White Hot Holidays 7: Full Moon Xmas Page 3

by Sherri L. King

“Now tell me the truth,” she started, laying out raw bacon on a plate for him. “Were you really a virgin?”

“Yes. My kind chooses one mate and one mate only.”

“Your kind?” she asked. “I don’t understand.”

  “Yes,” Cassius answered evasively.

“What, are you, like, a foreigner?”

“I am from here in Washington. From the woods.”

“You live in the woods?” she asked.

“Yes. Well, I have a house in Seattle, but I rarely go there. I prefer the forest over the city any day.”

She sat a plate with steaming eggs, toast and raw bacon on the table for him. Cassius immediately took a seat and tore into the meat, wolfing down strip after strip with large, single bites. She took a seat opposite him and ate her toast, watching him eat the food with a ravenous appetite that warmed her heart.

“What do you mean, exactly, when you say you only mate once?”

“I mean exactly that,” he said, sopping up some runny yolk with his toast. “You are my mate. I know that now. My one and only.”

Terra laughed uncomfortably and played with one long dark lock of her hair. “You don’t mean that,” she said. “You don’t have to woo me with lies, if that’s what you’re doing. I don’t want a commitment from you. I barely know you.”

Cassius swallowed the last of his food and met her gaze with his. “I wouldn’t lie to you,” he said once more. “Do you know, you have the most beautiful brown eyes I’ve ever seen?”

Terra blushed. “Quit sweet-talking me or I’ll jump your bones again.”

His gaze turned positively wicked. “How about I jump on yours?” he said and pounced across the table, taking her to the floor with a jarring impact.

Cassius spread her legs and bent his head between her thighs, pressing a hot kiss to the crown of her sex. Terra cried out, surprised, but quickly recovered. She pulled him up over her and reached down to take his thick stalk in her hand, pumping him over and over until he was hard as marble. It thrilled her heart to hear him cry out his response to her caress. A droplet of pre-cum seeped from his opening and she brought the drop to her lips to taste. He was so sweet, so decadent. She’d never tasted a man with such a wild, delicious flavor.

His mouth found hers and he plundered it, plunging his tongue deep. Terra sucked on his tongue, relishing his flavor. His hair was a curtain about their heads, smelling so thickly of spicy woods that she reeled dizzily. His fingers found her nipples, long and thick and hard, and squeezed them gently until she was gasping for breath like a fish out of water. All the while he kissed her, until she was mindless to all but him. His touch. His scent. His flavor. It was all too intoxicating.

The rough tips of his fingers spread her pussy lips, and she helped to guide him into her opening. Her fingers, unable to reach completely around the base of his cock, guided him until he was home, sliding so deep into her that he stole her very breath away.

This time he was gentler with her, rocking on top of her, thrusting his cock in and out of her pussy with such tender care that it brought tears to her eyes. He popped a nipple into his mouth and suckled it, rooting like a babe. Terra found a heretofore undiscovered connection between her breast and her loins. With each draw of his lips, her pussy gushed with liquid warmth, milking him and sending her reeling. Heat pooled low and deep in her belly, and each time he moved inside her, that heat intensified.

He lifted her legs and she wrapped them around him, hooking her ankles at the small of his back. This allowed him to penetrate her even deeper, if that was even possible, wringing forth cries from her mouth that sounded like a stranger’s voice and not her own.

The sharp bite of his teeth bruised her nipple, but Terra welcomed the pain as it melted into pleasure. He would leave a mark behind, as he had left other marks with the burn of his shadowy beard.

For some strange, alien reason, it felt to Terra that they were doing more than just fucking. They were even doing more than simply making love. It felt as if something deep inside her was giving itself over to him, and that something in him was being gifted to her. She’d never felt such things. It was as if they were one being, one mind, one heart. This type of communion had never been part of her lovemaking before. It was unbelievably wonderful and welcome. Terra felt as if they belonged together.

She shook her head violently to clear it of such fanciful thoughts.

