As always, agents Judith Murdoch and Rebecca Winfield provided sterling support.
I’m fortunate to have the back-up of Roger Cornwell and Jean Rogers who take care of my website.
It’s always a pleasure to hear from readers and so thanks to them, the booksellers, librarians, festival organisers, reviewers and all who support me and my work.
