ABOUT THE AUTHOR
JANE FONDA is an Oscar- and Emmy-winning actor and a successful film producer. Fonda revolutionized the fitness industry with the release of Jane Fonda’s Workout in 1982. In addition to her home exercise videos, audio recordings, and five bestselling exercise books, she is the author of the number-one New York Times bestseller My Life So Far. In 1995, she founded the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, which she chairs. In 2002, she opened the Jane Fonda Center for Adolescent Reproductive Health at Emory University’s School of Medicine. She lives in Los Angeles.
