“Come here.” He tugged at her and she straddled him. The discovery that she only wore the T-shirt and tiny pink cotton panties made his erection swell. Quickly, he undid his belt and pulled down his jeans, kicking them off his feet.
Her mouth came down over his as she lifted her shirt. He pulled it over her head then locked lips with her again. She tasted like strawberry lip gloss and sleep, a delicious combination.
“What about the FBI agent downstairs?” she asked against his mouth as he tugged her panties down her generous hips.
“As long as there isn’t any screaming or strange noises, she’ll leave us alone.”
“I can’t promise that,” she giggled. “Oh, Elias. It’s been a crazy engagement.”
“I know it, honey, but I’m going to make you happy.” He slid his fingers down her curls until he came to her clit. Ignoring her gasp of protest, he found her damp center and gently pressed his fingers inside.
“You always make me happy,” she sighed.
When his fingers were coated with her scented juices he pulled them out and circled her clit, enjoying the happy little moans she made against his shoulder. ‘Trying to stay quiet?” he teased.
Her only answer was a bite at his shoulder. He kept at her until she was writhing and panting. His rigid cock was hard against her stomach, sliding up and down as her hips rotated wildly against his hand.
He clenched his teeth against a surge of lust. “I have to be inside you.”
She nodded, her silky hair sliding across his chest, tickling his nipples. “Yes.”
He pulled his hand away and brought it between them, using his other hand to tug her hair gently so he could stare into her eyes. He held her in place, making her watch as he licked his fingers. “How I love your taste.”
Her eyes were dilated, her lips puffy. “I’ve got this. I just can’t wait for you to fill me.” She grabbed his cock with her hand and notched it to her welcoming heat. She slid down him slowly, throwing her head back, her luscious hair slithering down her back. His own sex goddess, come to life. Soon, she’d start to swell with their child, but for now everything was young, firm, taut, her dark nipples pouting on ice cream scoops of perfect breast.
She rode him hard, desperate to find the release he’d almost prompted with his fingers. Her hips worked against him, smooth skin moving up and down against his thighs. He felt sweat break out on his back, saw tiny droplets appearing on her forehead.
The room was almost too hot for the force of their passion. But just when he thought he needed to stop them for her safety, to make her drink water and cool down before beginning again, her pussy clamped down on his cock hard, and she cried out against his shoulder, shuddering against him.
“So tight,” he gasped, feeling pleasure and pain mixed as her body milked him.
He lifted her legs and helped her drop to her back against the mattress when she’d finished her orgasm, then lifted her legs to his shoulders and thrust back into heaven. She cried out, fingering her nipples, coming again. Pregnancy was lowering her inhibitions, making her even more sensual, more limber, too. This time he went over with her, staring into her beautiful face, this woman he would soon make his wife.
“I’m so happy,” she whispered, glowing with pleasure.
He stroked her cheek. “Just one more day of this, and we can get on with our lives.”
Epilogue
“Have you ever seen anything more beautiful?” Angela said, staring down the aisle from her position just outside of the chapel door. On either side of her were her beaming parents, her father in a rented tux, and her mother in the same white lace dress she’d worn for her wedding anniversary party last fall. Vicki stood in front of them, ready to walk the aisle as maid of honor.
The small crowd filled the room, a sea of sunny dresses and suits against fabric-draped rose gold walls. White flowers were arranged in sprays at the end of each row of seats. Chatter rose as some of her college friends spotted her peeking through the cracked open door and she ducked back, giggling, with her hand protectively over her stomach.
Her doctor said she was almost to the end of her first trimester already, but nausea had kept her at her same weight. What she’d lost in muscle since she hadn’t been feeling well enough to work out, she’d gained in her boobs. Her stomach felt strangely hard and she could tell things were going on in there, but her belly had yet to round.
“Feeling it yet?” her mother asked, noticing her caress.
“Not really.”
“Wait until your fourth month,” she advised. “That’s when I popped.”
Angela smiled weakly at the implied mention of Kenny. But her parents had been pretty calm and reasonable about everything that had gone down on New Year’s Eve. Her father had even said that they might be losing a criminal son, but they were gaining a hero son-in-law. She’d been sorry to see her parents so run down as they traversed the criminal justice system with Kenny, but the mood had lightened with the confirmation of her pregnancy and her approaching nuptials.
Vicki had been doing a great job as bartender-in-training and they’d hired two new waitresses. All the drama with Kenny had caused her father to quit drinking, a problem that had quietly gotten out of hand behind the scenes. He had stopped disappearing right when Angela showed up to work and she no longer felt like The Stan Pub would fall apart without her. Her mother’s friend was in remission and she’d been home more, too.
“How long has it been since you saw Elias?” Vicki whispered.
“Three weeks,” Angela whispered back. “I can’t wait to see him again. I feel like my eyes have been starved of all the hotness in the world.”
“It’s too bad they made him go back to work.”
“I’m glad he’s stopped limping. He’d have been back way sooner if it hadn’t taken so long for his leg to heal.”
Needless to say, no one other than her parents had any idea Elias was an undercover CIA operative. He’d arranged with the FBI to go to the substation with the other guys, then slip away instead of being arrested with them, because he hadn’t wanted to hurt the timeline of their wedding plans. As it was, Kenny and the others had attempted to rat him out, but since Elias had audio of the others that indicated he’d never actually agreed to anything, he was unlikely to ever be brought up in court. The conspirators would be in prison for at least a decade, so it would be a long time before the family would have to deal with them again.
“When do you get on the plane?”
“Not until tomorrow,” Angela said to her mother. “We’ll have our wedding night here, but we’re not planning to stay at the reception very long. Elias is very protective of the baby.”
