Crystals Three Chosen Mates

by Graham, Suzanne

Henri reached up a hand and pushed her back to a prone position. “Later. Now, we sleep.”

“You expect me to sleep while I’ve got images of you spanking Fisher playing in my mind?”

  “Ass-whipping,” Fisher growled. “Not spanking.”

  Crystal giggled. “Right, ass-whipping.”

Fisher reached a hand between her legs and pinched her clit, cutting her giggles short as she gasped from the pleasure/pain. “Oh yeah, darling. I’ve learned quite a few interesting things about you as well this week.”

“Give her another orgasm, Fisher. Then, we can all catch some sleep,” Henri suggested.

Fisher slipped his finger into her channel. “My pleasure.”

No, mine, Crystal thought, as Fisher found her g-spot.

  Chapter Nine

“Oh, she’s beautiful,” Doctor Bella gushed as she bent over the pink bundle of blankets in Crystal’s arms. “What’s her name?”

Crystal looked up from the infirmary bed at her three mates who stood near the door, talking with Bella’s and Anna’s mates. Having nine large men in the infirmary made the room feel so much smaller. “We’ve had a hard time coming to a consensus.”

“You don’t have a name for her yet?” Doctor Anna joined her friend at Crystal’s side, their growing baby bumps stretching the buttons on their intelligentsia uniforms. “You’ve had your entire pregnancy to decide.”

“You just wait until it’s time to settle on one name. You’ll see how hard it is to get four people to agree,” she warned the two women.

Bella and Anna smiled and glanced back at their mates.

“I don’t think I’ll have any trouble getting them to agree to my selection,” Bella stated confidently.

“Me neither.” Anna winked at her friend.

“Really?” Crystal whispered over the head of her as-of-yet unnamed baby girl. “You, ladies, are going to have to tell me your secret.”

Bella and Anna grinned and promised to share the information as soon as Crystal was recovered from childbirth.

“We should let you get some rest.” Anna patted Crystal’s hand. “I’ve heard once you bring baby home to your pod, you shouldn’t expect to sleep through the night for the next four years.”

Crystal groaned. “Henri’s not going to like that.”

“I bet he comes up with a sleeping, eating, diaper-changing schedule for your three mates, and he won’t let you lift a finger,” Bella teased.

“He probably already has it in his datapad,” Crystal agreed.

“I can’t wait to see Vadim, Kojo, and Marco as fathers to our baby.” Anna rubbed her belly. While doing research on the nutrients needed for optimal fertility, she’d discovered an ingredient in the nutrishakes that negatively affected conception.

Profortuna’s conspiracy theorists believed the Council had used it as part of their plot to control the planet by controlling the growth of the population. More moderate thinkers believed it was an accidental byproduct of the minerals harvested from the underground mines.

Either way, with the increased production of whole food and the decreased reliance on nutrishakes, the planet was experiencing a baby boom. Stepho and Henri’s research into plants that grew in the native soil was adding significantly to the food resources. Crystal and Fisher had retired from the military, having discovered they enjoyed working together in the kitchen more than going on undercover field ops, which allowed the four of them to live together in the same Quadrant and share their passion for each other and their love of growing edible plants.

And, suddenly, Crystal knew the perfect name for her newborn baby girl, and there was no way she would allow any of her three mates to talk her out of it.

She bent down and kissed the light brown forehead of her perfectly formed little girl. “Welcome to Profortuna, Flora.”
