I looked closer. “Not a chance.”

“Yep, I’m the pregnant one and Gem is in the rubber suit.”

“You two, my God, these are great.”

“Too bad they didn’t fool the goons.”

The pilot stuck his head out and said, “We’re ready to take off, if you are.”

Gem shouted, “Hell yeah. Let’s go home.”

The extra crew sat in the front, and we sat in the rear.

“I can’t believe they figured out this was you. They must’ve followed your every step.”

“I’m sure they have several teams on us. But we couldn’t shake them, no matter what,” Scottie said. “It was so frustrating. It brought us home, though.”

Gem rolled her eyes. “Hey you two, after we hit ten thousand feet, there’s a cabin in the back. Maybe you should take advantage of it.”

I waggled my brows at the idea.

  “Seriously?” Scottie asked.

“Yeah, I’m serious. You slept, I didn’t so I’ll crash soon. You and Raiden can… well, you two figure that out.”

Scottie’s hand touched her neck as she flushed. All I wanted to do was lick and kiss her.

We took off, and it wasn’t long after when the captain announced we were free to move around.

“Come on, let’s go.” I grabbed her hand, but as she tried to stand, we both realized she hadn’t unbuckled her seat belt. After she did, we went to the rear cabin where a tray of food and drinks awaited us. I had pre-ordered that before we landed.

I didn’t give Scottie time to think before I pulled her shirt off and unhooked her bra. Nipples hard as rocks called to me and I bent to suck them.

“I missed this so much,” she said.

Not answering, I continued to play with her stiff peaks. Then I pulled off her jeans and thong and dropped to my knees. After placing one of her legs over my shoulder, my tongue swiped her slit, long and slow. It delved in deep before it targeted her clit, circling and flicking it. I spread her lips with my thumbs and kept up my ministrations until her deep moans told me she was close. One finger slid in deep and pumped and rubbed her spot repeatedly. Her inner muscles soon contracted against my finger and my dick pulsated in response. I had to have her.

I undid my pants and slid them down. Then I set her on the floor and thrust deep inside of her. “Christ, Scottie, you’re heaven.” I gazed into her gorgeous green eyes and lost my heart to her as I inched in and out at an achingly slow pace. I couldn’t tear my gaze away. “I love you, Scottie Sullivan, now, and forever.”

Her hands roamed my cheeks, and she answered with, “Now, and forever, my love.”

We loved each other with our bodies until we both came in each other’s arms and fell down from our high together. Our limbs entwined, and I weaved my fingers through her now shorter hair. “I meant every word I said. You hold my heart and soul. No one has ever done that before.”

“Raiden, you have mine too, but you know my past.”

“I wasn’t expecting you to say the same things, but I’m thrilled you feel the same. Those days you were away were interminable. I was the biggest ass around.”

  “Yeah?”

“Ask anyone and they’ll tell you. I hated not being with you. I worried about you, sure, but not being able to see or talk to you was… fuck, I can’t even explain myself.”

“No need. I missed the heck out of you too. Want to know something? I’m glad you missed me.”

I rolled her over so she was on top as I didn’t want to crush her. “I am too. It made me admit that I love you and am in love with you.”

“I have to share this with you, Raiden. You know my past. I never thought I’d have feelings or deep emotions for anyone again. You’ve opened my heart up to love again. I’m so thankful for that.” She kissed me and it quickly turned into one filled with heat. I was sure my cock was finished for a while, but it perked back up with her mouth on me. I lifted her by the hips so she could slide down my shaft.

“Ah, this is nice.” She caught a rhythm, which I matched, and I sought her clit. I watched her magnificent body as she leaned back, resting her hands on my thighs. My other hand pinched one of her nipples as she worked her way closer to a climax. I came after she did, holding myself back as long as possible.

Then she collapsed in a heap on top of me. I set her aside and went to the bathroom for a cloth to clean her up. Afterward, I carried her to the bed. That’s when she noticed everything.

