“You didn’t need to worry. You don’t even know me,” she said staring at him. Her eyes devoured his handsome features. She didn’t know why he fascinated her, but she was going to remember everything about him. She’d probably never get this chance again. Even in pain, she was determined to memorize his deep brown eyes, long, lush eyelashes, and strong chin. “Thank you for coming. I’ll be fine. This is Friday night. I know the restaurant is busy.” She reached again for the bag.

Moving the bag behind his back, Georges turned to wrap a supporting hand around her. He started walking toward the door. “I promised the doctor that I’d see you home and go get your pain medicine.”

“I can’t just leave with you. I don’t know you,” Fiona stubbornly planted her feet on the industrial brown carpet of the clinic.

“I’m glad you don’t make a practice of allowing men to take you home, Little girl. I’ve left a copy of my driver’s license with the clinic. Pierre knows I’m here with you. I promise I’m not here for an evil purpose. I can’t tell you why, but I need to take care of you, Fiona. You need help. Is there someone else who you can call?” Georges asked softly.

She shook her head slowly and swayed slightly. She felt his arm tighten around her waist. “Just help me to my car. That would be a big help.”

Georges helped her through the heavy clinic doors and followed her pointing left hand to her battered green Jeep parked poorly at the side of the lot. He shook his head in disbelief. “How in the world did you shift the gears with your right hand?” He cursed under his breath in French. Georges opened the passenger door and scooped her up to place her gently in the tattered seat. “Where are your keys?” When she tried to fish her keys out of her pocket automatically with her right hand, he took advantage of her spasm of pain to reach his fingers into her pocket to find them. Looping the keyring on one long finger, he fastened her seatbelt around her carefully and closed her door.

When he slid behind the steering wheel, Fiona whispered softly, “What about your car? You can’t just leave it here.” Her head fell back against the seat and she closed her eyes.

“I took an Uber over here. Now, can you give me directions to the pharmacy closest to your home?” Georges started the car and smoothly backed it out of the parking space. He knew she was a good driver or she would have never qualified for a commercial license. The shaky parking job reinforced her need for help. He followed her directions carefully. He went through the pharmacy drive through window to drop off the prescription. He was glad to hear her give him the final directions to her apartment without an argument. It appeared that she had decided to trust him.

Georges looked worriedly over to the wilted figure in the passenger seat. He wrapped his hand around the knee closest to him. “Thank you for letting me help.”

She nodded wearily. As more time that went passed, Fiona realized that she was in bad shape. She needed to trust someone. A thought popped into her head. “Why do you keep calling me Little girl? I’m twenty-seven,” she asked turning her uninjured left shoulder into the seat, so she could look at him. “He couldn’t know that this term made her both nervous and thrilled. He couldn’t know everything about her, did he?” she asked herself to try not to panic and to appear calm.

“Being a Little girl isn’t an age, Fiona. It’s a way of life. If you’ll let me, I’ll explain later. It will take time and you need to have a clear head. Besides, we’re here,” he smiled at her before parking the car in front of the apartment complex. It was an older building but well maintained and in a good neighborhood. He knew the rent would be lower here, but she would still be safe. “Stay where you are. I’ll come around to help you.” When she started to move automatically to reach for the door handle, Georges put a warm hand on her thigh to hold her in place. “Fiona, you do not want a sore bottom as well as an injured shoulder and hand.”

She froze in place and watched him step out of the car and walk around the hood. Her mind boggled at his statement. “Did he mean what I think he meant?” she asked herself. Fiona squeezed her thighs together as she felt herself dampen in response to the implied spanking. “Surely, there aren’t actual people that spank other adults. I thought only pretend characters in books had someone that cared that much.” She looked at him shocked as he opened her door. “Did you just threaten to spank me?” she asked with her voice wavering with emotion.

“Yes, Little girl. If you don’t follow the doctor’s orders, there will be consequences. Now, let’s get you into your apartment so I can go back to pick up your prescription,” Georges scooped her up in his arms after looping the bag of supplies onto his muscled forearm. “Settle down, Fiona. You’re exhausted. Let me carry you. I don’t want you to hurt yourself further.” He smiled when after three steps she laid her head on his shoulder. “Which number, precious?”

