All I Want for Christmas Page 10

by Hadley Raydeen

“It’s been a really long time. What like, five years…”

“Probably seven or eight, since graduation, but who's counting? I’m not calling for a catch-up session though; sorry to be short and to the point.”

“I hear you are with the local newspaper now—”

  “Julian, please!” I stop him.

  “What’s wrong?”

  “It’s Bryson…”

  “What about him?”

“We got a tip into the newspaper tonight that he is in the parking lot at Parkway Central Mall drunk and disorderly.”

“Shit.” I heard the cop swear.

“I just pulled up. He is—”

“Don’t tell me anything else. I'm on my way. Who else is there?” he asked.

“No one yet, but that could change.”

“Can you get to him before I get there, Mily?”

  “I will… Oh no.”

  “What is it?”

“There are people starting to come out of the party at Royal Gathering, but I will see what I can do. “

“Are you there for the new story, Mily?” His tone was biting. “You have a photog with you don’t you?”

“Of course not; I told them to hang back. I wouldn’t do that to Bryson.” The amount of care in my voice must have convinced him. I heard a car door shut and sirens wail.

  “Good. I’m on my way.”

“Okay,” I said, ending the call.

I eased from my car as the first group of people walk by, not noticing Bryson. I waited until they cleared before I walked around to the driver’s side of the car and tapped on his window. When he rolled it down, sounds of the Greatest Hits, hit me right in the face; it was so loud.

“Damn it, Bryson can you turn that shit down before you call attention to yourself.”

“Who the fuck is asking?” he slurred.

He was completely sloshed, but his brown eyes narrowed on me as realization kicked in. “Milly Boo?” he boomed.

I looked over my shoulder. “Shhhh! Bryson, please!”

“What? Too loud? You were always so ashamed of me. I really do apologize. I didn’t want you to hate me.”

  His drunken confession startled me.

  “Wait, what?”

“Me... you… we were always so…you know.”

  No, I didn’t know.

  “Um, we were always...what?”

He looked up at me, before pushing open his car door, standing to his full height, causing me to step back, but he caught me behind both elbows, pulling me back to him. “No don’t... Don’t walk away from me, again. I haven’t seen you since graduation. You left town.”

“I went to college, as did you.” My tone was accusatory. He didn’t owe me a damn thing back then, and he didn’t right now. But, a drunk tongue tells no tales...and I wanted to hear what this one had to say.

I wait as his brown eyes stare a hole right through me.

“You were always so damn smart in school, Mily—made me feel…hmm, inadequate. Like I would never be enough for you.”

“For me?” I laugh, shaking my head.

“Don’t do that. You were...were…unattainable…that’s a word right?”

“Yes, it’s… Bryson you are not making any sense. You were with Tanya back then.”

“Tanya! pfft!” He breathed out a sigh. “Where is she now?” He looked around, dramatically splaying his arms out at his sides. “She left me here on my graduation night—on my birthday, no less.”

  “Happy Birthday,” I mutter.

He dropped his arms and stepped forward, closing the distance between us, drawing me into him. “Thank you, beautiful.” His voice dropped low and my heart fluttered right out my chest.

  I should stop him, right?

He is drunk and not in his right mind, but everything in me wants to see what he is gonna say and what he would do…

“Damn.” His hands dip lower over my waist to my hips, around to my ass. “Mmm,” he murmured. “Mily, yes…you feel so damn good.” Dipping his head close to my ear he continues to speak, “I’ve always thought that.”

“Really?” My voice is a whisper as I take in the scent of him, expensive cologne and whiskey—just like the night of the Snow Ball.

“Oh, yea. And, you always smelled like…” He ran his stubbled jaw against mine, up to my ear as he hovered there. “Yes, roses and lemons. What is that?”

  “My…soap, it’s homemade.”

  He knows my scent.

When his lips touched my skin, my body ignites.

  “Bryson,” I whisper his name.

“I love the way my name sounds on your lips, Mily.” He laid butterfly kisses back down my jaw. “Say it again, beautiful.”

  “Bry—”

His name is captured by his lips on mine—at first, soft until he takes more. His hands are on my body, feasting. I gasp, and he uses that invitation, finding my tongue and sucking it in, dueling with it. I was shocked at first, but then I did this dance with him, holding on to his arm for support.

He groaned and moved a hand between our bodies, finding my breasts through my winter outerwear. My nipple pebbled against my bra, straining for his touch.

“Damn,” he murmured. “You want this, Mily? I can give you what you want if you do.”

“Yes,” I said without a thought if this was a good idea or not. Would he even remember it in the morning? Damn it, let tomorrow worry about itself. “Do you want me, Bryson?”

“You have no idea, Mily. I’ve thought about you.”

  “You have?”

He spun me around, pressing me against his car—his body hard against mine, and he put a hand to my cheek, angling my head up to his. He pressed his erection into my center, causing heat to radiate between us.

“You feel that, Mily boo? That is what you do to me. If you think I haven’t, this proves otherwise. Let’s go somewhere, and I'll show you.”

“You… No, you can’t drive. You are—”

“Then let’s just get in the car.”