  “Did you do all this?”

  “I did. For you.”

There were freshly cut flowers and food. And there were also a few wrapped gifts.

“Raiden! I don’t know what to say.”

“You don’t have to say anything. Here.” I handed her a gift. She opened it and blushed. It was a sexy bra and matching thong in white lace.

  “It’s beautiful.”

“Not as beautiful as you.” I gave her another gift. When she opened it, she cracked up.

  “I’ve missed the old one.”

“Since I tore it, I figured you’d want another.” It was a replacement cow nightshirt.

  “Thank you.”

The last gift was in a small box. She opened it and inside was an envelope. She eyed it with curiosity, then tore it open.

“Oh, this is lovely.” It was for an in-home massage.

“I figured you could use one after the ordeal you’ve just been through.”

  “Thank you. It’s very thoughtful.”

We sat on the bed sipping champagne and eating fruit and cheese. “I can get something more substantial if you’d like.”

“You’re plenty substantial for me.” She winked.

  “Why, thank you, miss.”

We played around some more before we both fell asleep. A constant dinging woke us both. It was the phone in the cabin. I answered it and it was the flight attendant.

“Sir, we’ll be landing soon, so you’ll both need to be in your seats.”

  “Uh, sure. Thanks.”

I relayed the information to Scottie.

“Darn, I was enjoying our little idyllic hideaway in the sky.”

“Same here. But we’d better get dressed, unless you don’t mind them finding us naked.”

We got up and put our clothes on, made up the bed, and joined Gemini.

“Hope you two had a great nap.” She winked.

“It was the best I had in ages,” Scottie said.

  “I’m sure it was.”

Not much later we landed in Denver where Drex met us, along with a team of bodyguards in armored vehicles. Back to our new normal, but at least I now had Scottie home.

  Chapter Thirty-Two

  Scottie

Home. Or whatever I could call it now. None of us were sure if we’d ever have a home again.

After our return to Colorado, they informed us how everyone had been moving from one hotel or rental home to the next.

Gemini and I commented that we’d been doing the same. Some of us assembled in the conference room of the current hotel where many of us were staying. It was perfect for a meeting. Drex, Gemini, Huff, Raiden, Cruze, Isla, Acer, and I were present.

“We came up with a plan while we were in Paris,” Gem said.

  “It’s a show-stealer too,” I added.

She began explaining about the staged scene where we’d threaten the little girl and the mother would beg Aiden to do something.

It didn’t convince Drex. “How will we get the kid to cooperate?”

“We don’t. We hire an actress, finding someone who matches the kid’s characteristics,” I replied. “We can advertise it as an audition for an upcoming movie to cover our tracks and then say we scrapped it.”

Huff thrummed his fingers on the table while Drex was silent.

“All we would need is to show the scene to the mother and film her watching it. Then send that to Aiden, having her beg him to give everything up. We’d cover the kid in fake blood from some kind of knife wounds. We’d ne
ed to work that part out.”

Finally, Drex said something. “What about the accent?”

“We’d find someone, even if they’d have to film this in Ireland.”

“No, absolutely not. We can’t under any circumstances go to Ireland. Word would get out,” Drex protested.

“Fine,” Gem answered, “but I’m sure we could find someone in LA. The kid wouldn’t even have to talk. We could gag her.”

Then an idea struck. “What if we use the real kid, fake blood, gag her, and put makeup on her for bruises? If she had a gag on and couldn’t talk, maybe they’d think she was crying out for help. We could put drops in her eyes to make them red and watery.”

Raiden grinned. “That’s the best idea. The closer to reality it is, the more likely they are to believe it.”

Huff, who’d been strangely quiet, spoke up. “What about adding some ransomware to his computers on top of this?”

Drex flashed a wicked grin. “This keeps getting better and better. Go on.”

“I love the video idea of the kid. But let’s hijack his computer and add some ransomware too. We’ll completely tie him to us… lock him down and force his hand.”