“Six. It’s on the main floor toward the back,” she answered softly. She inhaled deeply trying to implant his delicious smell in her brain. She held herself very still. She wasn’t a waif of a girl. She was built strong and made more powerful by the requirements of her job. He didn’t seem to be struggling to carry her. On the contrary, his steps were smooth and easy. She could feel his muscles flex against her body. Only by locking her lips together was she able to restrain her moan of arousal. She didn’t know what it was about Georges, but he triggered all her buttons. She had always been drawn to him even in just her delivery position where she hadn’t had a chance to speak to him before tonight. He always had drawn her mesmerized gaze. He simply fascinated her.

  Chapter Five

Fiona laid back on the soft cushions of the couch where Georges had carefully laid her. He’d even found a couple bags of frozen vegetables in her freezer to drape on her shoulder and hand. She smiled remembering the snarl of disgust on his face at the thought of frozen vegetables. She cuddled into the soft throw he had draped around her before finally leaving to get her medicine. She began to list reasons why she should not allow him to help her, but her exhaustion made her eyes so heavy. She’d just let him stay for a little while.

Georges let himself in quietly. He locked the door behind him and hung her keys on the rack. Walking into the adjacent kitchen, he searched the cabinets for a glass. Locating it quickly, he allowed his chef’s curiosity to scan the room. No mess, most cabinets empty except for essentials, Fiona did not appear to cook. He’d noticed the short stack of frozen dinners and the four bags of vegetables in her freezer. Shuddering, he made a promise to cook for her while he was here. She needed more nutrition to heal than chemical additives.

He read the directions for the pain medication and shook one tablet into his hand. Filling the glass partially with water from the tap, he walked into the family room and stopped. “How could I have ever thought she was a man?” Georges questioned his sanity at the sight of Fiona sleeping on the couch. The shadows under her eyes revealed her pain but even the dark smudges could hide her natural beauty. She wore no makeup and her hair was flattened by hours of being trapped under a baseball cap. It drooped around her shoulders as exhausted as Fiona was.

Kneeling on the floor next to the couch, Georges called her name softly, “Fiona, my precious. Wake up for just a few minutes to take your medicine and I’ll tuck you in bed for the night.” He smiled at her confused face as her eyes blinked open to stare at him.

“Georges, Mr. LeDoux. Thank you for helping me home and getting my medicine. I’ll be fine now. You’re welcome to take the Jeep, so you can get back to the restaurant. I can take a bus to pick it up later,” she looked up at him guardedly. He was so attractive. She couldn’t imagine why he had helped her.

“Fiona, take this tablet. I know you are in pain.” Georges ignored her instructions dismissing him and held the tablet to her full lips. After a second’s hesitation, he smiled as she parted her lips allowing him to put the tablet in her mouth. Georges held the glass to her lips and allowed her to drink as much as she wanted. He opened a sleeve of generic saltine crackers that he had f
ound in her pantry. He handed her two. “The medicine can upset your tummy if you take it on an empty stomach. Eat these and then, we’ll get you to bed.”

He watched her begin to nibble at the cracker. He smiled at her compliance. He had not been wrong. “Precious girl, you have had a very difficult day. I promise you that I will not harm you in any way,” he said to her softly offering her another cracker.

Their fingers touched as she slid another cracker from the crinkly packaging. “You threatened to spank me earlier,” she whispered.

“You will get to know me well as we spend time together, Fiona. I only spank if you do not follow the directions that the doctor has outlined. Are you going to be naughty?” he asked watching her face as she reacted to his carefully chosen words.

She shook her head and then as if she needed to say it aloud, Fiona whispered, “No, I’m not going to be naughty.”

“Are you ready to go to bed?” he asked as she finished her third cracker.

“I need to go to the bathroom and clean up. I’m covered with stuff from work,” she pulled roughly at the sleeve of her shirt and then, winced as she jarred her shoulder.