“What’s wrong?” Cassius asked, mouth at her ear.

“Nothing,” she said, gathering him closer. “Nothing at all,” she sighed happily.

Cassius growled, the sound echoing through the house, so deep and so loud that it vibrated through her bones. It was a sound of total satisfaction. His fingers found her clit just as he exploded inside her. She felt the hot, creamy scald of him deep within and then she, too, was flying through ecstasy.

“Terra, Terra,” he cried out, shuddering in her arms. “Take all of me.”

Her orgasm brought tears to her eyes, and her body milked his until they were both mindless. He thrust into her again, over and over, until finally collapsing, sweating and breathless, on top of her.

It took some time before Terra could think clearly again. She felt Cassius withdraw from her body and moaned when he left her. He wasn’t gone long. He came back with a wet paper towel and spread her legs once more. He cleaned her with soft, gentle strokes, soothing her raw flesh. But with every brush of the cool cloth over her clit, she bucked her hips and gasped.

“You’re mine, you know,” he said softly, glowing eyes meeting hers.

Terra laughed. “You don’t even know me,” she said awkwardly.

“We have our whole lifetime to get to know one another. I, for one, am looking forward to it.”

She shook her head and reached up to tuck one golden brown strand of hair behind his ear. “You’re so weird,” she said. “I don’t understand you.”

“I have been a lone wolf my whole life, looking for somewhere I could belong. I belong with you, Terra. Forever and always. I know it in my soul,” he said passionately, holding her palm over the beating of his heart.

Terra pushed him back and got to her feet. He knelt there, looking up at her with his strange, golden eyes. “Stop saying such things,” she told him breathlessly.

“I am only telling you the truth,” he said.

Terra shook her head and squeezed her eyes shut. He was so beautiful, looking up at her with such longing, such desire, that she couldn’t bear to see him just then. “I think I need to get dressed,” she said and left him there, going to her bedroom in the back of the house.

When she came back, Cassius had donned his jeans and was sitting at the kitchen table once more, muscular chest still bare. His skin was golden-hued and smooth as marble. His hair, reflecting the light from the windows, looked more blond than brown today. His eyes were still aglow, and when they met hers they sizzled. He looked utterly delicious.

“Please, sit. I must talk with you,” he said, motioning to the other chair. He had grabbed a pop from the fridge and sat it in front of her, bidding her to take a drink.

“What do you want to talk about?” she asked suspiciously.

“I have been alone since my parents were killed,” he started. Terra gasped, surprised at what he was saying, considering that his parents were killed when he was nine. Who had raised him?

“When my parents were gunned down by poachers, I retreated into the deep woods and lived there until my twentieth year. I built a cabin there and kept the city house my family had lived in with the help of a trust fund my parents had set up for me. I seldom go to Seattle anymore—I make my living going from one job to the next, always moving—but the city house is there whenever I need it.”

“Is your cabin far from here?”

“Not far,” he said. “Just a couple of miles east of here. I was returning last night from a short stay in Seattle. A car struck me as I was trying to get home.”

  “Barefoot?” S
he chuckled. “It’s a miracle you aren’t dead,” she told him.

His eyes met hers, gaze deep and hot and passionate. “I’d like to take you to see my cabin,” he said.

Terra chuckled. “What, you mean now?”

  “Yes.”

She shook her head disbelievingly. “I don’t even know you. You could be a murderer for all I know.” She didn’t believe that lie for even a second.

He smiled softly. “You know I would never hurt you,” he said.

“No, I don’t,” she insisted stubbornly.

“Search your feelings. You know me in your heart. In your soul. You know me.”

He was right. For whatever reason she couldn’t explain, she did trust him not to hurt her. She trusted him to the ends of the Earth and beyond. “Okay. Let me just get my coat and boots on. Oh. You’re barefoot. We’ll need to drive.”

