Depths Of Desire XW5 Page 22

She opened the front of her uniform to expose her breasts.

His mouth practically watered at the beautiful sight. Normally he would have already jumped her and had her on the floor, with his cock pounding into her cunt. But he was in charge and he was stronger than that. Her nipples hardened as he stared at her body. She pinched the pearly nubs and smiled seductively.

“Shit.” Who the fuck am I kidding? He grabbed her arms and covered her mouth in a searing kiss. He backed her up, heading toward the small cot, but the desk stopped their progress. He moved his hands to her breasts, pushed her hands away, and tugged and twisted her nipples until she groaned against his lips.

When she began pulling at his pants, undoing them, he broke the kiss and stripped the uniform off her body. Her feet got tangled in the material and she cursed. Before she could step out of it, he forced her around and over the desk. Her ass, round and perfect, beckoned him. He brought his hand down, sharp and hard, across her flesh.

  “Ah!”

He smacked one cheek then the other, alternating between soft and hard spanks. Stimulating her, surprising her, controlling her.

She reached back and worked her fingers into his pants then she tugged on his cock. “Harder.”

“Ah, fuck!” He spanked her ass, over and over, as she continued to pull on his cock. He brought his hand down hard, working them both into a state of sexual need that couldn’t be denied or stopped.

He stared down at her pink flesh. So tempting. “Step out of your uniform,” he ordered. As she freed herself from the garment, his heart pounded and his mind became filled with sexual images. He pulled her hand away from his cock, kicked her feet wider, and grabbed her hips. With one hard thrust, he shoved his cock deep.

She gasped and held onto the desk. “Yes!”

Torque moved solely on instinct and pure need. He pulled almost completely out of her pussy then pushed his cock back in, hard and sure. She belonged to him and him alone. He fucked Jaeda as if it was their last time. And it just might be if things went to shit.

She reached back and clawed at his hip, urging him on. “Fuck me!”

With a loud groan, he surged into her repeatedly, trying to hold out as long as he could to give her the best orgasm of her life. Her body molded itself around his cock and squeezed as if trying to milk the climax out of him. He’d never fucked a shifter before being with her. It was a hell of an experience. A perfect fit. “Ah, yeah, Jaeda.” The slapping of skin against skin and the odor of sex filled his senses.

Jaeda’s body trembled and she made a sound that Torque had never heard before. Almost a sob of need. “Please,” she begged, pushing her hips back against him.

He tangled his fingers in her hair and pulled her torso up off the desk. He wrapped an arm around her waist and held her tightly against him. “Don’t come yet,” he whispered in her ear. “Hold out.”

  “I can’t.”

A sound caused Torque to glance toward the door. He froze and he felt Jaeda stiffen against him. Grady stood there watching.

“Things went quicker than expected. We’re about ready,” he said.

  “We’re not,” Torque growled back.

  “Need some help?”

Jaeda moaned and her pussy muscles clenched his cock. Interesting… “Want a third?” he whispered in her ear.

When she whimpered, Torque hand signaled the other man. Grady smiled. He nodded and closed the door behind him. Then he slowly walked toward them. Jaeda’s limbs began to shake but she didn’t say anything.

“You’re still my woman,” he whispered to her. “Only mine. Remember that.” He nudged her feet farther apart as Grady kneeled in front of her.

Jaeda felt as if she was about to faint. This was different than the initiation. Sexier. Maybe because she was fully aware and in her right mind. Torque held her hips, fucking her slowly from behind. Grady leaned forward and spread the lips of her pussy wider then she felt his tongue on her clit. “Oh!” Her whole body jerked at the sensation.

Torque slid his hands up her body and over her breasts. He massaged her heated flesh, rubbing her nipples until they practically burned. Grady leaned closer and sucked her clit between his lips. Her hands automatically went to his head and she held him there.

Torque chuckled in her ear. “You like all this attention, don’t you?”