“Shower tomorrow. We’ll get your work clothes off before you get in bed. I’ll change the sheets tomorrow if they are dirty. Come on, precious Little girl,” he said as he helped her sit up gingerly. He scooped her again into his arms and carried her to the bathroom. Georges unfastened her uniform pants and pushed them to the ground before looking at her blushing face. “Can you pull down your panties?” he asked gently. She nodded her head quickly. “Leave them off when you finish pottying. I’ll stand right around the corner. Flush and I’ll come in to help you.” He cupped her blushing face. “I’m here to help you. You don’t need to be embarrassed, okay?”

“I can’t help it. I barely know you,” she whispered frantically. He had fascinated her since her first glimpse of his tall, controlled body holding everyone captive in the kitchen as he orchestrated their moves.

“Then, we’ll just have to change that, won’t we? Now, potty,” he ordered as he walked around the corner. He quickly entered the next doorway to find her bedroom. He pulled down her comforter in preparation. Glancing around, he saw a very spartan room. Only a pink tattered bear decorated the space. There were no knickknacks or pictures anywhere. Pulling down the top sheet, he uncovered a small rectangle of tattered pink material that had been tucked partially under one of her pillow. He laid it to the side wondering if this could be a sign that she was destined to be his Little girl. “Was Fiona secretly looking for a Daddy to allow her to be cherished as only a Daddy could?” he wondered with a smile thanking the fates that had crossed their paths.

Fiona grabbed the front of her small, pink lace panties and pushed them down to her thighs and over her knees. She quickly sat down on the toilet. Blushing even more, she knew that he could hear her urine hitting the water in the toilet. Just then as she was finishing, the medicine began to make her dizzy. She held onto the counter next to the toilet and closed her eyes waiting for the room to stop spinning.

Not hearing any sounds from the bathroom for several seconds, Georges returned to find Fiona still sitting on the toilet. “Let me help you, Little girl.” He knelt at her feet and untied her work boots removing them. He pushed the uniform pants and her pretty panties over her feel and laid them on the side of the tub. “This Little girl wears an ugly unisex uniform each day, but she likes to feel feminine under her clothes where no one can see,” he thought to himself.

He wadded a portion of toilet paper into his hand and pressed her strong thighs apart from each other. “No, Fiona. Let me take care of you,” he scolded as she tried to press her thighs together. He quickly wiped her dry before reaching around to flush the toilet. He opened the cabinet under the sink to find a soft washcloth. Running the warm water, he wet the cloth and washed her face and neck. “We need to take off this shirt, Little girl,” he explained as he began to unbutton her shirt slowly.

Georges tried to stay detached from the sight and feel of Fiona’s body. But his eyes captured every inch of her blushing skin as the shirt separated. She was wrapped in the elastic bandage across her torso. Her full breasts were flattened and concealed but the swell of her breasts escaped from the supportive bandage enhancing her cleavage. He pushed it off her good shoulder first helping her remove her arm from the sleeve.

Fiona shivered in the cool air of the bathroom. Covered only by the supportive wrap around her body, she felt the air brush her skin. She tried to shield her body modestly from his view but gave up immediately when she jarred her shoulder and hand. She felt the washcloth wash down her neckline to the bandaging and then it cleaned the exposed portions of her arms. He worked clinically and efficiently. When he wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her to her feet, Fiona wrapped her good arm around his waist for support.

“That’s it, precious. Just hold on to me.” Georges leaned forward to wrap one strong arm behind her thighs as he lifted her into his arms. He walked smoothly into the bedroom. He could feel her bare bottom resting on his arm. Despite his resolution to remain in caretaker mode only, he felt his penis begin to swell and grow in reaction. He laid her gently on the bed covering her tempting flesh. “There you go, Little girl. All tucked in your bed. Close your eyes and sleep, Fiona.”