Huff was a genius. This could totally block him and put him at our mercy. “One thing, Huff. Can you grab all his networks? If you hijack one, that’s not enough.”

“Yeah, I can get all of them. He’s bound to have linked ones, and I can find the rest by pinging his IP address. It shouldn’t be too hard.”

Drex exercised his authority. “Let’s take a vote. Who’s in favor of both, raise your hand.” All hands went up. “Good, now we need to find a great stage makeup artist.”

  “On it,” Gemini said.

  “I’ll help,” I volunteered.

We left the conference room and went to hers to hop online. We found several in the city of Denver who worked with the local theaters, but vetoed that and moved the search to LA. There were dozens and we settled on one who would fly out at the beginning of the week.

Then Cruze called to announce he’d found the perfect place to live. It was near where we currently were, in the high country, remote, huge, with security like a prison.

“You won’t believe this place. The alarm system beats everything I’ve seen. Even Drex has approved it. A ten-foot wall that has an electrified fence surrounds the property, so scaling it wouldn’t be possible. Video surveillance is perfect, and the driveway is a half mile long. It would be close to impossible to penetrate the place.”

“Sounds awesome. When can we occupy it?” I asked.

“Anytime. The owner is in prison for tax evasion.”

Gemini and I glanced at each other and smiled. I said. “I’m ready to settle in for the winter.”

“Uh, you have a few months before that happens,” Cruze said.

“I don’t care. I’m still ready.” His deep chuckle, so like Raiden’s, hit me. “Hey, where’s your big bro.”

“Aww, you miss him already, don’t you?”

  “I might.”

“He’s right here, sitting next to me.”

“Can you hand him your phone?”

Raiden came on the line and asked what was up.

“When will we leave the hotel?”

“In a few hours. Drex is arranging for the kitchen to be stocked and finding someone to cook for us.”

“Perfect. Gemini and I found a makeup artist who will come in next week. We’re on the move.”

“Great. I’ll meet you back in our room in a few.” His suggestive tone had me hurrying out of there.

“Hey,” Gem called out. “Where are you running off to? I thought we were planning this thing out.”

“Yeah, about that. Can we do it later today? Or after our move?” I was eager to get naked with my man.

  “Hmm. Someone seems distracted.”

My face heated, so it was a dead giveaway. “You might say that.”

“Get out of here, oh horny one.”

  “I’m not horny.”

“You can lie to yourself, but you can’t fool me.” Her laugh followed me out of the room. I skipped down the hall like a little kid until I got to my door. When I slipped the key card in, the door opened and a hand gripped my wrist. It happened so fast, a squeal ripped out of me. I found myself on the bed with Raiden’s mouth ravaging mine.

His scruff scraped my neck as he kissed the place where my neck joined my shoulder. It was so erotic, a wild moan escaped me. Not waiting for me to take off my shirt, his hands grasped either side, and he tore it right down the middle. I didn’t care. Cool air grazed my hot skin, and the contrast had goose bumps raising everywhere. He placed his mouth over a nipple before he removed my bra. The sensation was indescribable. Lace rubbed my sensitive nipple as he sucked hard and my hand automatically reached between my thighs.

“No touching. Only I can do that.”

I mewled my disappointment. I ached so badly; it was close to being unbearable. “I need you inside.”

Releasing my nipple, he lowered himself to pull off my pants. Then he hovered over my mound and placed his entire mouth over it.

  “Ohhhhh.”

He pushed my legs high, spreading them.

“More,” I begged. “I need more.”

My breath was ragged, but I knew he would drag this out. He finally tugged at my thong until it snapped. The man enjoyed ruining my panties. It was fine because he always replaced them. Now that I was bared to him, his tongue dove deep inside and swiped at my clit repeatedly. I was dripping with want… need. His scruff added that extra friction where I liked it and I moaned out my orgasm, telling him I needed him inside.

