  Prologue

This tale occurred in the years after 6852 AD. In that time, the humans have achieved a remarkable advanced knowledge in about every aspect of life. Most importantly, they succeeded to break the barrier that prevented them from reaching the speed of light. The issues that says you have to be massless to be able to travel by that speed, had been dealt with as they also managed to preserve atoms, not allowing it to spread apart when reaching that speed. Thus, the history books turned its papers anew, ready to write the names of those who haste toward glory. They explored the Milky-Way, managed to reach outer solar systems, and sat foot in every planet that glimmers with potential surprises. They spread throughout The Milky-Way galaxy, and colonized every reachable Human-Friendly planet that they found. In that time, the cosmos was easily accessed by everyone, the man and the woman, the young and the old, the rich and the poor, the brave and the craven, the clever and the dull.

Truly, it is impressive for the Human to achieve that, but his arrogance, everlasting ego, and greed corrupted everything. He declared his false, insignificant, and selfish dominion upon solar systems that he happened to reach out first. Therefore, became kingdoms, empires, countries, and nations that their borders weren’t determined geographically, rather, the human rapacity forced him to invent some kind of a new cosmetic borders.

The universe is surly wide, but wasn’t wide enough for the human greed as he bordered the space and stole its freedom that was once upon a time its rightful Birthright. The Human was the only creature to be able to fill the emptiness of space with ego, arrogant, hate, fear, and suffering. He even would wage wars that destroys planets, bring a star to its death, or create a black hole that disturbingly corrupt its surrounding just for the sake of a strategic wormhole or a comet that contains a precious material.

But, with all that advancement in hand, the Human is still feeling lonely in this ever-expanding universe. They’ve found various outer lifeform beyond Erath’s solar system, but it was primitive unintelligent lifeform such as insects, birds, and cattle-like animals. But the other long awaited, intelligent, and free-willing creature, showed no sign of his existence what so ever. Leaving the ancient paradoxical questions regarding ‘The purpose of life, the purpose of this universe, and are we alone?’ not answered yet.

  * The most notable rulers in that time were:

  Emperor:

Leonard son of Ajax Son of Mekhia

  Known as: Leonard, The Lancet

The Lancet ruled a colonial empire that bore the name, The Mother. And it consisted of 35 solar system. Amongst them was Earth’s solar system. The capital of that Empire was Planet Earth, and it was sacred, respected, and forbidden from any conflict, for it is the origin of mankind, and was a pilgrim destination.

  ***

King: Lothric son of Luther son of Farrell. The King of the Virgo Kingdom.

  Known as: Lothric, The Spade

The Spade ruled 7 solar systems. He bravely fought the colonization interest of The Mother for more than 10 Years. Devastating results and crippled economy was waiting for both of them. The war ended with a peace treaty on a small planet in a neutral solar system, and is given the name Harmony after That.

  ***

King: Henriette son of Henrik son of Warner. The King of The Python Eye kingdom.

  Known as:

  Henriette , The Behemoth

The Behemoth ruled only one solar system, known as the Python Eye, *due to its location near a nebula shaped as a python eye* and its capital was Planet MedeLaj.

The Python Eye was weakling, torn apart, and was about to miserably fall to The Mother, but the Behemoth surprisingly wiped out the so-called Unbroken military fleet of the Lancet in the White-Nebula Battle. The Behemoth personally led that battle and managed to balance it to his favor thanks to his military advisors, whom professionally used the element of surprise. He held no prisoner, nor did he show any kind of tolerance, and the only survivor from the Lancet’s army were those who ran away in the right time. After that, a peace treaty formed under one condition from the Behemoth who demanded The Mother to withdrawal its army from the Python Eye and its territorial border after it was too close to subdue MedeLaj.

  ***

Queen: Julia daughter of Kane son of Orland. The queen of the Griffin Empire.

  Known as: Julia, the calm

Julia was neutral in all the wars, and was too far from any conflict. After snatching six solar systems in a strange way from the Lance
t and kicking out his army, she ruled the biggest Empire known to man. She ruled 37 solar system. The Lancet in the other hand did nothing in respond, sent no warning, threat, or even recalled his ambassadors there. He strangely kept… silent!