“We are in the parking lot of a mall. That party in there is about to let out and—”

  “You don't’ want me?”

  “No, I mean, I didn’t say that.”

He moved back from me, stumbling a bit. “See, I knew I wasn’t good enough for you. But...I will be.” He chuckled, “I will be good enough for you one of these days, Mily boo, and when I am, you watch out.” I put a hand to my kiss-bruised lips. “You better believe, I’m coming for you. I remember asking you what you wanted for Christmas that night of the Snow Ball—remember?”

All I could do was nod. I did remember because he caused my body to shudder, quite like the question was doing now. It wasn’t from the cold temps around us as it started to snow.

“I’ll give you what you want—what we both want.” As he ran a thumb over my lower lip, my tongue involuntarily licked out at it, causing him to moan, “Mily…”

The sounds of the people coming out of the party sounded behind us right before the flashing of the police lights came up behind us.

Julian showed up right at that minute cutting off anything Bryson had to say.

He turned his heated gaze away from me and rolled his eyes when he saw Julian emerge from the police car.

“God, it’s Deputy Fife,” he joked as Julian made his way over to us.

“God damn it, Tillerman; what the fuck, man?”

I saw a crowd gathering, as camera phones were aimed at us, I backed away. “I’m gonna…go”

Julian barely looked at me. “Yea, you should go, now.”

I nodded once, throwing one last look at Bryson. He didn’t even spare me another glance. I knew he wouldn’t remember anything he said or what we shared. As I climbed back into my vehicle, I saw the news crew from my paper show up and start asking questions and taking pictures.

As Nathan escorted Bryson to his patrol car, I backed away from the lot.

But the last thing I thought before I drove away from the mall
...

  ‘What we both want.’

  Chapter Fifteen

  Bryson-Present Day

Her sister gave me the thumbs up as she exited the store with Julian. I still wore my Santa get-up, red satin pants and a white, wife-beater t-shirt with the red robe. I held a bottle of champagne on ice in the bucket I usually collected money in for the kids.

But, the sight of her in that red teddy, made me damn near drop the bucket as I stood in the doorway to her dressing rooms.

  Holy shit.

Red silk hugged every curve, giving serious boudoir vibes from the plunging neckline to the panels of mesh and a sultry open back accented with intricate lace.

After she insinuated we’d been in this situation before, tasting her mouth and smelling that intoxicating scent of roses and lemons, I needed told, just how I could possibly forget capturing those soft lips with mine ten years ago in the mall parking lot.

I took her hand and pulled her after me, wanting to get her in a more comfortable spot.

She reached for the robe matching the teddy, but I stopped her. “No, don’t cover-up.”

She frowned, looking down at her exposed body. “No, I can’t walk out of here in just this.”

“No one is even here and your front door is locked,” I insisted.

“Then, what are you doing here? How did you get in?” Jamilya asked, nose slightly upturned.

“I own the place. I kinda have a key,” I quipped.

She rolled her eyes and turned from me. “Still a cocky son of a bitch, I see.”

“Still putting up with my shit, I see,” I teased.

She chuckled. “You always got your way because everyone loved Bryson Tillerman.”

“I mean, what’s not to love?” I slowly turn in front of her.

She reached out and swatted me against my chest. “Stop it.”

I snagged her wrist and brought her hand to my lips. “You still smell like roses and lemons. I remember from the night in the parking lot…”

“Why didn’t you recognize me at first, then?” I hear the disappointment in her voice.

“Well, we are a decade older; I was drunk off my ass and you look…different.”

  “Different good or bad?”

  “Never bad, Milly boo.”

  She looked away from me.

“No, nope.” I put my fingers under her chin, bringing her attention back to me. “You always shied away from me; we aren’t doing that now. I know it’s not your style. I’ve seen you take the reigns one too many times in this store. You are a feisty one, Jamilya Hawkins.”

Her eyes grew into saucers. “That is the first time you’ve said my full name.”

“The first time I knew it to say. Remember you never told me your full name. Just like you never told me what you want for Christmas.”

She burst out laughing. “Oh my God.”

“How come you never told me?” I looked down at her.

Her expression grew serious. “I didn’t think you cared to know.”

“I wouldn’t have asked you if I didn’t care to know, Jamilya.”

“What I want…no, what I need right now is to put some clothes on.” She laughed nervously.

I looked down over her body, and the only thing I could say is what I always said when I looked at her.

  Damn.

“Who needs clothes when you look like this?”

  “Bryson…”

“Say it again,” I pushed the strap of the teddy down her shoulder and kissed her there.

“Say what?” she sighed as I kissed back up her neck.

“My name, Jamilya. Say it again. Tell me what you want, baby.”

“Right there, Bryson,” she moaned as I sucked at her neck.

“That’s it…” She gripped my arms on either side as I slid the other strap of the teddy down.

She rolled her neck to the side, giving me better access.

  “You like that?”

  “Yes…”

  “Tell me…”

“Don’t make me beg for it, damn it.”

She didn’t have to ask me twice. I’d give her what we both wanted at this point.

“Your wish is my command, baby”.