She looked at him gratefully. She would have never been able to do all this herself. The medicine was strong. She could feel the pain abating but she was very woozy. She would have slept on the bathroom floor. Her bed felt heavenly. Her eyes fought to stay open. “Thank you, Georges. I don’t want to impose on you further.”

He ran a strong hand from her temple to her chin. “I wouldn’t be anywhere else but here. Sleep now. I’ll be here when you need me.” He watched those beautiful green eyes close and she was instantly asleep. He walked back to the family room to retrieve the frozen vegetables but decided to swap them for others in the freezer. Returning to her bedside, he discovered Fiona holding the tattered pink material to her chest with her good arm. She had found this even in her sleep.

Walking quietly from the bedroom, Georges called Pierre at the restaurant. He explained the situation and was glad to hear Pierre that he had everything under control. The restaurant had been busy, but the staff had worked well together. Georges promised to check in tomorrow and thanked Pierre for taking over.

“I am glad you were there to help. Fiona is a very private person. I had sensed that she was alone in the world, boss. And, we would have run out of salmon if you’d stayed here.” Pierre joked to reassure Georges. He watched the last of that evening’s diners begin their meals. From their smiles, Pierre knew they as well as the other customers enjoyed their meals that evening.

Saying their goodbyes, Georges turned the phone on silent before entering the bathroom to clean up. He pulled his work boots from his feet and place them neatly by a wall in her bedroom. Rounding the bed, he lifted his tee shirt over his head. He dropped it to the ground before laying down slowly on the bed to avoid jarring her from sleep. Georges lay above the covers. He needed to be near her if she woke up in pain. He turned on his shoulder and looked at her relaxed face before allowing himself to also fall asleep.

  Chapter Six

Moaning woke Georges from his light sleep. He sat up to see Fiona holding her left hand to her mouth. From the light left on in the hall, he could see that her face was pale. “Fiona, are you sick?” he asked quickly. When she nodded frantically and tried to sit up, he wrapped an arm around her to carry her quickly into the restroom. He set her down on her knees and lifted the lid of the toilet seat as she became violently ill.

Georges held her hair away from her face. Between bouts of illness, he cleaned her face tenderly with a warm washcloth. Finally, she sagged against his body as he knelt behind her for support. “Do you think you’re finished being sick, Little girl?” he asked softly reaching around to flush the toilet.

“I’m so sorry, Georges. I just wanted to see you
when I made delivery. It’s awful that you feel obligated to stay with me through all of this,” she waved weakly at her body and the room.

“Remember me telling you that I’d explain why I keep calling you, Little girl, precious?” he asked softly as he stood and got her a small glass of water to rinse her mouth. When she nodded her head slowly, he continued. “I have been searching for my Little girl for many years. I need to take care of someone, to cherish them, to protect them. My heart has not been attracted to anyone . . . until you. We don’t know each other well but my heart seems to have chosen you to be my Little girl. Just let me take care of you until you’re better and then we can talk more.” He looked at her seriously. “Will you let me care for you?”

She nodded slowly. She was so sick that she could process his words and the implications. Fiona was so glad to have him there. Georges exuded masculine control and caring. She knew she was safe with him. “I can’t take any more of that medicine. It made me so sick and I even ate crackers,” she said plaintively as he scooped her up in his arms to carry her back to bed.

“I’m going to call a friend who is a brilliant doctor. He takes care of all the Littles in our area. He’ll be able to give you some medicine that doesn’t upset your stomach,” he smoothed the covers over her body helping her settle against the pillows. He handed her the pink blankie.

She looked at him apprehensively waiting to see the scorn in his deep eyes. She waited but he only smiled at her warmly.

“Many Little girls need something soft to hold on to at night. I’m glad you have your blankie,” he kissed her softly on the forehead. “Try to go back to sleep. I’m going to call my friend to see if he’ll come to see you.”

She watched him leave the room closing the door partially behind him. Fiona’s eyes lifted to the ceiling as she tried to reconcile all the things that had happened in such a short period of time. As much as her mind raced with all the events of the last 24 hours, she collapsed into sleep holding her blankie to her chest.
