against the door.

“Watch yo fuckin’ mouth. She ain’t gon’ be another bitch. She don’t got shit to do
with this, I ain’t fuckin’ with you because of yo fuckin’ mouth. I told yo ass to keep yo fuckin’ mouth shut about shit we do. Not only that, bitch you be lying straight bullshit. Fuck you.” Squeezing her neck tighter one last time, I pushed her ass away from me.

“Blaze, I’m sorry, okay. I can’t help how I react when it comes to you. I like you and seeing how you are with her, I get pissed. It ain’t no stopping how I feel Blaze, I’m trying. You treat me like shit. Do you think I wanna feel like this? Have feelings for you? Believe me I don’t, but I can’t help it. And no matter how hard you try to pretend, Blaze, you can’t deny you don’t have some type of feelings for me. I’m sorry, okay. I’ll try to get my feelings in check. Just give me another chance.”

“Hell n’all! Fuck you, Krystal. Get the fuck of off me, I ain’t playin’ with you, baby girl. I ain’t got time for bullshit and that’s what yo ass about.” Pushing her off me, she got right back up and grabbed hold of my face, tryna bring it closer to her. “Man, gone with that shit, I ain’t fuckin’ with you.” Grabbing her wrist, I pushed her back again.

“Blaze, you don’t have to do that. I’m sorry, okay. You can pretend all you want B, but I know you feel something for me. It might not be on her level, but it’s something. Just give me one more chance.” Throughout her little talkin’ she’d managed to climb into my lap. I ain’t stop her.

She spoke truth though, I’d never say it out loud, but her little clingy ass grew on me. Or her mouth did. I liked fuckin’ her throat and for that reason I could look past the bullshit even if it went against my better judgment. My hand tangled into her hair and I yanked her head back.

“Yo ass got one more fuckin’ time to lie about some bullshit and I slap that on everything, Krystal, man, I’m gon’ beat the fuck outda you. I ain’t fuckin’ playin yo— Fuck you smiling fah?” Krystal’s ass broke out into a big smile.

“I’m not smiling.” Her damn cheeks were to her eyes, but she wasn’t smiling.
