Pulling up my knees, I straddle his hips and press my center over his cock. Teasing Zander. Readying me. Goosebumps race as his hands caress my shoulders, moving around to my back, down to my hips and my ass.

“Seraya. Gods, I love you.” Zander slides his hands between my thighs. Finding my clit, he presses gently, circling the nub, forcing shivers through every inch. Every nerve lit in need. His touch, his manipulation of my body wakes my soul. Long fingers tiptoe below, gently pressing inside me, one, then another, forcing shivers down my spine, preparing me for our physical Convergence, one we’ve not had in a while. One our bodies and souls have needed for so very long.

Gliding my right hand down to his cock, I position him. Eyes closed, our souls swirl around one another as his cock slowly sinks deep into my core. I gasp as he fills me completely, hitting that special spot deep inside.

Greedy hands explore as our bodies move in sync, my mind and soul merging with his.

For Eternals, sexual encounters are not just about pleasures of the flesh – but so much more.

A rush of endorphins soon overwhelms me as Zander orgasms, and our souls merge. We’re sucked from our bodies and propelled into the spirit dimension, the ether where souls walk.

Humans call it astral projection, kind of like lucid dreaming. Our consciousness melds together, and we’re there, but not.

“Chayah,” Zander whispers into my mind, our origins hovering above our entwined bodies below. “You always know what I need.”

“Yes, darling. After all that’s transpired, we needed this. We can’t be strong if we don’t regenerate our spirit. Rest now, my soul. Meditate. Calm your mind and focus on me.

  “Yes, Chayah.”

His spirit quiets as his soul melds into mine. Completely converged, body and soul.

As the youngest Gemini and one so physically grounded, it’s difficult for Zander to connect to his spiritual essence, which is why it’s so important we Converge more often than the others. Eternals are only truly balanced when connected to their soul mate. That only happens during a Complete Convergence – when our bodies and souls unite as one.

Our minds remain quiet, meditating, soaking up the peace and strength of the spirit dimension until a knock at the door sucks Zander out and back down into his body, effectively taking me with him.

While I can project on my own, such an unexpected reaction pulls me from my meditation.

Zander’s muscles jolt, forcing our bodies to disengage, too. He grumbles loudly.

Straddling his hips, I brace his cheeks. “Relax, my soul.” I lean down and leave a soft, lingering kiss, then sit up and stand from the bed.

  “Chayah, it’s Caspien.”

  Zander grunts loudly.

“Just a minute.” Peeling myself from the bed, I clean up in the restroom then, still naked, answer my door.

Cas raises an eyebrow. Smirking, his gaze wanders over my body. He’s been gone for a long time. In theory, I should’ve converged with him first, but there’s been no time since his return then departure.

“I just returned from flight with Journey, and Zander caught me after I shifted.” I gesture back to Zander, who’s pouting.

“No judgement.” Cas chuckles. “I am impressed though. We’ve not converged since my return, yet you risk answering the door like this.” He grins. “Brave woman.”

  Zander clears his throat.

“Sorry, Zan.” Cas nods. “Didn’t mean to interrupt.”

  “Right.” He scoffs.

“Nova wants the family to get together tomorrow,” Cas says. “What do you think?”

  “I think that’s perfect.”

“Then afterwards, a visit to the Grotto is in order.” Cas picks up a strand of my hair, twirling it around his finger. “All of us.”

  “All of us?”

“Yes. More than a year has passed since our last Inclusive Convergence. Given the situation, we could all use the extra boost. Gabrielle suggested it.”

“Okay then, it’s a date. As for a celebration, yes. Have the chefs prepare Italian cuisine for whomever can make it. Until then, please excuse me.” I peer back at Zander, who’s pulling on his fatigues, eyes staring at the floor. “Zander needs me.”

Cas gives me a once over and with a smile, he leans down and kisses me, hands still holding my hips. “I need you too, my love.”

  “I know.”

Group adventures aren’t usually our thing. Titus isn’t into that, but Zander and Cas are both open minded…the idea hits and can’t be undone.

