"We shall fill all positions of authority with honest people. We shall take over payroll functions and see that all government representatives are properly paid, down to the last bureaucrat. We shall list the most urgent needs and hire a workforce and give them the resources to fulfill those needs.

"Next, we shall list infrastructure projects and start them within the month. I want to identify communities that need schools and hospitals. We'll begin construction within 60 days in each community, using local labor, at a just, fair trade value. We'll start training teachers and doctors. Above all else, there will be a good job for everyone who can work. All of you know me and you know that I do as I say. I have a full staff on hand to get started today and I mean right now."

I wasn't sure how this was going to end but I had my hopes. I just stood and waited.

Slowly, the elegant lady from Nigeria arose and started clapping rhythmically. Then the delegation from South Africa joined in. Then Tanzania, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Angola, and all the smaller countries, stood up and all clapped together. They raised their voices in a cacophony of praise for Kenyatta, the Savior of Africa.

This went on for a full five minutes or more. I believe Keny was actually becoming embarrassed, a state in which I had never seen him. He grabbed the microphone and, in his huge voice, announced that "a banquet to end all banquets" was being served on the lawn and it was waiting for us.

As Keny promised, it was a meal fit for a king. The feast included all manner of fresh seafood, beef roasts, bushbuck, a splendid variety of fowl, and copious amounts of Safari Lager. This was Keny's show, so I gave him a wink and skipped out early.

I escorted Don Francisco back to his plane. He had a big task ahead and was ready to perform. As I boarded my own jet, I met with a welcome surprise. Ana greeted me at the door in a flight attendant's outfit. I've always been a sucker for a strong willed, beautiful woman in a well fitting uniform. It had been an exhilarating day but it was now time for some relaxation. Nobody was better for that than Ana.

  Chapter 34

En route to Morocco: 18:00, January 25th

You cannot have too much security. So I sent a squad of guards with the Land Rover back to Keny at the lodge. I kept the two, new generation Guardians with me -- Swahilison and Berberson.

Uwishun was one of the best tactical planners I ever worked with. I would drop him off to help Ali in Taroudant. Then I grabbed a bottle of La Tache '58 from the wine cabinet and headed to the bedroom with Ana.

Ana and I shared an ayahuasca cigar. We entered that perfect state where all of our senses were heightened. As I lightly ran my hands across her breasts, her nipples sprang to attention, so crimson and erect I thought they might burst. I began taste the aroma of her womanhood in the air as her gasps emanated from low inside of her body.

I introduced my hand on the inside of her thighs where I felt the moist silkiness of her desire. She moaned. As I bent to kiss her nipples, she began to come, then harder, and then harder still, until she convulsed. I took my time, even in my excitement, to let her relax before I entered her little place of Heaven. We made passionate love over, and over, and over again, until I sensed our jet had entered its glide path into Marrakesh.

Ana was exhausted. She asked me to not tell Ali she was aboard, a request that I would honor, to a point. I dressed in yoga pants and a fancy white Moroccan collarless shirt bejeweled with small mirrors.

It was quite late but Ali flew up to Marrakesh in a small Citation to meet with me. We would take on fuel while I was having coffee and honeyed cakes with my son.

"Ali, it went incredibly well with Keny in Kenya. Basically the whole African continent signed on to the plan, so he is off and running."

"Baba, that's fantastic. Have you sent Don Francisco onward to Colombia to unite South America?"

"He should be landing in about four hours. I want to get back in the air and get some rest before the meeting tomorrow. "

Ali reported -- "General Sloan has split his forces in half.

"One heavy brigade will cross into Iran near Herat and proceed to Tehran. The partisans are doing a decent job of keeping the Republican Guard harassed and disorganized. The Kuwaitis will provide air support for the northern theater.

"The Southern Command will cross through Zaranj and proceed to Bandar Abbas to encircle the last large concentration of the Guard. The Saudis will supply air support for the Southern Command. They are already doing a great job with weaponry airdrops for partisans. The Guard is definitely on the run. Our order of the day is 'No prisoners.'

"The Ebola and botulism are still out of control in the EU. Case totals in the Southwest United States are starting to level off. This is offset by new cases in the Midwest and especially the Northeast, where so many are concentrated in cities.

"Raffa thinks the Chinese contagion is peaking, which is good news.

"The Ebola plague in India and Southeast Asia, in general, is out of control. The authorities were simply not prepared.

"As expected, Russia has picked up the pace with occupying former territories and intensifying its campaign of ethnic cleansing. There is nothing anyone can do at the moment."

"Ali that will change within a fortnight."

"We're still adding a few targets daily in Africa but I expect that will slow down shortly. We will begin our initial campaign on extremist Clerics tonight. We have five hundred concentrated jihadist locations targeted over the next week. General Hamilton has allowed us to use his strategic bombers from Diego Garcia to speed up the process. "Russia and China have agreed to take out targets in the Northern 'Stans' that are difficult for us to reach.

"Last, I spoke with Miche earlier. He said to tell you 'we are having great success in our cloning process by using the Cellbot.'"

"What the Hell does that mean?"

