It took Droncur many centuries to groom the queen into what she’s known and respected for today. Ce-loo-me is his life’s work. But she’s also more than that because he had to leave his own family behind, watching them burn from the departing spaceship, while a bomb destroyed their entire planet within the blink of an eye.
Ce-loo-me has since then become his family. They will always stand behind each other, no matter which obstacles their fate might still have in store for them.
Today, Droncur and Ce-loo-me keep their relationship professional to the outside as only a handful of confidantes know the true story of Ce-loo-me’s disappearance. In the public mind, she was rescued by a secret Lyr-an warrior unit from the reptilian enemy who took her from her parents as a slave to their planet. Another story tells how she was married to a reptilian leader who taught her the language of his species. That’s why she’s able to communicate telepathically with them.
If the Lyr-ans would find out the true story about their queen, they might most likely disobey and plot against her, demanding the change of system for a democratic rulership and the elimination of monarchy. The Lyr-ans were known to be a radical set of people. They would have eaten the little princess up and divided the kingdom into various parts that would have been overrun by surrounding planets. There was a pretty glum future if the planet had split but secessionists never accepted that probability. They believed they would make it work once they were in power.
There have been various groups among the Lyr-ans after the war, some even worked together with outside infiltrators to weaken the tiny rest of stability that was left through the promotion of democratic thoughts and multicultural world views. These groups still exist, hidden in plain sight, ready to strike whenever the throne shows a sign of weakness and disunity. Some of their members even make up part of the queen’s royal court. Therefore, Ce-loo-me has learned that she can only trust two people, her daughter Mai-loo-na and Droncur.
Even though the thought of a democratic society might seem exciting and fair at first, it also opens doors for the enemy to infiltrate from within a system that has neither a substance, a feasible construct, nor the power to protect the individual.
Just as once on Earth, monarchy is practiced since eons in the galaxies. There are variations of democratic and non-democratic empires or kingdoms, but the core always stays the same. Monarchies have built civilizations that last for centuries while democracy itself has never even once lasted in any human or alien history.
Democracy, as it has been practiced on other planets before through the infiltration of certain power-hungry groups that either killed the royal families or orchestrated coups, always lacks in equality, promotes openly the exploitation of people, uses corruption as a tool to control the masses and keep the power of only a certain group of wealthy people (whatever that wealth might reflect on each planet individually such as money, minerals, gems or secret equations). It also produces civil rights issues that will lead to a structured division of society, and finally, makes voting for a party or a president meaningless because there is no actual system to prosecute politicians. They will always get away with corruption, no matter how true the accusations are. In a monarchy, however, basic democratic laws ensure public stability through punishment, with the execution being the highest of them all.
Or as the human founding father of the United States, Benjamin Franklin once said:
“Democracy is like two wolves and one sheep
voting on what’s for dinner.”
Ce-loo-me comes from a long lineage of Lyr-an kings and queens who also went through the darker times of rulership, just as any other kingdom does in its process of evolution. And while trying to find their feet, planets and colonies have made their grievous mistakes in their choice of government as well.
Every now and then, she opens a recorded hologram of her family’s history and watches every war, every unnecessary bloodbath which could have been avoided, reminding herself that evolution and progress are always built on failure.
It has ever since been in her endeavor to learn from their mistakes in order to become the queen her people deserve and can trust. As the high priestess of the Um-sharr used to say, “We cannot resent the mistakes of the past but rather we must learn from it, so as not to tread that path”.
However, today is not such day of reflection. Right now, Ce-loo-me worries about what she calls her ‘masterplan’. She’s been working on it since the birth of her twins, after she was visited by an Um-sharr priestess to bless her newborns and lay out the future energy points in life that would define their fate.
From that day on, the queen began with her preparations to ensure a prosperous future for her kids, remembering her childhood teachings of the Um-sharr high priestess, also known as Um-ussie, the Eye of Wisdom.
Um-ussie taught Ce-loo-me about the history of the Lania-kea universe, the wars which the Um-sharr were involved in and later had to take the back seat and witness, but also what was taken from them by the Lyr-ans and other members of today’s Galactic Federation of Free Worlds and the Galactic Federation of Light. Um-ussie then revealed a prophecy that Ce-loo-me has once heard her parents whisper about, just right before they were murdered, the prophecy of ‘The Dragon King’.
It says that a dragon king will emerge with his warriors to walk time and space, deciding about the future of the universe, and bringing the light back into the dark.
What Ce-loo-me’s parents didn’t know or tried to erase was the actual ending of this prophecy. It tells that there will be other forces pretending to be the light, wanting the dragon king for their own agenda to keep what they’ve stolen and protected ever since.
And on the day, should the dragon king choose a different path, one of darkness, the universe will have seen its last day. The void of the universe would swallow itself, one black hole after the other, causing the multiverse to collapse like a long pack of falling dominoes.
The reason why Ce-loo-me has taken such an interest in Earth and why she’s risking even the life of her own daughter, only Droncur knows and can convince the queen that her masterplan will be fruitful.