-Parts of what happened during the Treaty between The Mother and Virgo kingdom.

*A male narrator with calm formal voice*

“Ladies and gentlemen, here we are witnessing this historical moment. The moment were the generations that yet to come shall thank and praise. We shall see the birth of a long-awaited peace in the next few hours. A peace which will mend this shattered galaxy and bring it back to its former shape. A peace that shall foster the souls and the crops. Now his highness, Leonard son of Ajax son of Mekhia, shaking the hand of his highness, Lothric son of Luther son of Farrell.”

Lothric the spade, was a young man in his early thirties, tall, with long black hair that reaches his back, and was always showing a grim disapproving face. They shook hands while both of them were showing strict faces... After that, the Lancet, who were in his fifties, calmly said to him, “Spade of Luther! When will going to cut off this bothersome hair of yours?”

Lothric answered, “Not until I see this big head of yours inside a box front of me.”

Leonard let out a disparaging chuckle, and said, “If so! then, your hair will never get acquainted with a scissor till the end of time.”

Later, they gathered around a long table that is filled with colorful flowers and arranged water bottles. And, due to their current miserable status; economically, and socially, they discussed and agreed to signed up the peace treaty without showing any kind of stubbornness, and left to feast.

They shook hands, and before they part, Leonard tauntingly said, “Send my greeting to your mum, Spade”

“I shall, as long as you deliver mine to your wife.”

Some of the crowed chuckled, for they know that Leonard dearly loves his wife. But the former swallowed the insult. Lothric, who noticed his unpleasantness, smiled and said, “We are even now.”

“Nay, we will never be even. Spade. What Arthur did to you, will place us in the odds.”

While gnashing his teeth, he responded, “We shall see about that.”

After that, they left as the narrator went on, “Peace has been established at last. We shall behold the flourishment of this sacred event in the near morrow.”

  Volume 1

“Make haste unto those who careth.”

  Abandoned Confession

“A week ago, I broke up with my beloved girl, whom was so precious to my heart. Lots of dreams scattered and lots of hopes went down the drain.

For what reason! ...It is because I am Scorpio!

The feelings are horrible and severe. When they said that love hurts, I didn’t believe them. But now I do. God, this really hurts, I feel as if a hand wearing gauntlet made of brass, rough brass with sharpened and uneven tiny spikes tearing my chest apart, mercilessly pulling my heart out from its resting place, and squeezing it. Squeezing it as if it was the only thing it can do!

Should I damn the distant stars that formed this nonsense with which I have been judged upon? or damn the day my father planted his seed? or should I damn my miserable hapless self?

They say, “She doesn’t deserve you,” is that true? And they say, “Get a grip, and move on,” but it is not that easy. They say to me this phrase that I truly despite and hate, “Cheer up buddy, there is plenty of fish in the sea.” They said that I am too emotional! Then, what is love if it is not this strange stream of an oddly warm and wonderful feelings? I can’t delve in a relationship that is not based upon feelings... pure, honest, and unmaterialistic feelings. ...But am starting to disbelieve in the existent of such soul.

Carl asked me this question that I couldn’t answer. He said, “What was the thing that made you love her?” I simply answered him that I felt the chemical instantly react the moment I saw her... but he asked “Why?” ... To be honest to whom is reading this, I don’t know. Maybe because she was stunningly beautiful. Nothing less nothing more. She is not funny, nor smart. Not the one you can depend on, nor the one whom will be with you in the time of need. She was moody, obnoxiously stubborn, insecure, and dull. But a voice I can hear echoing deep inside me says, “It is your ego, Kais. You wanted something beautiful to feel good about yourself. A trophy that not everyone will have. You want the people to high-five you and say, ‘Nice catch!’ You want to be perfect, and the only way to achieve it is by having her. It is an Illusion that you seekth!” But is it wrong? Why is it sometimes I feel it is forbidden and wrong to me to have a beautiful woman? Why do they sometimes say that she is too beautiful for me? Am I not qualified to have such beauty? ... ‘They’ what a repulsive general word!

I am now in deep pain, doubt, desperateness, and fear. I don’t know if it is because of the loneliness that awaits me or not? I am now squashed in depression, and chained down by despondency. I am lost in doubt, and is drowning in uncertainty.

