by Kim Carmichael

Under the sweet attack, she gasped. “I need you both.”

Kiernan moved away. “Then you shall have us. Reve? On your back. She’s ready for you.” He assisted her up, and she straddled the god of dreams.

When she lowered down on his shaft, her body stretched to accommodate him when he thrust upward, driving deep. “That’s good.” She found her rhythm, up and down, slowly to draw out the pleasure and not to send them over too quickly.

Behind her, she heard Kiernan. “So hot, sexy. Give me a sec.”

Next, she felt his oil covered finger inside her rear, gliding in and out in opposition to her thrusts onto Reve.

“Relax. Open up for me. Lean down on his chest.” Kiernan nudged her forward.

She followed his directions, curious to see what he would do. In all of their play, they hadn’t taken it this far. The anticipation of having them both inside her at the same time nearly put her over the edge as she pressed against Reve.

“I’ll go slowly.” Kiernan gripped her hips and eased inside her.

The pressure built gradually until he filled her entirely. He stopped.

Sandwiched between her two males, the complete rightness surged through her chest, and she tried to find the words. “Reve, Kiernan—I love you both.”

Reve leaned up to kiss her. “I love you.” He reached around her to grasp Kiernan’s chin and draw him in to a kiss. “And you.”

Gasping, after the kiss, Kiernan kissed her neck, the place guaranteed to bring a response. “Gods, I love you. I love this.

The gods found a coordinating rhythm, pushing and pulling, while stroking her breasts and caressing one another. Touched in places she’d never thought she’d long for, she responded to the combined thrill.

A marvelous liquid energy raced through her veins. “Yes. More.”

Kiernan, or maybe Reve circled her bud of nerves and that last movement shot her to the pinnacle where she balanced, not wanting to come without them. “Please.”

“Not yet. We’ll come together,” Kiernan growled in her ear.

“I’m there.” Reve thrust up into her.

“Yes! Come with us!” Her husband trembled against her.

The quivering shocks echoed through her system and she collapsed against Reve. Each of her gods surged inside her with one final lunge, and their seed spilled into her.

Multi-colored lights sparked around them. The aftershocks of her orgasm rocked her and another one shot through her.

Kiernan and Reve held her tight as the bed shook. Suddenly, everything moved. Lost in the haze of the ultimate passion with her two loves, it was a moment before she realized the whole cave trembled.

The god of darkness was the first to shift positions. He lifted off of them and tried to stand, a feat which proved impossible as everything swayed around him.

Kiernan grabbed hold of the cave wall, but even that was unsteady. “What’s going on?”

“We need to get out of here.” Reve gently nudged her off of him and stood beside Kiernan. “The cave might collapse. It’s got to be an earthquake of some kind.”

Her husband didn’t hesitate, he gripped her hand and Reve’s and headed for the entrance. They stumbled through the cave until they came to the opening.

Outside was no better, rocks fell off the mesa and the sands shifted in the valley. Then she turned her gaze upward. Even the stars seemed to be moving.

“Look.” She pointed toward the star, Kappa.

Reve stood on the other side of Kiernan “Isn’t it closer?

“Gods, I think you’re right.” Kiernan squeezed her hand. “Nocterra is moving.”

The ground, still unstable, seemed to roll beneath them. The rocks crashed, thundering from the cliffs some distance away.

“Maybe we’d better sit,” she said.

Kiernan drew them both to the surface. They sat huddled together, but watching in wonder as Kappa grew nearer.

How long they waited, she wasn’t sure but eventually the ground settled and Kappa, much larger in Nocterra’s sky appeared much like the sun back on earth.

“Wow.” Reve’s voice held the wonder she felt.

“Never did I think to witness such a thing again.” She kept her voice low. “Long ago in the mists of time when the earth and sun were created, I remember seeing something similar, when Chaos settled into order.”

“I knew it.” Kiernan’s clutched them closer to him. “It’s us. You know?”

“What do you mean?” Reve caressed her husband’s shoulder.

“We did this.” Kiernan nodded, and his voice grew more excited. “Our lovemaking brought the light to Nocterra, or rather brought Nocterra into the light. It took all three of us uniting to make it possible. Remember the moon, Nyx?”

“I do.” She nuzzled his neck. “While that was magnificent, this is wondrous. Now life can exist on Nocterra.” Leaning over, she took Reve’s hand. “It’s my dream come true.”

