If you go, have a dram to toast Bran and Mindy.

  Wishing you Highland Magic!

  Allie Mackay / Sue-Ellen Welfonder

  Dear Readers,

Writers are often asked if they have a favorite book. Some Like It Kilted is mine. Of all my books under both names, this one is closest to my heart. Bran is the hero I’d most love to have swagger into my office and carry me away to his wild and windblown Barra. Bran is big, bearded, and kilted, rough-around-the-edges, and he has a crooked smile. Plus, he loves dogs. He’s my kind of man!

His heroine, Mindy, was so much fun to write. She sure didn’t want to go to Scotland, did she? I really enjoyed watching her come around, falling under Scotland’s spell, even as she lost her heart to Bran. I was sorry to say goodbye to the two of them. But they live on in this story and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading it.

I hope you enjoyed spending time with them. If so, please consider leaving your thoughts in a review on amazon or another ebook retailer. Word of mouth is so important and much appreciated. So if you liked the book, please tell your friends who might also appreciate Scottish romance.

  Thanks so much!

  Falling In Time

When love calls across the ages…

Aspiring writer Lindy Lovejoy knows all about happy endings. But when she travels to Scotland to research Celtic myth and lore, she never expected a chance to live her own storybook romance, until a stop at mystical Smoo Cave whisks her back in time and into the arms of Rogan MacGraith, a Highland hero who’d burn up the pages of the steamiest Scottish romance novel.

  The Seventh Sister

A story of love, legend, and magic

Down-on-her-luck American artist Maggie Gleason returns to Ireland, hoping to put old hurts behind her. Instead, revisiting the fishing village that enchanted her twelve years before only reopens wounds – until the unexpected appearance of roguish pub owner Conall Flanagan proves that the Ancient Isle is a magical place where anything can happen and true love always stands the test of time.

  Haunted Warrior

When spirits rise, love soon follows…

Kendra Chase earns her living as a ghost whisperer. Cajoling disgruntled discarnates isn’t easy, so she’s been looking forward to a vacation in Edinburgh. But before she can tour the castle or even try haggis, an unexpected assignment sends her to Scotland’s rugged north coast. The tiny fishing village of Pennard is being excavated for a historical restoration project, and the living locals aren’t the only ones upset by the plans: Supernatural protests have been reported.

No one knows better than Graeme MacGrath that his seaside village is more than North Sea nostalgia, peat smoke, and plaid. Bound by a centuries-old legacy to keep the region’s peace, MacGrath is the fiercest opponent to the development project. The renovation work has disrupted the protective veil that shields this world from the ancient, half-mythic past. And though he doesn’t have time for dallying with fetching American tourists, when Kendra arrives, desire flares between them. They join forces to save Pennard, but can they stop themselves from the one thing they can’t risk – falling in love?

  On The Cliffs

  He was much too attractive.

His soft, buttery-rich burr proved why so many American women melted at the first hint of a Scottish accent. It was a frightfully unfair advantage.

Kendra tried to appear unimpressed. “Do you always share your opinions with strangers?”

For a moment he looked surprised, but then he smiled. “We aren’t strangers. We met last night.”

“I don’t even know your name.” His nearness made her pulse leap.

“Graeme MacGrath.” His burr deepened on the r’s, softening as if he’d said something much more intimate than his name. “And you are Kendra Chase, here on holiday.”

Kendra blinked. “How do you know my name?”

A corner of his mouth lifted as he stepped closer, shielding her from the wind. “There are no secrets in small Scottish villages.”

Kendra tucked her hair behind an ear. It was hard to think with him so near.

She could feel his warmth. His jacket sleeve touched her shoulder, the contact sending ripples of sensation through her. His scent swirled around her, making her heart race.

She was sure he could tell.

When his smile deepened, she knew it.