"I don't know Baba, he wasn't specific. That's all the important stuff as of right now."

"Ali, I'm going to leave Uwishun with you to help plan all the missions ahead in the Mideast, so you two make a good show of it."

I hugged my son and Uwishun, saying goodbye for now. As I walked toward the jet, I gave the hand signal to the pilot to wind up the engines. We were in the air for the short hop to Lugano in a matter of minutes. Ana slept a deep and contented sleep. I left her lying there with that sated smile on her face.

I reclined in my chair, smoking the stub of our ayahuasca cigar. I closed my eyes waiting for that state of chaos and then clarity . . .

It came to me quite suddenly that we seemed to have started communicating directly with our Creator. The actual Cellbot technology involved communicating with information encoded in all atomic structures. This information operates everything in the universe. We cannot create this code but we can direct it to do certain things. We can even add information to it from other sources.

The information contained in genetic codes is not made of matter or made of energy. We just don't know yet. The meaning of the information is not an attribute of language, or symbology, or a codex. Some instruction or direction in genetic code is structural and some seems to be information necessary for a being to perform certain activities. That last part cannot be reduced to a formula or a chemical reaction. It's how a new born puppy knows to seek out his mother's teats or how the mother knows to shred, not cut, the umbilical cord when she has her first litter.

No other explanation has occurred to me -- each living being must have the instructions necessary for their survival upon birth. This is passed down as encoded in the atoms and on the DNA. I now believe the origin of these instructions can come from none other but the Original Creator, God.

Zheng tells me that in months we'll be able to transmute any substance into any other substance that we need. We'll soon have the proverbial alchemical solution -- rocks into bread, sand into gold, trash into water -- by simply instructing the atoms to rearrange. He also thinks our technology will lend itself to time travel and teleportation, something to do with electromagnetic forces.
When the time comes, I hope we are ready . . .

Then there was that wonderful smell again, like no other. Ana was waving a double espresso in front of my face as the ephemeral thoughts vanished from whence they came. That was something I wished to discuss with Zheng in person -- "Where are these thoughts originating?"

She lit a cigarette and handed it to me. I took a deep drag and admired what God had wrought in Ana.

We landed at Lugano in a very light snow -- what Latinos would call 'Un Pelo de Gato.' We taxied to our hanger. The immigration officer examined all our Diplomatic Passports from Morocco with a sardonic grin. I just shrugged my shoulders and said "Buon Giorno." A convoy of armored Land Rovers met us. We were whisked to the Villa without incident. Within minutes of arrival, we both slept soundly.

  Chapter 35

  Lugano: 08:00, January 26th

Ana and I were up early. We made sweet, passionate love in the shower. It was like thirty years previously in Paris with so much energy and such deep pleasure. She confided in me that she had started the cellular therapy when she arrived in Chile. I suppose that is why both of us were acting like teenagers again.

It was chilly out but the heaters were running on the piazza. It felt cozy when Mario arrived with our breakfasts -- the usual -- farmers' omelets with a side of bacon and sausages and a hot baguette and fresh-squeezed orange juice.

The snow was still falling lightly. It muted all sound of the outside world. We did not see from where we sat the millions of people who would die this day all over the world, but I felt the anguish. I banished the thought. Then my mind drifted to today's meeting with the European militaries.

We ate in silence, enjoying the food and the afterglow of a wonderful evening together. No words were needed. Mario sent up fresh espressos. We sat and we smoked.

Ana asked, "Gianni, will all this end well?"

I ruminated about the question for a moment as the thought of a billion people dying in agony flashed through my mind, along with the theory that all energy and matter in the universe could not be destroyed, it simply changed form – what exactly did that mean?

I replied, "It will end well for the Earth and the people who survive. Between now and then, there will be such disturbance that I expect it will be felt to the edges of the Galaxy. This mass disturbance has been building for a long time. We were headed in the wrong direction for a long time. This apocalypse brings in a whole new reality.

"Princess, I need to get dressed, I'll see you after the meeting."

With a lingering kiss, I left to select what I would wear. I wanted to put them ill at ease, so I dressed in a Tyrian purple Moroccan Kaftan suit fringed and gilded in real gold. The appearance was stunning.

The generals, all thirteen, had arrived and were seated in the dinning room being served coffee and juice. Security was high. I had two full companies of hard men with a roving helicopter and multiple drones in the air. The generals chose Lt. General Ernst Schonheim, of the German Bundeswehr, to be their spokesman. We knew each other casually from a reception or two. It was a splendid choice, for the Germans knew how to make war.

With Guardians dressed as Berbers as my escort, I made an entrance that would have made Ana proud. I took my place at the head of the table as my Guardians melted into the background.

"Gentlemen -- welcome to Villa sul Lago. I thank you, and Europe will thank you, for taking the time to hear me out.

There was a collective "Good Morning," in response. We chose English as everyone had a working knowledge of it.

"I won't mince words. We have a lot to accomplish and very little time in which to do it. I think you all know me and my family and much about our capabilities.

"We have ten supercomputers running scenarios for Europe. The best outcome is, you will loose half of your population and most of your immigrants. It will take as long as ten years for the you to recover, post-apocalypse."

