Opening the door, Gabe blinked. Ms. Fox was not what he had been expecting. From her voice, he’d been expecting some bubbly, sparkly-pink-lip-chap-wearing cheer-leader type. Instead, tall, statuesque, and beautiful, Ms. Fox looked more like a Russian fairy tale princess with her pale skin, white-blonde hair, clear blue eyes and high, sharp cheek bones. “Hello,” Gabe managed. He cleared his throat, trying to get a hold of himself. “You must be Ms. Fox.”