“If the three of us can do this, we can do anything.” Reve raised her hand to his lips.

“Great things come from love, and with three of us, there is more to go around.” Kiernan chuckled. “Uniting the gods of darkness, night and dreams is a natural step, don’t you think?”

Their laughter rang out across the bright sands of Nocterra.

“Since we’ve solved this problem, I think Zeus wants us back on earth.” Nyx stood first and they joined her.

In their small circle, they clasped hands and made their way home to the Halls of Night. From now on, she was certain they could sustain their lives, and together face the darkness and always know the dream of dawn’s light lay within reach.

  Chapter One

Ivanka thrust her key into the hole, jerked the handle and shoved the door to her apartment open so it hit the wall with a loud thud. Stomping across the wood floor loud enough for her boots to echo on the polished wood floor, she tossed her purse, startling the large bloodhound. She jumped off the couch and ran toward Ivanka, barking up a storm.

“Shit, just calm down, damnit. It’s just me.”

The dog barked once more, planting itself in front of Ivanka, large face looking up with giant puppy eyes.

Ivanka bent down, patted the dog and gave her a scratch behind the ears. “Good girl. Now go. Mommy’s tired and had a long ass day.”

Before she sat, her phone rang. She fell down against the couch, grateful for the plushness of the leather, reached into her purse and picked up the phone. Her lips curled into a slow smile.

Lila. She answered the call, but before she could say anything, the sound of moaning caught her attention.

  “Lila?”

“Yes, baby. I just got done teaching yoga class and was about to hit the shower. But I’m yours if you’re free tonight.”

Her heart raced. “Is Jesse coming?”

Slow laughter drifted through the phone across Ivanka’s ear like silk over freshly shaved skin. “That depends on how good you and I both are, doesn’t it?” The mere mention of getting together with her two lovers made her heart skip and dampened her panties just a bit.

“Mm, indeed, darling. Shall we see you at eight?”

Ivanka looked at the clock. She had two hours to get dressed, shave, cross town in rush hour traffic and find herself in bed with a lovely rubenesque woman and one hell of a stud. “Indeed.”

Sultry laughter was cut off by the phone disconnecting. Ivanka resisted the urge to touch herself in favor of heightening her anticipation. After the shit day she’d had, a little romp with her triad would make things better.

It had to. Her parents had been on her ass about her inheritance. Her charity was in need of money badly if it planned to operate on the scale she hoped for. Hell, the launch of their biggest fundraiser for saving the lions she’d sponsored took a lot of time on her part. She had politicians to negotiate with, charities outside of her own to coordinate with, all because she’d done the one thing no one thought possible. She’d raised a lion cub and sent it back into the wild.

Last year, she’d gone to Africa and used part of her inheritance to track the lion only to be told she’d never find it.

If she did, skeptics said the lion would most likely have a pack and if it saw her, it would kill and eat her. Since lions weren’t pack animals, Ivanka didn’t bother paying heed to their words.

Scared at the prospect of being charged at by three hundred plus pounds of muscle, Ivanka possessed enough courage to trust her instincts, so she ventured into Africa and found her lion. When he spotted her, he ran toward her.

She still remembered how hard her heart pounded against her ribcage until nearly three hundred and fifty pounds of muscle and fur flung itself in her face and wrapped strong paws around her. Then it came.

  The tongue.

She giggled and wrapped her arms around her lion, until the lion’s mate showed up and snarled, signaling it wanted attention too.

Closing her eyes, Ivanka slumped back against the couch, let out a happy sigh and laughed when her dog jumped up and set its head down in her lap.

Looking down at her big face, she smiled. “You won’t be like my parents. You don’t judge me when I go save the lions I love so much, will you?”

The bloodhound glanced up at her, her large expressive eyes saying what only Ivanka thought she could hear.

  Unconditional love.

Something her fucking parents hadn’t understood about life. They had it in for money.

  Greed.

Well, no not greed. Status. Ivanka had been good with greed. More money meant more of a chance to help the world, make it a better place. Make her own life easier.

Maybe her two lovers would understand once they saw her in action at the charity.

Actually, she had no doubt. Jesse had already indicated a strong desire to lend his accounting skills free of traditional charge, of course, and Lila had promised moral support while she earned her degree. Since she’d met them, she’d found them both to be supportive, loving people who lived life to the fullest.