She moved her body between the two men, enjoying every touch and stroke, though she didn’t intend to admit it aloud. Torque’s large, strong hands made her feel soft and feminine and like she belonged to him. Grady’s tongue was slightly rough, as all Xylon’s, and caused an explosion of sensations. Now, his sucking had her on the edge of a huge climax.

Torque began fucking her a little harder. His hot breath caressed her cheek. When his tongue circled her ear and Grady once more licked her clit, she couldn’t hold out any longer. Her body stiffened and she screamed out her pleasure. “Yes!” She came hard, then heard Torque groan and felt him climax inside of her. Grady’s fingers tightened on her thighs and his tongue went wild, making her orgasm a second time and then a third. She could barely catch her breath. “Oh-oh. Yes…”

Torque pushed his cock deep. “Ah, yeah, Jaeda.” He pumped his hips against her from behind as if trying to get every drop of his cum inside of her.

She went limp against him. If he hadn’t had his arm around her, she’d have fallen to the floor. Grady stood up in front of her. He wiped his mouth and the look in his eyes grew intense. He took his cock out of his pants and began stroking himself.

Torque raised her hands to her breasts. “Play with your nipples. Give him a show.”

Grady moved a little closer, eying her breasts, but he didn’t touch her. Torque kissed her neck, letting his tongue caress her damp flesh as perspiration slid down her skin.

“You owe me, Koll,” Grady said in a growl. “For this and for punching me in the jaw.” Then he came. His cum spurt out of his cock and onto one of her thighs. He groaned.

“Consider that your payment,” Torque told him in a rough voice.

“When we get out of here, I’m going on a damn fucking rampage.” Grady stepped back.

Torque turned her in his arms. He kissed her lightly on the lips. “Let’s get cleaned up and take down Daegal.”

She nodded and placed a soft kiss on his chest. When she turned around, Grady was gone.

With Leila in tow, Halah strolled up to the gate in front of the tracking facility. “Don’t say anything,” she whispered to the healer. “I’ll do all the talking. We’ll be fine.”

Several of the Egesa guards immediately drew their weapons and trained them on her. “Hold!”

Halah raised one of her hands and spoke to them in their language. “Easy, soldiers. My name is Halah Shirota. I’m one of Daegal’s highbred assassins. I’ve brought a prisoner. Leila Abdera. Verify my status and her capture order.”

Halah’s heart pounded and she rested her hand on her weapon. She should still be in their computer system. Before she’d double-crossed Daegal to rejoin the warriors, she’d pre-programmed her file to regenerate, even after deletion, in case she ever needed to get back into their systems. A trick she’d learned long ago.

She would have preferred that Leila wasn’t with her. She’d have had more options. But since Leila was here, she’d use her to their advantage. Leila would be on Daegal’s wanted list. He and his brother had been obsessed with the healer for years. Of course, she might be on his wanted list too. Hopefully her programming had also taken care of that detail though. After years of switching sides to survive, she knew how to maintain military connections in more than one society simultaneously. But if something did go wrong, she was prepared to shoot her way out of trouble.

One of the guards nodded. “Verified. Let her pass.”

She relaxed slightly. Getting inside was only the first hurdle but it was an important one.

As they started past the guards, one of them grabbed her arm. “Why do you
bring the prisoner here instead of to Daegal?”

Halah’s stomach tightened and she felt Leila tense beside her. She glanced down at the Egesa’s arm then glared into his eyes until he released her. “Abdera is responsible for a serum that will kill you all. It can be reversed but she needs to get into this facility to prepare the formula.” She pulled out her weapon and pointed it at his face. “Or maybe I should just take you out now and save you the lingering agony.”

The guards gave them both a nervous look. Halah figured sticking as close to the truth as possible was best. The guards stepped back, looking at Leila more in fear now than suspicion. Halah holstered the disruptor and pulled the woman along beside her.

Once they got inside, Leila leaned close to her. “See you did need me. I can’t believe we got away with that. Now what?”