“Our alliance with Type II and III civilizations is well underway. The other planets we’ve seeded are ripe. Their emotional clearing and DNA re-coding has been a success.”
A noise outside the room causes them both to straighten. Droncur resumes their telepathic conversation, “They’ll stand loyally by our side”.

Meanwhile on Earth. A beautiful turquoise dragonfly flutters through the AN-CDC Park and glides from a nearby waterfall within the park down over a futuristic dragon-shaped bridge, right to the organic-housing sector, and lands in front of a windowsill of Professor Azarov’s organically shaped villa.
A tall Caucasian humanoid carries two plates of Russian blintzes (Russian pancakes) from the kitchen into the dining room where Professor Azarov sits opposite his son, Counselor Azarov (Dimitri). The Professor pours Tschai (Russian tea) from an ancient-looking Russian samovar (heated metal container to boil water) into their cups. The humanoid places the blintzes on the table, right next to butter, sour cream, jam, honey and caviar. The atmosphere between father and son seems notably awkward.
Professor Azarov tries his best to start a conversation while filling his blintz.
“They are just as your mother used to make them,” he commences in Russian.
Dimitri fills his blintz with condiments, unresponsive.
“Dimitri,” the professor sighs as he takes a bite of his blintz and looks straight at his son who still does not return his gaze.
“I need to show you something,” the professor says as he drops his blintz and gets up. “Follow me!”
Azarov is slightly irritated but finishes up his blintz and follows his father out of the room, down the flight of spiral stairs. The professor leads his son through a very old and almost dilapidated underground tunnel made of stone, decorated on both sides with holographic 3D projections o
f the artwork and photographs of Russian painter, writer, archaeologist and theosophist Nikolai Rerikh.
Inbuilt holo-bars illuminate their way into the chamber. Father and son stop in front of a metal door, richly ornamented with engraved alien symbols.
“Why does it look so familiar?” Counselor Azarov wonders to himself, as if he would try to remember something from the past. The memory of where he has first seen that door keeps tugging at his brain. He can’t accept that this is just a mere coincidence or an occurrence of a déjà vu, he knows he has seen this door somewhere and it means something to him.
Professor Azarov places his right palm on the same symbol seen before on Agni’s wooden box: three spheres surrounded by a circle, protecting a Chinese hexagram in its center.
A microscopic needle stabs the ring finger of the professor and the DNA filled blood-drop mixes with the surface of the symbol, initiating the opening of that door into a hidden crystalline underground chamber.
They enter the secret chamber under Azarov’s house. In the middle of the dome-shaped room, above a golden altar, hovers the giant piece of an emerald-green rock, so intricately constructed that a closer look shows an exceedingly detailed pattern that never repeats. It is shielded by a shimmering blue sphere which projects several detailed celestial maps updating themselves in real-time. Professor Azarov and his son walk around it.
“What’s this?” the counselor asks his father intrigued, still keeping their conversation to a minimum.
“A piece of the Holy Grail,” the professor explains, “the Cintamani”.
By the sound of that name, the room self-activates, beaming the symbol from the door above the sphere, onto the ceiling. Counselor Azarov takes a step back and listens to his father.
“That’s the ‘Circle of Shambhala’, divided into Guardians, Keepers and Warriors,” the professor continues. “Each one of them fulfills a destiny to protect the Cintamani from the dark power that has enslaved many civilizations in the past. The hexagram in its center stands for the ‘Source’, the universal power of Qi.”
The sphere projects a brief history of the Cintamani onto its surface and begins with the story, narrated by Professor Azarov.
“About 15 Million years ago, in the star system of Siri-us,” the professor narrates as a galactic superwave outbursts from the central sun on the holo-sphere and cosmic particle rays travel through space from the galactic center along the spiral arm of the galaxy, in which the solar system is located in, and destroy many planets and stars on their way, “a galactic superwave, originating from the central sun, destroyed many planets on its way. One of them was a planet orbiting around Siri-us A.”
They watch the planet explode, and its fragments travel through space. One of them, a gigantic meteorite, reaches Earth and breaks into five pieces as it hits the atmosphere, impacting on Earth’s surface.
“Fragments of that planet traveled through space until one of them, a gigantic meteorite, reached Earth and went down in five pieces, on what later became South and West Bohemia, South Moravia, Lusatia and Northern Austria.”
The sphere shows splatters of material melting by the impact and cooling into a translucent glass-like substance of emerald-green color, with swirls and bubbles accentuating its appearance.
“The meteorite cooled on the impact into a glass-like substance of emerald-green color,” Professor Azarov pauses to watch three types of reptilians travel to Earth, with two different craft in shape and color landing on the planet; and another draconian species, the highest one from Ori-on, materializing through a portal into this dimension.
“The inhabitants of this destroyed planet,” he goes on, “were a reptilian-like species originating from Siri-us, Ori-on and Drac-o. They are said to have been in existence from the beginning of the universe.”