“Join us.” Instinctively, my tongue slides between my lips.

Cas looks to Zander, who’s perked up now, sitting straight. Eyes wide with imagination.

“What do you say, Zander. Can Cas join us?” I ask, though my gaze is still locked onto Cas. I turn and peer back at Zander, searching his eyes for any apprehension.

  Not a drop.

He picks his jaw up off the floor and nods slowly, a wicked smile replacing his recent aggravation.

We’ve only ever done this before once, and I was inebriated. As I recall, we had a lot of fun though.

“Good.” Turning back to Cas, I give him the last say. “What do you think?” I run my hands over his hips back to his behind, lightly running my fingers across his ass. “I realize you’ve not had me to yourself in some time, but if you’re up for it, I’d really like you to join us.”

Unlike my other Gemini, Cas’s soul is…how do I say this…unique. He just gets it. In all our time together, he’s never once felt threatened by any other man in my life. He understands my spiritual connections to them, and he accepts the reality of what my Gemini are to me.

A direct connection to the Universe itself.

Cas’s heated gaze burns into me. His eyes agree before he gives his answer. “Yes, Ma’am.”

I smile and drag him inside, slamming the door behind him. Taking his cheeks in my hands, I pull him close and press my lips onto his. So soft. Slow and passionate.

Of all my Gemini, Cas is the romantic while Zander is more the dirty deeds type.

  Together, we could be explosive.

While our lips explore each other’s, I pull Cas backwards until my legs run into my bed. Disengaging from his kiss is pure torture, but not having him in my bed is worse. I turn us both around then tear at his clothes, one item at a time.

“You also deserve a reward. After all, you both retrieved that dagger, perhaps even saving Nova’s life. I owe you.” I look to Zander, whose tongue is running along his bottom lip. Taking his hand, I pull him to stand, let go, then take a step back, scrubbing my chin with my fingertips.

“You’re both overdressed.” I announce. “Strip.”

Zander and Cas, both staring at me, offer a sexual striptease, seductively removing one piece of clothing at a time. In a couple of minutes, both are gloriously naked.

Did I say I was a lucky Goddess? Yeah. I meant it.

Cas is an inch or so shorter than Zander, but still tall, standing eye to eye with me. His dark complexion is beautiful; silver eyes glimmer with every beam of sunlight that gathers within them.

  “Bed.” I demand, teasingly. “Now.”

As my two beautiful Gemini obey my command, all I can do is pause and give thanks to Gaea, the Mother above.

Yes, my life is an eternal sacrifice, but I have three sexy, perfect souls to share it with.

There’s no other woman in all three realms any luckier than me.

  ~Seraya~

Daylight and Twilight are the only two times of day in the Summerlands.

The shift between them is the only way we know transition of time in the Mortal Realm, and twilight is so subtle that most days we hardly notice it at all. Except when we’re looking forward to something like tonight.

Nova seems better. Spirits high, her wound appears to be healing. Though her skin has a strange grey cast to it, her aura doesn’t appear to be affected.

As there are often few things to
celebrate in our lives and even less time for celebration, we take moments when we can. We’re having a dinner party of sorts. The Elders, EMC and my Gemini are all meeting for the three Ds: dinner, dancing, and drinking.

A knock on my door pulls me from my inner ramblings as I ready myself for this evening’s celebration.

  “Come in,” I call out.

Footsteps echo through my chamber, becoming louder by whomever has come to escort me to the party.

As I put the final touches on my make-up and hair, Titus’s reflection appears in my bathroom mirror.

Dapper and fine as always, Titus is actually wearing earth fashion today, and not his usual Genesis uniform. Donned in a pair of relaxed grey slacks and an indigo button-down shirt, the sleeves are rolled halfway up his strong arms and a light bristle of ebony hair peeks out from below the buttons.

A rush of emotion pushes through me as I withhold my desire, telling myself now is not the time to be needy.