“My feet will be fine for our walk. I was walking barefooted last night through the storm. The cold won’t bother me, I promise you.” He donned his T-shirt and jacket, zipping it as he spoke. “Nor will it bother you. I won’t let it.” He smiled at her.

Terra shook her head again. “You are so weird,” she told him once more. “Here you tell me you’re almost sixty, you’ve lived alone since you were nine, you survived being hit by a car and you walk barefoot in the snow. What sort of superhuman are you supposed to be?”

“I’m not a human at all,” he said simply. “I’m a werewolf.”

  * * * * *

Terra was speechless. She eyed him from head to toe, noting everything about him. He was gorgeous as ever, rough and tumbled-looking, but well and fit all the same. It was too bad he was completely crazy.

  “A werewolf,” she stated dubiously.

“Yes,” Cassius returned, his gaze never leaving hers.

Terra took deep, calming breaths, but each was heavy with the scent of their bodies combined. It made her head spin even more than it already was. “I don’t believe you.” She managed to force the words out.

“I know,” he replied. “But the full moon is Christmas Eve. You’ll know then that what I say is the truth.”

“Who says I’m going to let you hang around until then?” she asked angrily.

He looked hurt, mortally so, for all of a second, then a mask fell over his face, hiding his emotions from her. It made her feel bereft, this mask, but there was nothing she could do about it. Or so she told herself.

  “You cannot deny me.”

Terra growled, the sound startling her. “I can do whatever I want,” she said angrily. “Now get out of my house.”

“I’m not leaving you like this,” he said.

“Get out of my house, Cassius. Now,” she shouted, pointing toward the door.

He rose from his seat and came to stand before her. “Can you look me in the eye and tell me to go?” he asked.

  She met his gaze.

And something faltered in her. Her anger dissipating as if it had never been.

She licked her lips. “I can’t,” she admitted. “But what else am I expected to do? Just wait around until you turn furry—or not, as the case may be?”

  “Yes,” he said insistently.

“Cassius, you are by far the strangest man I have ever met.”

He smiled and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. “Come on. Let’s go to my house. I want you to see where I live.”

“No,” she protested. “You go home and call me later, okay? The power’s back on, so my phone will actually work. I’ll be here waiting patiently.”

“I’m not letting you out of my sight,” he growled and the sound made the hackles on the back of her neck stand at attention.

Terra sighed, admitting defeat, and went to get her coat and shoes. Though she didn’t want to admit it, even to herself, she didn’t want him out of her sight either. With one last look around, she grabbed one of the buffalo-hair blankets and left the house.

They stepped out into the cold day. The snow from the night before had accumulated on the ground so that several inches of it covered the tips of her boots. True to his word, Cassius walked barefoot without a qualm.

“This is insane,” she said, boots crunching the snow underfoot.

“I can regulate my body temperature as climate demands,” he said, taking her hand in his. “I have no fear of hot or cold.”

“Well, neither do I, but you don’t see me walking around barefoot in this mess.”

Cassius laughed and the sound washed over her like honey-drenched silk. It was the first time she’d actually heard him laugh, and the sound of it made her heart race. She vowed then and there to make him laugh more often.

“Here,” she said, offering the blanket to him. “I thought you might like to keep this,” she grinned. “As a keepsake.”

He took it, returning her smile, and tucked it under one massive arm.

They made it to the tree line and crossed over into the woods. Terra’s cabin sat atop a hilly clearing, but was surrounded on nearly all sides by thick forest. They headed east, just as he had said, and the sight of her home faded in the distance behind them.

Cassius took her hand more tightly in his and directed her to stand still before him. “I have to have you again,” he said, voice rough and gritty.

Terra laughed. “What? Here? We’ve only just made it into the trees.”

“No one will see if that’s what’s bothering you. There isn’t a soul about for miles,” he said.

“Oh god,” she laughed, and hurriedly began to unfasten her clothes. Cassius gave a feral grin and freed his cock from its confines, undoing the fastening of his jeans so that it bobbed free and bounced in the chilly air.

God he was huge, even in the cold!