I heard murmuring and undertones as the room digested what I just said. I could see in their eyes and by their demeanor, they knew I spoke truth.

"We can cut that time in half and give you a good way forward, a way in which your people can live in good health and harmony with the rest of the world.

"Here is where we are today -- China, Russia, Latin America and the United States will come out relatively unscathed, and in that order with respect to condition.

"My family has met with the leaders of China, Russia and the United States. We have agreed to form a new governing body known as the United World. There will eventually be seven places at the table. For the time being, we start with only four -- including my Family.

"Moscow, Beijing and General Hamilton have signed on. We are working with Africa and South America as I speak. Islam, which has been hijacked and weaponized into it's current, warlike form, lies at the root of our current disaster. We have met with the Saudis and they have agreed, with our help, to restore the tenor and direction Islam to its original purity, centered on mutual compassion among all people.

"Here is what I promised them and now promise you. Our few functions as the world's government will be limited to providing law and order, smaller, limited bureaucracies, establishing a reserve currency backed by value, and newly-created opportunities for all our peoples to flourish. We are not Capitalists, we are not Communists, Fascists, Socialists or any other 'ists' of any kind. We are simply people, human beings looking for the best way to live together and create a harmonious relationship with our planet."

Ali sent me an urgent text, for which I paused the meeting for a moment. I stepped away from the meeting and called him back.

"Que pasa, Ijo (What's up, Son)?"

"I just finished a teleconference with the Chinese Premier. To say his demeanor was animated would be an understatement. He wants to conference with you immediately about the efficacy of the Cellbot treatment."

I leapt back into the room.

"Gentlemen," I resumed, "I apologize for the interruption but it's germane to matters of which we speak. We've perfected cellular technologies that cure Ebola and just about every other disease known to man. This cellular medicine also optimizes each individual's body function and maintains it in that balanced condition.

"Two days ago, I was in Beijing meeting with the Chinese Premier. While I was there, we performed a demonstration on 178 terminally ill children who had contracted Ebola and were dying. The Premier wished to speak with me today and I will share the videoconference with you now. This is a live feed.

"Giuseppe, please send the video feed to this room."

The ten-foot by six-foot mirror over the dinning room cabinetry also served as a video screen.

"Good afternoon Premier, I have the interim leadership of Europe with me this morning. I hope that you do not mind sharing the conversation with them also."

"Good morning Gianni, this is such good news that I would share it with the world. As you can see, I am holding the baby girl that you have adopted. Not only is she clear of the Ebola virus, she is in robust health, thanks to your Family's technology.

"Our scientific community is stunned. They tell me there is nothing in the cell therapy but ordinary stem cells, nothing that could do what has been accomplished. Every last child has recovered, with the exception of one who was probably dead when your therapy was administered. Now I am requesting sufficient therapy supply for our entire population."

"Premier, we are so pleased that we can be of further assistance to you. We are working around the clock to manufacture our Cellbot therapy. Your country is our priority at this moment. Please send one of your heavy transport Ilyushin Il-76's each day, to our airfield in Colombia. We will do our best to meet your needs. I will ask Raffa to pickup our little girl Bao. As you know, her name means Treasure in Chinese, and we will treasure her. Perhaps one day she will be President of South America."

"It will be as you say, Gianni. I thank you on behalf of the Chinese people."

As the videoconference ended, pandemonium broke out
in the meeting room. General Schonheim stood up and asked for silence. He started to pace and asked for permission to smoke, which I granted.

He addressed me as "Gianni." I always found it interesting that some people prefer the Italian pronunciation and some the English.

"Some among us might find it interesting that there was worldwide pandemic of Ebola and you have the cure for it."

"Ernst, first let me say that the origin of the weaponized Ebola was an Islamist faction based in Waziristan. As you may know, the Chinese erased Waziristan from the Planet two days ago.

"This 'cure,' as you call it, was not designed to counter Ebola. It was originally designed and perfected about a year ago, after many years of research and development. It was intended as a treatment to optimize the human body and lower medical costs, which have been crushing government budgets around the world. It just so happens that it is very effective against all known pathogens."

Alarm bells were going off in my head. I thought to myself, "Did we have anything to do with this?" It was starting to seem like too much of a coincidence.

And I continued with, "This technology was always intended to be given freely to the world. We don't need more money. If I spent one billion dollars a day, I would have to live a hundred years to spend what we already have.

"General, please sit down and allow me finish what I want to say.

"As a further gesture of good will, within the year, we intend to start delivering another new technology to all members of the United World group. It's an inexpensive, non-polluting, and inexhaustible supply of electricity.

"The last plank in our platform, specific to the EU, is about keeping the peace and uniting Europe with one voice. You will surrender all your nuclear arms to us for decommissioning and destruction. Remember, we're in the spy business. We already know where everything that matters is located.

"We will monitor the arms transfer and foster unification under one leader who will have a six year term. There will no longer be any professional politicians. You will receive a seat at the table as soon as you agree and start to comply with stated conditions and bring the current conflict to a halt on your continent."
