A NOTE ON THE AUTHORS
Brunhilde Pomsel was born in Berlin on 11 January 1911. After training to become a typist, she began a job in the news department of the state radio station in Berlin in 1933. Nine years later she joined the Propaganda Ministry as a secretary to Joseph Goebbels. Pomsel lived in Munich until her death in January 2017. She was 106 years old.