“Now we find Torque. He’s probably in the main control area. That’s where I would go.”

“Won’t the Egesa be expecting us to head to medical?”

She looked around, studying all the activity. “Everyone is too busy to be checking up on us. At least for now.” She tugged Leila forward. “Let’s go.”

“What the hell?” Erik turned. An odd look filled his face. “We’re getting a message.”

Braden wondered at his friend’s reaction. More bad news? They’d had enough bad news already to last a lifetime. “From Torque?” he asked, hoping he’d misinterpreted Erik’s tone to be more than it really was.

“No. You’re not going to believe this. It’s from Frost.”

He sat in shock for a long moment. Frost? Somehow this didn’t bode well. She was the last person they needed to be dealing with right now. He flipped a switch. “What do you want, Frost?”

“I have a fleet in Earth’s orbit, Braden. Mostly cloaked. I’m monitoring Daegal’s actions. He’s shot down your scout ship.”

Braden and Erik looked at each other. Erik shook his head. “No way. The bitch is lying!”

“Do you know of any survivors?”

“Halah survived. I materialized her over before Daegal took the ship out. We didn’t detect any others on board at the time.”

“Halah’s with you?” Braden heard the truth in Frost’s voice. But he also heard something else.

“No. I was trying to help her but she materialized down to the planet before I could make my case.”

“Her case. Like hell,” Erik muttered under his breath. He flipped off the channel. “She’s playing you.”

Braden grinned slightly. “No doubt.” He flipped the channel back on. “Thanks for the information, Frost. Now stay out of our way.”

  “I can help, Braden.”

“Stay out of the way, Frost.” He killed the comm, plunging them back into silence.

After a moment, Erik spoke. “What’s her game?”

Braden didn’t want to think about Frost. “I don’t care. We can’t trust her. I think she was telling the truth about our scout ship though because I can’t locate it. Any luck getting a hold of Torque?”

“None. But he might not be carrying a vid-cell that can pick us up.”

“Try to contact the rest of them. We need to let at least one of them know that we’re almost ready to launch against the Egesa.”

  “Already on it.”

Braden checked their location. Their attack plan wasn’t going to be slick. It was simply brute force. They would hit the Egesa with everything they had—take out all their ships and as many foot soldiers as they could—until Daegal had no choice but to surrender. If Frost got in the way, well, that would be her own fault. She knew what was coming and had been warned.

Torque looked over the laser weapon and smiled back at Jaeda. “We’re ready to go. We’ve got the coordinates programmed in and the settings are at max. Kirk got us additional power and redirected it into the weapons’ stores but he had to shut down some sections in the facility to do it. Sections that the Egesa purposely left active. It’s going to raise suspicions.”

“Hmm.” Jaeda’s brow furrowed. “Maybe the loss of that power will instill fear more than anything else. An enemy on edge is easier to defeat.” She held up her comm unit. “While you were working, my commander relayed to me that they’re picking up Xylon ships close by. At least two squadrons, maybe more.”

  “Can we contact them?”

“We can’t from down here. They’d have to adjust their grid settings. The satellite system is all fucked up, which has changed the compatibility. My ship is trying to contact them but the messages don’t seem to be going through. We don’t know why.”

“Fuck. What the hell else can go wrong?”

“Even so. Now’s the time to move.”

“Agreed.” Torque nodded. Everything was coming together. Even without direct communications—as long as the squadrons targeted Daegal’s sting fighters—which he knew they would, this could still work. “Are your people ready with the diversion we need to take attention off what we’re doing?”

“Yes. But the Egesa inside the facility will know that something is happening when we power up and the laser energizes. This whole building is going to shake. They’ll report.”

“Can Kirk set off more charges at the same time? The Egesa will think that’s causing the instability issues and additional noise. Maybe it will fool them long enough for us to take out Daegel.”