He complied at last. Flipping me onto my knees, his hands held my hips as he drove deep inside, sending shock waves roaring throughout me. His cock plunged in and out, over and over, as I sensed another climax coming on.

When it hit, his teeth scraped my shoulder, as my muscles massaged an orgasm out of him, draining him.

“Fuck, Scottie, you’re killing me.” He flipped me onto my back again and ran his hands over me, flicking my nipples. “I was wrong about you. You are a fucking queen, not a princess.”

“Then we’re quite a couple because you are the king of cocks.”

  Chapter Thirty-Three

  Raiden

Our group settled into the new house later that day. To call it a house was a misnomer. It was a mansion. There were two wings divided by a center staircase. We gave one side to Acer and Isla so they could spread out with the baby. Mom, Dad, and Liv also moved into that side.

Cruze, Gemini and Drex, and Scottie and I had the other half. There were twelve bedrooms, six on each side, so there was plenty of room for everyone.

The basement held a spacious wine cellar, and we created two separate spaces for the so-called prisoners. It was luxurious by any standards. They had beds, TVs, and they even had bathrooms down there.

The brat, as we’d named her, had toys, coloring books, dolls, and anything a kid could want. But all she did was whine for a computer, which was off-limits. Her mother’s voice was constantly hoarse from screaming at us. We all agreed it would be a relief to get them out of here. They were both most unpleasant.

That night, we sat around the table eating the dinner the moms cooked, since we couldn’t get anyone here until the weekend.

“This is delicious. Thank you for cooking,” Gemini said to both of them.

They nodded, and everyone chimed in with their thanks. Then we began talking business.

Mom jumped into the conversation, “I wish you’d let them go. I don’t like them being here.”

  “Mom…”

“I don’t either,” Liv said. “While we were cooking, we heard the mother calling out for her daughter, poor thing.”

Acer slammed his hand on the table. “Poor thing? Her father was responsible for what happened to me. They’re both living like royalty compared to what I went through.”

Mom paled and Liv stared at Acer as her jaw dr
opped.

“Everyone, let’s calm down.” I intervened.

“No, Raiden. Let’s face the facts. I almost died and most likely would have. That woman’s father is trying to kill us.” He aimed a piercing gaze at my mother. “Don’t you get it? How many times have we moved? How many houses need to explode or bombs go off before it sinks in? Does one of us have to die first?”

Dad stood up. “Acer, that’s enough. You’ve upset your mother.”

“Good. That was my intention. This isn’t some kind of vacation we’re on. This is a life or death situation. We’re paying a lot of money to keep everyone safe, not to mention taking a big chance on this scheme working. The least she could do is support us. We’re not some fly-by-night idiots putting a stupid plan together. This is a group of highly trained individuals using top-notch intelligence. Give us some credit, Mom.”

Scottie gripped my thigh, and I glanced at her. The tension in the air was thick. I cleared my throat to get everyone’s attention.

“This has been more than difficult on everyone. Mom, Acer is right. The man we’re after is the worst you can imagine. Please let us do our jobs. The woman downstairs has not or will not be harmed, nor will her daughter. It’s just a ploy to get the father to give himself up. There are things about this you don’t know or understand. All we ask is that you put your trust in us.”

She nodded her agreement, then stood. “If you’ll excuse me, I’m going upstairs. I’m sorry for the ruined dinner.”

Acer went after her, I assume to apologize or make amends. He wasn’t the sort to let things hang.

Cruze told us later they’d worked things out. Dad was glad because he hated any discord between us.

Later, as Scottie and I were getting into bed, she brought up the incident. “Your mom’s reaction surprised me.”

“To be honest, it did me too. She hasn’t reacted like that before, and she’s seen everything going on.”

  “Maybe it’s the stress.”

“Possibly. It hasn’t been easy living under the same roof as everyone.”

Scottie chuffed out a laugh. “No kidding. And they’ve been here the entire time. The pressure must be a killer.”