“Does he get time off?” her father asked.
“Yes, his boss was understanding, said Elias would only get married once so he might as well enjoy it. I don’t know where he’s taking me, though.”
Her mother chuckled, and Angela had an idea that Elias had confided in her.
“Are you going to give me a hint, Mom?”
“Let’s just say I packed you a nice little carry-on full of bikinis. Might as well enjoy them while you can.”
Vicki squealed. “Where? Mexico? Hawaii? The Bahamas?”
“Not telling,” her mother said.
Angela shushed them. She thought she’d heard music. But it was just static. A moment later though, she heard the guests shuffling as the officiant told them to rise. A traditional wedding march began to play. Ushers on either side of the double door pulled them open.
Vicki stepped onto the plush pink velvet carpet, the handkerchief hem of her pink dress brushing against it. When she was halfway down the aisle, Angela took her parents’ hands and began to walk with them. She had a stark white mermaid dress, strapless to show off her new boobs. It complemented her airbrushed tan and dark hair.
Her gaze traversed the guests. She recognized about two-thirds of them. The others must be Elias’s friends and coworkers, all strangers to her, except Dale Wo
od, who nodded at her as she passed by. She wondered how many of the strangers were CIA. Then, about halfway down the aisle, she caught sight of Elias, standing next to the officiant, and forgot everyone else.
Her husband-to-be wore a slim-fitting black tux and blue bow tie. Custom-made, the suit caressed his wide shoulders, broad chest, and trim waist. Clean-shaven, which he’d never been in Woodland, his glass-cut jaw showed its perfection. She drank in the sight of him as if it were the first time. Her knees wanted to buckle and she mentally counted the hours until she could unwrap him from that tux and take him into herself.
Elias Nader. Her friend, her lover, her husband.
She reached the end of the aisle. Her mother kissed her while her father shook Elias’s hand and spoke into his ear. Elias nodded seriously while Vicki took her pink and white floral spray out of her numb hands.
A moment later, she joined hands with Elias. She’d started shaking slightly from uncontrollable nerves, almost ready to cry with the sheer perfection of the moment. All her life she’d dreamed of her future husband, and here he was. They were about to live together, and go through six or more months of pregnancy. And then, they’d have a perfect little boy or girl. Would he have curly dark hair like Elias? Or be born with blond curls like she had sported as an infant and toddler?
“I can’t wait,” she whispered.
Elias squeezed her hands as they turned to the officiant, a solemn gentleman with graying temples and intense deep brown eyes. The next few minutes passed in a daze. She thought she’d given the correct responses, but it wasn’t until he had pronounced them husband and wife that she was sure she’d made it through. Elias wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her softly. All of a sudden her nerves flew away, and she felt happiness bubble through her as they turned to their guests and were introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Elias Nader for the first time.
She grinned at the crowd clapping for them, and squeezed Elias’s arm. Unable to stop herself, she sneaked a peek at her wedding ring, a thin diamond-studded band that went perfectly with her elaborate engagement ring.
“We did this,” she whispered in Elias’s ear. “Despite the baby bump.”
“That’s the best part,” he said, turning to her with exaltation in his voice. “I love you for yourself, Mrs. Nader, but I’m so happy we’re starting our family. I can’t wait to meet the first Nader baby.”
She giggled and stepped back onto the beautiful carpet runner down the aisle. Their guests blew bubbles over their heads, creating an opalescent shimmer in the air as they walked by.
“Next stop, dinner and dancing,” Elias said into her ear.
“Not for long, though. I can’t wait to be alone with you. It’s been three weeks!”
“We have the rest of our lives to catch up,” he promised. “We’ll never spend three weeks apart again. And I plan to spend the next seven days naked and inside you.”
“What about all those bikinis my mother packed for me?” Angela asked.
“Oh, we might be worn out enough to take a walk now and then.” He paused dramatically. “On our private beach outside of Cancun!”
Angela squealed as a hotel employee directed them to the mini ballroom where their reception would take place. “Cancun? I’ve always wanted to go there. It’s going to be so nice to get out of the winter weather for a few days.”
“We have a private estate. Complete with our own cook. You’re going to relax and be pampered,” he promised. “Just like my wife deserves.”
“I love you so much,” Angela whispered into his ear. “I’m going to show you in great detail tonight.”
“I love you too, honey,” he said. “I’ll take your tonight and raise you a lifetime.”
She threw her arms around him, all but popping her pregnant cleavage out of her dress, but she didn’t care. Her forever love had arrived, and only good things could come from their wedding with a baby bump.

Acknowledgments
I have been devouring Fiona Davenport’s Sex, Vows, & Babies series, and had a great time fashioning my own alpha male-meets-regular-girl story. I enjoyed making my hero a contemporary CIA operative, who works for Fiona’s Justice character, because I’ve been writing 1920s British secret agents in my Grand Russe Hotel series. Spies are so much fun, and one of my favorite questions to ask at social media parties is, “Who is your favorite James Bond?” Always a hotly contested question and loads of sexy photos get posted, LOL.
My wonderful beta readers included Stand Hiestand, Judy Di Canio, and Sophie Koufes. Moral support came abundantly from these ladies as well as my agent, Laurie McLean, Eilis Flynn, Delle Jacobs, and my writing group buddies, Melissa McClone, Peggy Bird, and Marilyn Hull. Thank you to Elle Christensen for the fantastic cover! Lastly, thanks so much to my Facebook friends who helped me decide on some of the names in the stories. I’ve never seen so many comments on a post before!
My thanks to Elizabeth Flynn for her copy editing.
