The crowd erupted in applause.
Liam took Malcolm’s hand and raised it over his head. Glancing over to the area where his mom and dad stood with Hannah, Erik and Mari, he saw them all hugging, cheering, whooping and fist pumping to the sky. He’d done it. The scholarship was his and Hannah was his girl. This was as good as it got.
