THE BOY NEXT DOOR Page 4

by Adrianna Dane

When he looked up, she had her face pressed tightly to the rough wood of the ladder, her lower lip was caught between her teeth. Her expression, highlighted by the soft glow of the moon, revealed the depth of her ecstasy, and if he had a camera right now, this was the moment he would capture.

She exuded the look of a woman caught in the very throes of pleasure. Damn, she looked so beautiful, like a sensuous angel captured between heaven and earth.

Slowly, he removed his hands from inside her body and anchored them at her creamy hips.

"Do you know how beautiful you look right now?" he whispered as he lay his cheek against her tight buttocks. He felt her begin to relax as he stroked her thigh. "I would keep you like this forever if I could."

"Can I move now?" He heard the slight quiver in her voice, reflecting the aftermath of her release.

"In a minute. I think I enjoy you in this position. Right here, poised between heaven and earth. I could love you all night, right here."

"But I want you to join me in heaven. I want to enjoy your body, too." She chuckled. "And, frankly, my arms are getting tired."

Reed laughed and released her. "All right, if we must."

He watched her hurry on up the ladder and push open the trapdoor to the tree house. He'd dreamed of her so many times. Every time, they were snuggled together in the tree house and the rest of the world was far, far away. It was just her and him.

The emotion of this moment overwhelmed him. To be here, with her, like this, was every fantasy he'd ever envisioned.

He saw a faint flicker of light from above. Taking a deep breath, he mounted the ladder and climbed to the stars.

Poking his head through the opening, he saw she had lit a small kerosene lamp, and the soft glow flickered and illuminated the interior of the enclosure.

She turned to look at him as he came through the opening and smiled.

"It still works," she said as she slid away and lay upon the blanket.

He'd enjoyed her on the ladder, but looking at her now, spread out on the old comforter, her legs splayed wide, her pussy glistening, her hair in glorious disarray, she looked like a fallen angel that had been ravished and wanted more.

He climbed into the small room and crawled to where she lay.

"Where have you been all my life?" he asked as he came over her and notched his hard cock between her engorged lips.

She reached up and wound her arms around his neck, drawing him closer. "Waiting for you," she whispered. "Heaven has been here all the time, just waiting for you to find us."

He thrust deep into her welcoming, slick heat. He heard her sob as she clung tightly to him and wrapped her legs around his hips to hold him inside her.

"It's midnight, Reed. Our time. How many nights did we sneak up here?" She pulled him down next to her and they lay on their sides facing each other. She surrounded him with acceptance and love. "How many of those nights were you in pain and I didn't realize it?"

Her arms tightened around him. He stroked her hair. He didn't want her to know the pain of his youth, only the bliss of love.

"I loved you, Jo. You took away the pain. You and being here, away from all of it. You were the peace I needed. The joy I craved."

He felt her tears against his chest. "B-but it wasn't enough, was it?"

"Don't, babe, don't cry for me. We're together and I'll make it right."

"Stop trying to take everything onto your shoulders. We'll make it right." She rolled him onto his back and rose above him. "I'm going to love you so much, so hard I'm going to fill your life with it until it's overflowing."

She rode him slow and easy, and he reveled in her possession, in her control of the moment.

"Jo," he groaned as he moved against her, not urgently needing to climax, but just to feel her surrounding him, sheathed inside her. "Just like that, so damned perfect."

She ground against him. "I'm not perfect--not at all. But I do perfectly love you." She leaned close, her lips close to his ear. "I'm going to give you babies, darling. Children to love and nurture, because I know you, even if you still don't believe in yourself. You're going to be the father of my children, the lover in my bed, the husband I've always dreamed of, the only man I've ever really wanted."

Reed felt moisture in his own eyes. Out of the hellfire he'd known growing up, how had such a treasure been forged?

He pulled her close and claimed her mouth and sought to possess every bit of heaven she offered him.

Then he raised his head to look at her.

"I love you, Jo. God, how I love you."

"We'll make it work, Reed. I made one wish the last time I was here. That no matter where you were, or who you were with, that you were safe and happy, because my love for you went beyond the desire to have you with me."

His arms tightened around her. "I am safe and happy--deliriously so right now. We'll figure the rest out later, but for now this is enough." He twisted and brought her beneath him as again they both rose to explode among the stars above.