Lila taught gentle yoga to aging seniors during the evenings. Jesse was a money guy, an accountant. Ivanka remembered the first meeting at a local upscale bar. Both of them had been talking. Ivanka couldn’t help notice the sexy little number the other woman wore and had to walk to her just to tell her. The three of them started hit it off, conversation flowing easily before for the next two hours.

“Why don’t we head back to my house? I’ve got a nice bottle of wine we could share. You know,” he offered a boyish smile that had Ivanka’s panties melting, “this could turn into something fun.”

Thirty minutes later they’d arrived at Jesse’s house in the Sunset district. A week later, the threesome became an official triad.

Ivanka’s thoughts drifted toward the evening ahead of her. Jesse had been one of the most patient lovers she’d ever had and Lila’s body begged for exploration. You know, in case Ivanka forgot.

  Like she ever could.

Forty-five minutes later, she’d fed Donna, walked her, showered and put on something slinky but not too revealing. Silk bra and panties covered her delicate bits and would glide exquisitely across her skin when Jesse and Lia tugged off her undergarments. Slick black heels complimented the outfit. Hair still damp, she let it hang down her back. Lila loved playing with Ivanka’s hair, liked tugging it and nibbling against the bare flesh of her neck.

Jesse had his favorite spots too. The amazing thing about them in bed was that they worked as a true triad, not one of them putting their needs above another, but aiming instead for mutual pleasure.

She put her foot to the pedal, steering with precision through moving traffic until she hit the turnoff to Lincoln Avenue. The Sunset District had been her home away from home when things felt too fast-paced in Oakland. Her lovers lived close enough for comfort but far enough away from downtown to avoid the bullshit when protests were an issue or problems arose.

The Sunset was quiet, especially during winter. God knows she could use the warmth of two bodies, hot and heavy with lust.

Ten minutes later she’d pulled into the driveway, spotted Jesse’s bike and smiled. Her nipples hardened, brushing against the fabric of her bra with enough friction to excite her further.

Turning off the engine, she checked her hair in the mirror one last time and nodded in satisfaction. In a few hours, her hair would be a total mess, her body sore, and her mind empty of the day’s events. She could evade telling her lovers of her parents’ latest bullshit for the time being.

Her pulse sped when she shut the door and made her way up the steps to the front door. She raised a hand to knock, but the door opened with a slow squeak.

  Ivanka widened her eyes.

Lila stood in the doorway wearing a strapless thigh length red nightie that exposed plenty of cleavage. Her hair fell around her face in blonde curls, emphasizing plump lips and her beautiful blue green eyes. Her lips curled upward before she extended her arms. “Come in quickly. It’s cool outside.”

Ivanka nodded and stepped in, her heels clicking against the marble steps before hitting hardwood floor and finally a large throw rug. The soun
d of glass hitting a coaster caused her to turn her head toward the living room where Jesse released a drink, then cross the distance.

Both he and Lila took Ivanka in their arms and pulled her to them. Soft, masculine lips fell upon her neck, mouth, cheeks, while strong arms encompassed her and made her feel part of something important. His firm body, all muscle from a hobby as a long distance runner left no guesses as to what little fat he possessed. Towering over her, he pulled back, stared at her from baby blue eyes and offered a genuine smile.

Ivanka bumped her hips against his, feeling the girth of his erection through his jeans, and her excitement ramped up a notch.

“Glad to see you.” He nuzzled her cheek with his, blowing hot breath in her ear. His breath caressed her inner ear and sent chills up her spine, while his hands cupped her ass, pulled her closer.

Lila mimicked his movements, only with her lips. Her mouth pressed against the sensitive spot of Ivanka’s neck gripping flesh lightly before her tongue flicked over soft skin.

Ivanka shook against them, reaching for a shirt, negligee, anything to hold onto before she fell into the ecstasy created by her two lovers.

“You know we want you, Ivanka. We need you. You complete us.”

Jesse’s harsh voice whispered harshly against her ear, sending signals not just to her pussy but to her heart. She’d needed to hear something like this all day. The stress of her parents’ bullshit had her upset before Lila called, and of course now, had to rear its ugly head.

She ran a hand through Jesse’s shoulder length dark hair. “Can I get a drink first? It’s been a long day.”

Jesse released her first. “Of course. What’ll be your pleasure?”