Titus sets his hands on my hips, inciting the usual rush of tingles forcing through my body. It’s been weeks since we’ve Converged, and like the rest of my Gemini, we need each other. The flash of energy and excitement is so strong, my eyes fall shut and my breath hitches in his adoring embrace.

“You look beautiful as always, my love.” His warm breath blows across my neck as his lips dip and touch my skin, soft and effortless. “I hear a Convergence is upon us.”

“Yes, my soul.” I barely manage the words. My body is lit, electricity rushes through me, blazing from my head to my fingertips, down to my toes which are secretly curling into the floor. “It’s been a while. My essence has missed you terribly.”

  “Mine, too.”

To anyone looking on, our relationship probably appears lukewarm at best most of the time. After many millennia together, however, looks can be deceiving.

While I have no favorites and each relationship is sacred to me, what I’ve built with Titus has been nurtured to a point of comfortable predictability – that doesn’t mean it’s any less loving or passionate.

Titus will always be my first love.

Peppering kisses along my neck, his hands press firmly into my hips for a moment then he runs his fingertips up and down my sides until he reaches my hair, pushing it over my other shoulder.

Gently repositioning my neck to the side, his hands brace my shoulders, and his lips slide to the soft swell behind my hair. Grazing my earlobe with his teeth, he pulls it gingerly into his mouth, tugging lazily.

“I don’t want to wait,” I say. “I need you now.”

Spinning around on my bare toes, my hair whips as I twirl. I take no ownership of my behavior.

  I want what I want.

Only half-dressed in a lacy black bra and silk panties, cool air brushes against my skin as my lips plunge onto his. Grabbing his shoulders, I push Titus backwards out of the bathroom and toward my bed in the other room.

Titus’s power and grace keeps him from stumbling as I guide him toward my bed.

I know we’re supposed to be celebrating and have a complete Convergence planned for later this evening, but damn it, I can’t wait.

One of the perks of being Chayah is I’ve earned what I want, when I want it. And right now, I want Titus. In my bed and thrusting deep inside me.

“Seraya,” he says, breathing out as I push him onto the bed. “The family is waiting on you.”

“Let them wait,” I say smugly. “It’s not often I ask for anything but when I do, I take what’s mine.”

As I climb onto my sexy Gemini, unbuttoning the soft shirt, a knock echoes through my chamber.

“Dinner’s ready.” Caspien. The second time he’s interrupted me with another Gemini. He must have some kind of radar.

I let out a sigh and drop on top of Titus.

He chuckles, wrapping his arms around me, holding me tightly as I roll him over on top of me and wrap my legs around his waist.

“Take heart, my love.” Titus grins. His beautiful blue eyes stare into my soul. “Tonight. You and I, Caspien and Zander. An Inclusive Convergence. But we…” he pauses and clears his throat as if preparing to say something profound. “We will make love.”

  Dinner was amazing, as always.

Aravot has the best cooks, having studied the art during their off time in Jagat, so the food is always amazing. Missing Capri, I asked for Italian cuisine, and they didn’t disappoint. Even got some Tiramisu with Italian ice cream.

Zander loves Peroni beers, Cas prefers deep reds, while Titus is more of a Bourbon man. As for me, I enjoy sweet drinks. Mixed and fruity. Sometimes, Moscato D’Asti.

When Genesis gets together, it’s a meal worth remembering. Tonight, they went to great lengths decorating the ballroom beneath my apartment. My favorite part is the embellishments of dangling twinkle lights across the full-length windows that overlook Viveka. It is very pretty here tonight.

With a fully sated palate, I’m sitting at one of my pianos, fingers playing instinctively while my gaze circles the room, grateful for the presence of my family.

Cas, Titus and his best friend, Raz are chatting along with Raz’s Gemini. Lailah and her Gemini, Elijah, who happens to be one of my best friends, are talking to Micah and her Gemini.

