by GJ Minett
•Darren, for help with security at Arun Valley.
•Faz Chitima and everyone at Ockley ABC, for taking time out to talk to me and making me welcome when I visited them. You’re not in the novel, Faz, but your spirit and devotion certainly are.
•A whole host of bloggers and reviewers who have taken the time and trouble to give such positive feedback on my debut novel, The Hidden Legacy. I said in a blog on my website that you are the lifeblood of the industry – I stand by that.
•Everyone at Bonnier Zaffre and The Ampersand Agency, especially Joel and Peter – you know why.
•The amazing group of debut authors who started at Twenty7 with me and who have been indefatigable in the support they’ve offered to each other on social media – who said writing was a selfish, cut-throat business?
•Family and friends, for constant support and encouragement. I’d love for Mum to be able to read this one to Dad.
•Elaine – say no more.