“Shh, stop talking for once, Bryson.”

I grinned as she found my lips. She always said I talked too much and maybe I did. I hoisted her up and her legs went around me; her, wet and waiting was covered by only satin and lace, pressed into my dick. I was already hard as a rock for her.

She moaned, grinding against me. “That. right there...”

“Yea? What about it?” I encourage as she writhes her wetness against me.

  “Right now, inside me, Bryson.”

I lead her to the Santa throne I’d sat in for the better part of the week and direct her to sit her fine ass there. I spread her chocolate thighs as I stand before her pushing the red, satin pants down and out of the way. She watched me through hooded lids.

“Those are sexy, Santa. Where do you do your shopping?” She smirked at the black boxer briefs I wore that read ‘south pole’ across the crotch area. That’s the exact member of me that was harder than a rock at this minute, looking at her spread for me like a Christmas buffet.

“There is a lingerie boutique in this mall I work at. It sells men’s and women’s Sensual Essentials,” I answer, my eyes fixed on her.

“Sounds like my kind of place,” she whispered, as I kneel before her body, kissing her inner thigh, working my hands up the smooth skin of her arms, taking the material from the teddy down with me. I lift my head and kiss her bare breasts, and her nipples respond immediately.

“The store owner is gorgeous—strong and independent with a brilliant business mind.”

  “Is that so?” she gasped.

“Absolutely. I’ve had a thing for her since high school…”

She opened her eyes, though still hooded, and looked down at me as I ran a tongue around her belly button. She knocked the Santa hat from my head, running her fingers through my hair.

  “You did?”

I pulled the teddy down her legs, and flung it across the room, before coming back to spread her thighs in front of me. She wears only a red thong, that ushers me in like a beacon through my lust-filled haze.

“Yes, I did. She always looked so tempting dressed in red.” I lick my lips, salivating at the site of her brown skin against that red fabric, hiding her secret place from me.

“You remember the dress?” she asked, her voice a feather of a whisper.

“Why wouldn’t I remember the dress?” I eyed her, wondering why this woman wouldn’t think I’d remember her.

“You were a little inebriated.” A nervous chuckle escaped her lips.

“Tipsy or not, I remember how beautiful you were and how you much you still are, Jamilya.”

Her eyes darkened at the mention of her name on my lips, and I pushed the the thong out of my way and swiped a finger down her channel, slick with her wet heat.

“Damn it, Bryson, don’t tease me.” Her voice was husky with want.

“No more teasing, Jamilya. I see what we both want for Christmas.”

“Yes,” she moaned as I put one of her legs over my shoulder and bury my face, tongue-deep between her legs.

She cried out, fisting my hair with one hand, pulling my face full into her.

Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus in the manger, she tastes just like she looks. Sweet, decadent fucking tempting, and I want more.

  “Oh, Bryson, Fuck me.”

“Exactly what I’m trying to do. Come for me, baby.”

I feel her shudder around my head as the onslaught of her orgasm builds, and I stoke that flame, lick by lick, suck by suck until she falls apart against my mouth.

  Chapter Sixteen

  Jamilya

My voice and legs still shake as I looked up at him, unashamed and not shy for the first time.

“I’m not going to be the only one fully naked, Bryson.”

  “Yes,
Ma’am.” He winks, standing to his full height in front of me. I shimmied to the edge of the Santa throne and inch my fingers between the waistband of the South Pole boxer briefs. His cock is thick beneath, and I want my mouth wrapped around him. I slide the boxers out of my way, revealing the damnable, irresistible ‘V’ at the tail end of his abs. I lean in and kiss it, running my tongue down the path his boxers leave absent. When the waistband clears his rigid length, the thick head of his cock damn near thumps me in my forehead—so large and smooth.

I’d thought about this minute more than once, but I was not expecting this between his legs.

“Damn,” I muttered, taking in the sight of him long, thick and proud.

“You using my word, Mily?” he teased.

I’d thought about how he’d reacted when he’d seen me in my Christmas dress and the teddy he just flung across my store. Just one single word.

  Damn.

“We are doing way too much talking,” I said, leaning forward and pulling him in. I wrap a fist around steel covered with his smooth skin and take him deep into my mouth. Standing above me, I’m conscience of him throwing his head back, moaning my name.

“Fuck, Mily, yes, baby suck me.” He put one strong hand behind my head guiding me over and over as his bulbous head hit the back of my throat. I lowered my hands from his waist to his ass, helping guide him deep into my mouth, sucking him in until my eyes start to water and my gag reflex takes over. I feel him tense, and he pulled away, grabbing his cock in front of my face. I reach for him, missing the feel of him already.

He leaned down, instead; his mouth crashed against mine, and I kissed him as I had in every fantasy. I wasn’t holding back, not anymore.

He wasn’t holding back either, meeting every kiss.

“Bryson,” I moan, grabbing onto his arms. He flexed against my touch.

“Tell me what you want, Mily.” He nipped my bottom lip.

  “You already know.”

He pulled me from the throne, and sat in my place, taking me right back in his lap. “Spread that pussy for me,” he said in my ear, my back to his chest.