As of late, Eli and I haven’t really had time to chat. We’re the only two Genesis who can actually soul project and jump portals by materializing into body form. We’ve been close friends for a millennium or more. Another Eternal grounded by the mind, he feels my focus on him now. His attention leaves Lailah to look at me. Eli smiles and nods, then lifts his wine glass. “I know,” Eli whispers. “I miss you, too, Chayah.”

At normal family dinners, Elders and the EMC would all be surrounded by their Firstborns – human-angel hybrids called Nephilim in mythology texts – but tonight, most of the Firstborns are guarding the gates, monitoring the growing unrest in Jagat.

Grateful for having my family home and at peace, I continue to play, my gaze searches for them, curious what they’re up to.

Zander stands nearby with Remliel and Nova, trying to make Nova laugh. Those three are very close, connected in a way that makes my heart sing. Remliel appears concerned for Nova, almost sad while sitting on a couch, holding her on his lap. Nova’s seems happy, but she’s clearly faking it. Trying to put on a tough exterior.

While continuing to play, I close my eyes for a moment to tap into her mind, into her soul. As much as I pry, however, I see nothing. Feel nothing. Like her mind was, it’s as if her entire soul is cloaked in protective magic.

  I don’t like this.

“I’m tired, Chayah,” Nova says weakly. “Think I’m calling it a night.” I start to get up, but she stops me. “No, please. I’m okay, I just need some rest.”

“I’ll take good care of her,” Remliel says, his eyes never wavering from hers. His lips leave an adoring kiss to her forehead as she smiles, eyes closed, taking in every ounce of love he’s showing her.

It really is beautiful watching Gemini together, in love. Makes me happy to have the gift of matchmaking.

Nova opens her eyes, the glow from a moment ago has disappeared; the color in her cheeks fades just enough for me to notice. “Titus says you’re all Converging. I think that’s wonderful. Don’t let us interrupt any further. Caspien’s been gone for a long while now, and you all need to reconnect. Gather your strength.”

And the child teaches the mother.

“Very well,” I say reluctantly. I really don’t like her color, or rather lack thereof. “Rest. I’ll come see you in the morning.”

Nova nods as Remliel stands and picks her up, cradling her against his chest.

“I love you, Mother,” she says, her amber eyes glimmering with threatened tears as Remliel walks them to the door. “Nam aeternitas.”

Taking a breath, I begin to get up when Titus sets his hands on my shoulders, leans down and leaves a kiss to my neck.

“Chayah,” he whispers, his voice low. “Are you ready?”

>   “Yes, my soul.” I swallow hard, need raging through me like a tsunami. “Take me to the Grotto.”

  7

  ~Seraya~

Shivers run through me as we pace steadily toward the Grotto.

It isn’t often we participate in an Inclusive Convergence ritual, but Gabrielle’s right – times like this, it’s necessary.

For Eternals, making love is different than for humans. The physicality of it all is the same, but converging is so much more than two bodies intertwining with each other; it’s two souls merging together, becoming one. Or in our case, four.

In one hand, I hold Zander’s and in the other, Caspien’s. Titus walks behind us for a very specific reason. Though it may appear he’s out of the loop, he’s very much in sync with all of us, especially with me.

Each time I make love to one of my Gemini, our souls reconnect. Literally reconnect. Bonding spiritually in a way that’s hard to explain to mortals. And when we have an Inclusive Convergence, it’s a spiritual ritual. We singularly and collectively bond to the other. Four bodies – one soul.

Just a few steps ahead lay the entrance to the Grotto. Tonight, the sky seems darker than usual, which is odd, but I try to pay little mind to it as there’s so much more that waits ahead for me in the coming hours.

Inclusive Convergence. The words roll around in my mind making me quiver. The whole ritual Caspien constructed is quite beautiful.

We reach the entrance and stop. Caspien closes his eyes for a moment, waving his arms, then twilight is gone, and the sky above us is completely dark.

Glancing up to the sky, stars light up over our heads. An illusion, of course, but beautiful nonetheless. It’s something Caspien has been doing for me for a very long time. As former humans, we all miss the night sky of Jagat, especially since night is so much sexier.