The last scene on the sphere morphs into how the reptilians find themselves at the gates of Mu, the mythical continent in the ‘Pacific Ring of Fire’. A futuristic city of pyramids, with radiating crystalline pyramidions on top, stretches in front of them to the foot of a volcano.
“After their home got destroyed, they swarmed out into space, in search of the meteorites, and landed on Earth during the time of ‘Mu’.”
The next projection depicts the three kings of Ori-on, Siri-us and Drac-o stand on the stairs of the central pyramid in front of hundreds of bowing Mu-ri-ans who worship them as gods. These mind controlled Mu-ri-ans use a sophisticated scientific generator to create a stargate over one of the meteorites and let it disappear into the portal, all while being watched by the draconian overlord.
“The reptilian invaders colonized Earth and suppressed the Mu-ri-ans through mind-control. Four pieces of the meteorite that crushed on the planet, were successfully shipped to another universe, but the last and biggest one still remained on Earth.”
The scene continues with twelve Pleiadi-an space warrior units, dressed in different stealth suit armors, greeting the High Council of At-laan with a right hand three-finger salute, symbolizing the three aspects of promise to their cause:
1. Honor the Federation and this planet
2. Help others
3. Obey the law of the 'Eye'
“The Pleiadi-an priests sent 12 space warrior units to Earth, among which were not only soldiers but also scientists.”
Professor Azarov performs an elegant hand-move to blow up the next pictures in which electromagnetic pulse weapons, the size of towers, eight in numbers, are activated around At-laan and blast over Earth, destroying everything and everyone in the way, generating large tsunamis of which one destroys the continent of Mu within seconds, burying it under water.
“Together, they built the large city of ‘At-laan’ and used their electromagnetic pulse weapons to destroy Mu.”
Counselor Azarov watches how Reptilians die in the tsunami wave and the explosion of the volcano as Mu-ri-ans de-materialize into safety, freed from the draconian mind-control.
“Since that day of destruction, the remaining reptilians on Earth were banned from the surface of the planet and had to retreat underground.”
The professor points to a small number of reptilians escaping into underground caves, where they begin the process of building their own subterranean cities.
“There, they’ve built the subterranean city of Bhogovita. Indogene people referred to these surviving reptilians as ‘Nagas of Patala’, the serpent people of the underworld.”
The sphere does a little spin to a scene where the reptilians gather under the last remaining meteorite on Earth in order to begin with their draconian prayers, worshiping their stone, and sending out dark Qi, as the stone’s color slowly changes from emerald-green into deep black.
“Unseen from the surface civilization of the At-laans, they gathered under the last meteorite and began with a draconian ritual, lasting 666 days. During that time, the Cintamani’s color changed into pure black and its frequency to hate, anger and destruction.”
The next pictures flash before the eyes of the counselor, illustrating how the Cintamani is activated and used as a frequency weapon by the reptilians, causing more and more At-laans to lose their minds and kill each other without ruin. They riot and murder in their own cities until being consumed by a great tsunami that buries them all in moments.
“The At-laans were clueless about what was going on and killed each other, before they eventually lost their own city through the Cintamani’s dark power,” professor Azarov says with a very serious expression in his voice as he zooms in on At-laan emperor Taz-la-voo, who is smart enough to send as many of his council members as possible to their Pleiadi-an spacecraft before the tsunami can reach the center of At-laan.
Together, they travel through a portal in Antarctica to Inner Earth and set foot on the soil that would soon become the legendary ‘Kingdom of Agartha’.
“Before At-laan sank into the ocean, emperor Taz-la-voo was able to evacuate as many At-laan counselors as possible to the shielded core of Inner Earth, where they
began to build the ‘Kingdom of Agartha’.”
Another spin of the sphere reveals how the At-laan soldiers use their frequency-pyramidions in the newly built kingdom as a weapon to strengthen the Cintamani’s light-energy. They reverse its destructive power to kill the reptilians’ dark soul by mixing it with human emotions of love, peace and mercy; this also serves to change their DNA.
“In a last act of saving the planet, the At-laans fought back by using their own Cintamani piece together with enhanced pyramidions and reversed the frequency of the meteorite to kill the enemy’s dark soul through human emotions of love, peace and mercy.”
The next moment, the At-laans gather in front of a golden altar that is similar to the one from Professor Azarov’s secret chamber, marked with the Circle of Shambhala and the Cintamani hovering above it.
“On the day of liberation, the priesthood of Agartha formed the ‘Circle of Shambhala’ in order to protect the Cintamani from any darkness and to help the planet heal its crystal frequency grid.”
Then, the At-laans lock hands around the altar and use their minds to break the stone into two pieces.
“To make sure, that the stone won’t fall into the wrong hands, the Council decided to break it into two pieces. One was kept at Agartha and the other on the surface of Earth.”
The Professor deactivates the sphere and guides his son’s attention back to the Cintamani.
“What you see in front of you is the biggest relic of the second Cintamani piece which was once given to King Solomon in Israel, who then split it into six and made a ring to lead his ‘League of Warriors’.”