“I don’t know.” Jaeda shook her head. “Are you sure something that simple will fool them? Even amid all the chaos, it wouldn’t fool me.”

“They’re not as smart as you are…I’m hoping. But I’m flexible. Do you have a better idea?”

Her expression eased and she chuckled. “Actually, no. Not at the moment and we’re pressed for time. I’ll get Kirk on it. Stand down until I give the signal.” She turned and rushed from the room.

Torque smiled. A hell of a situation they were in but he loved the way Jaeda’s mind worked. She didn’t just listen to what he said and accept it like many who felt too intimidated to speak up or challenge him. She analyzed his ideas and questioned him on everything that felt off to her. He respected that.

  Earth’s Orbit

Daegel turned from the computer as one of his non-Egesa soldiers entered his quarters. “I know,” he said before the man spoke. “Xylon ships have been tracked on the outer limits.” One of their supply ships, heading back to Marid, had picked them up before they cloaked. “Do you have a location on my brother? I can’t raise him on his comm unit.”

“No, Sir. I was coming to tell you that in addition to the warrior ships detected, we’ve been unable to find the commander. I didn’t want to comm you about it, in case anyone was listening in. It’s as if he’s disappeared.”

Daegal thought on that a moment and worry filled him. Could his brother have been captured? If so, then it meant that someone on this ship had betrayed them. Maybe a highbred assassin had turned back to serve Xylon. Or maybe Frost had somehow gotten one of her assassins on board. He’d gotten spies aboard her ship. “Put the ships on high alert. Send two squadrons out to intercept the warriors. Continue the search for the commander. If you can’t key in on his comm then try his trans-conn unit. What’s the status on enslaving the humans who are still on the planet?”

“The Egesa have hit a snag with the humans. The militaries are stronger than we’d anticipated. The Egesa soldiers are starting to drop at an alarming rate—some from wounds by the Earth soldiers, some from an unknown cause.”

“How alarming a rate?” This made no sense. The humans were a weak species next to his Egesa soldiers.

The soldier checked his handheld device. “Those on planet have decreased by thirty percent. More have been sent down to compensate.”

“And what’s the status on capturing Jaeda Spargo?”

  “We’ve been unable to
penetrate the central control area where she and some others are barricaded. We can get in, but if we use what we need, we can’t guarantee her safety and we might destroy the access controls to the vaults.”

He didn’t like the way this was going. He’d be better off cutting his losses now and regrouping. “Destroy the facility. We’ll figure out a different way to bring the shifters to heel when the time comes.”

“We’ll lose all the bounty stored there. Powerful items that could advantage us.”

“We’ll go in and salvage whatever’s left after the place is destroyed.” Even if they weren’t able to save many items from the facility, he’d still gain an advantage, since Earth would no longer have access to the advanced technology either.

The soldier nodded. “Anything else, Sir?”

He lowered himself into a chair in front of his computer. “Yes. I’m feeling ill. Send me a healer with a shot of HSF.” He didn’t like admitting his weakness in front of anyone but it all just sort of slipped out before he could stop himself. Seemed weakness of mind, as well as weakness of body, had afflicted him. No matter. After he received another shot of human spinal fluid, he’d be at full strength again.

“Right away.” The soldier practically ran from the room.

Once more, Daegal hailed his brother on their private comm channel. Where was he? He suddenly wondered if the soldier who’d just left might be part of a group waiting for him and his brother to become too weak to command. Maybe that was paranoid. But he hadn’t attained his power by trusting others. Instead he’d eliminated anyone in his way, including his own mate, when he’d discovered her betrayal.

Daegal laid his head on the desk and muttered, “No fucking loyalty anymore…”

A group of Egesa soldiers ran down the corridor.

Halah pulled Leila into a side passage. “This way.”

Leila peeked around a column. “What’s going on?” she asked, pulling out of Halah’s grasp. She was getting tired of being dragged around by the woman. Movement could be seen and heard everywhere. Something was definitely happening.