Alas, she was my fifth endeavor to achieve true love in this realm that is entrenched with narcissism and selfishness. I do believe that a bullet in my skull will surly bring salvation to this melancholic life of mine. It will be the finest remedy that I might find. Oh, Emily. May the foe of thine eyes treat you the same.

A Snipping of a scissor worryingly woke up Kaiser, who then beheld locks of his long black hair chopped off on his bed. Slowly, he realizes that it was his short-tempered father’s doing.

  {Kaiser Austin Miller, an oblivious young man with a vacant, typical, and unproductive boring life. Summed up in video games and sleep. Poetic person who seeks old school romantic relations, but that didn’t go well for him. He got rejected and dumped by five girls, amongst them was the one he truly adored and thought she was the one, Emily. She broke up with him with an excuse of being a Scorpio. That did break his heart and bring him to a critically depressing and self-hating state, forcing him to drop from college and literally consider suicide.}

Angry negative shouts from his dad irritatingly slips through his ears, blaming him for being a good-for-nothing spoiled brat. “I hope you are fully content now,” said Kaiser in respond.

“Not yet,” his dad roared. “You are not a child anymore for God’s sake. Didn’t it cross your mind that you are too old to live with your parents? Didn’t you notice that your family is in desperate times, and in need for money? and here you are, doing nothing. Wake up, and change this stupid life of yours.”

“What am I supposed to do?”

“Be like you friend, Mark. Do you know where he is right now? For more than three years, he is serving in a space battleship, ten thousand light years from here, proudly defending his country. Those are the true men that God didn’t bless me with. Not like you and this pathetic life of yours.”

Kaiser kept silent as his dad upbraided him with head paining lecture. Fortunately, it didn’t last for long. This way of life became so repetitive, it made Kaiser mange to easily survive the psychological torture. Moments later, his Mother, Elenore, came in to see Kais’s hair wisps all over the bed. She noticed how upset he is, and sat beside him to comfort him.

  “Am sorry,” she said.

“You don’t have to be sorry, mom. I am the one who should be, for I heard him yesterday yelling at you. I left you bear the heat alone ... He is not going to change you know. How can you stand this endless abuse?”

She cracked a broken smile as she placed her hands on his shoulder, saying, “Oh, Kaiser… Leaving your dad is something I would never do.”

“Mother, he will never change. This will be repetitive.”

She faintly exhaled, and said, “How oblivious and shortsighted you are! There is no place in this universe for a woman in her late forties. More importantly, your sister needs the bot
h of us to be beside her. And to add more truth to that, I love Austin, I truly do. And I am not the one who leaves her husband on minor issues like that.”

  “…mother.”

“You know what the strange thing is? He never had rose his voice on me, nor did he lose his temper once for more than fifteen years... Not until he got fired from his damned job. All the frowning acts and the angered shouts, are nothing but a fragile glass-wall that your father tries so hard to hide his broken pride behind.”

They paused for a moment, then his mother smilingly shook her head and said, “Enough with this mood glooming subject. I don’t want you to start your day with negativity. Here is a surprise: I talked with Clare and she said that she would be more than happy to meet up with you.”

“I don’t know about this, mom.”

“I swear to you, she is so lovely. She is beautiful, nice, smart, and funny. Just give her chance. I am your mother, am not going to bring you crazies.”

“It is how is this happening that I dislike. I don’t feel it right... but I will do it. For your efforts.”

“Trust me on this. You won’t regret it.”

When his mom left the room, he gave his life lots of thoughts. The hurting true-words from his dad made him reconsider his vacant life. He stood, went to the basin to wash up his face, and saw his grown-up reflection on the mirror to realize that he is a 25 years old man. He tiresomely sighed, and said, “This life must change.” He returned, grabbed his smartphone, and laid on his bed to check it, hoping that he may find a text message from Emily, but it didn’t happen. He checked her social pages to see new photos of her traveling-life with her new significant other. One of the photos was a bright vivid one with lots of smiling happy people in a magical-like forest, taken in a distant planet in a faraway solar system. He felt bad as he started to scold himself saying, “You are a pathetic loser. She doesn’t care about you anymore. Move the FUCK ON!”