Terra tore off her shirt and her bra with swift, eager motions as Cassius laid the blanket out on the bed of snow. Her hands went to the fastening of her jeans, and she kicked her boots off. When they were both nude—Terra shivering in the brisk cold—she sank to her knees on the blanket and sucked his cock into the back of her throat.

He tasted wild and untamed, like the forest surrounding them. She palmed his sac in her hand and squeezed it gently, rolling his testicles expertly. Cassius threw back his head and howled, his voice echoing back from the trees. She opened her mouth wide over him, using her tongue to tease him deeper past her lips. She made wet, sucking sounds over his sensitive flesh, using her spit to moisten his velveteen skin so that it could slide deeper inside.

He pulsed in her mouth. He was so hot that he nearly singed her lips. He smelled of earth and green, growing things, the luscious scent driving her wild. Her body shook with the force of its need, her nipples hard and long and tight, her pussy wet and aching for him.

“Fuck me,” she murmured against his flesh, licking him from base to tip. “Fuck me like a wild wolf would fuck its mate,” she said.

Her words inflamed him. He growled low and pushed her back onto the blanket. He kissed her hard and swiftly turned them so that she sat atop him. The cold was forgotten as he raised her blood temperature by popping one of her nipples deep into his mouth.

Cassius thrust into her with one fierce thrust. Terra screamed as he slid home and wriggled over him. He filled her so deep and so tight that she could hardly breathe. He bounced her up and down with his hips, grasping hers tight in his hands to help steady her.

His fingers found her nipples and twisted them delicately. Terra arched into his touch, her head falling back so that her hair tickled over their heated skin. His hands roved over her body, down over her stomach and straight to her clit. He rubbed her most sensitive flesh and thrust deeper, harder into her.

“Do you like it when I fuck your tight, wet hole?” he asked, his voice a gasp.

“Oh god, yes,” she answered. “Yes, yes, yes!”

“You’re so fucking hot. So fucking tight. It feels like a fist is wrapped around me,” he said. “And your tits! Shit, your tits are the most beautiful in all the world.”

How would you know?” she teased.

“Oh trust me, I know it for certain.” He grinned cheekily up at her and thrust home particularly hard. “You’re so wet. So silky. You make me want to fuck all day.”

“So do it. If you’re man enough,” she goaded.

“Don’t ask for something you can’t handle. I would never hurt you.”

“It won’t hurt me to get banged all day,” she laughed. “Come on. Give me all you’ve got.”

He roared and thrust into her, jarring her from head to toe. He pounded so hard into her that she saw stars. Pleasure and pain blended into bliss, and every breath she took was just enough for her to moan, or shout, or scream.

“Milk me, Terra. Come for me.”

Terra cried out and rode him harder. Her clit ground down on him and she screamed, a harsh, rough sound that echoed off the trees. Her body clamped down hard on him, locking them both together, and they found release in the same heartbeat, the same breath.

His cum jettisoned into her body, burning her, bringing her. She felt her pussy clench over and over, the pulsations in rhythm with her erratic pulse. “Oh god, Cassiusssss,” she cried out.

He held her to him and let her come, filling her at the same time with his scalding cream. When they were spent, she collapsed down upon him, breath bellowing out like a freight train. She rubbed her face in his neck and kissed his mouth, licking his lips delicately.

  “That was awesome,” she said.

  Cassius laughed.

  Chapter Three

  Christmas Eve

Once they made it to his cabin the day before, they made love all day, with hardly a word spoken between them.

It felt so right to be in his arms.

They made love into the night and on until the morning. They showered together, each pleasuring the other with eager mouths. She tasted his come, and he tasted hers in turn. Then they soaped each other’s bodies and fucked right there in the shower.

He fucked her in the ass with his finger and she rode his cock until they were both raw. Then she took him in her mouth and made him come again. The delicious flavor of him filled her senses, drugging her, and she swallowed every last drop he had to give, reveling in the thick, creamy texture.
