She heard a deep growl from another tree and looked around to see Farris leaned sexily against it with his arms folded casually over that massive chest. “Can we both have a hand in that?”

  Chapter 7

Nurse Serefina Reis left the police station fuming. She had spent a miserable day trying to lie her way out of her transgressions only to be caught out at every juncture by the shrewd detectives. They had managed to ascertain that she was, in fact, a Grade A bitch who would stop at nothing in her attempts to sleep her way to a better life, and she really wasn’t concerned about who got hurt along the way.

Luckily for her, try as they might, the cops were unable to find anything illegal about her iniquity, and reluctantly had to let her go. She had been warned, however, that should Dr. Jasun decide to press charges for defamation of character and making false allegations against him, she would soon be brought back in. The events of the day had thoroughly taken their toll on her, and she made straight for a small tavern for a pick-me-up.

As she peered around the dimly lit bar she couldn’t help but notice a young man with a large bandage over his nose. She guessed he had spent most of his time in the emergency room recently and had also come here to drown his sorrows. He was looking very sorry for himself, and she found his vulnerability appealing for all the wrong reasons.

“What happened to you?” she asked, sliding into the empty stool next to him. He looked around in awe before noticing her uniform. He guessed her interest was more likely to be professional than personal, especially as the woman really was a stunner, and way out of his league. Attention was attention though, he thought, and it couldn’t do his kudos any harm to be seen in public with such a beauty.

“I got beaten up,” he replied with a shrug. He was just contemplating whether it was wise to explain that it had been a girl who had hit him, when the woman’s laughter caught him by surprise. He had expected sympathy from a medical professional, but the nurse seemed to think it was hysterical.

“I’m sorry,” she said, finally resuming her composure.

She really was beautiful, and he felt he would forgive her anything. “That’s OK,” he said. “Would you like another drink?”

Serefina rarely paid for her own drinks, and was only too eager to accept. He was a really scrawny fellow, and not at all handsome by her standards, but the bar was quite empty and he looked like he had a few bucks. They enjoyed a couple more drinks before his speech started to slur. She knew she should question the wisdom of his drinking on top of the meds he must be on for his face, but his story was starting to get interesting so she held her tongue.

It appeared that a very large prostitute had taken advantage of his kindness, and his slight frame, and had tried to rob him in a dark alley. Twisting his stories a little would add to the effect, he felt, so he added a bit more spice. He claimed that she had had two very large boyfriends, sailors from Refrainia, who had beaten him up when he refused to hand over his wallet. Well it was partly true!

Her sympathy for the young man paid off when he went on to milk it further by adding that one of the sailors was actually a doctor, so he should have known better. Her eyes widened with excitement when he went on to describe the two men and she smiled smugly as the light bulb was switched on in her head.

“That’s awful, but there might just be a way that you can get justice for this,” she promised him with a self-satisfied grin.

His interest piqued and he ordered more drinks as he listened intently to what she had in mind. She was right in her assumption that justice and revenge were the same thing in his book, too, and went on to disclose her plan. Of course, the way she described it was all to his advantage, with her helping him out of a sense of rectitude. He seemed impressed at her thoughtfulness, which, in his now-drunken state he took to be a promising sign of her personal interest in him. She played him with the proficiency of an experienced connoisseur and didn’t leave the bar until he had wholeheartedly agreed to her despicable scheme.

Ademia and her two hot hunks headed for the beach to cool their overheated bodies, and their passion. They had managed to sneak away from the woodland unnoticed by Rechavia, who had been giving aftercare to his very exhausted, but happy, woman on the makeshift sofa in the clearing. Farris and Dr. Jay had both made a mental note to visit this place with their own woman in the not-too-distant future. She seemed to enjoy the spanking!

The water was cool as the afternoon sun was beginning to set, and they welcomed it on their heated bodies. Dr. Jay was sure not to let Ademia stay in the sea for too long, concerned that her temperature might plummet too quickly following her fever of the last couple of days, and soon had her wrapped in a soft towel by the fire as he and Farris made her dinner.

“I’m absolutely fine,” the young girl protested as they boiled water and cooked meat and potatoes for their meal.

A cocked eyebrow from Dr. Jay told her she was fighting a losing battle. “For someone who really should still be in hospital, I think you’ve done quite enough for one day. You should be resting up, not running around the island. It’s not good for you.”

She sighed, sat back and enjoyed the sight of the two bare-chested chunks of beefcake fussing around her. She had decided against mentioning how poorly she had begun to feel earlier. Besides, her head felt much better now that her mind had been distracted in such an appealing fashion.

Farris was prodding at the meat over the fire while Dr. Jay handed her a steaming cup of green tea.

“I could get used to this.” She grinned as she sipped the refreshing brew.

“Good, ’cos we intend to make sure you do, little lady.” Farris gave her a wicked smile.

They enjoyed a lovely meal while watching the sun set over the sea. The sky was a heady mixture of reds and oranges, with bright swathes of pink light shooting out in all directions. It looked totally magical.

“You’re tired, baby,” Dr. Jay remarked, catching Ademia trying to stifle a yawn. She couldn’t deny it. She had had a very emotional day, and was enjoying the lazy feeling of sitting back watching the sunset with her gorgeous hunks. “You get off to bed, we’ll finish up here.”

She really wanted to protest, thinking that she should be running around after them, but her bones felt achy and tired, and she truly welcomed the thought of just climbing into bed.

“Only if you’re sure?” She relented.

“We insist,” Farris assured her, smiling.

  “You two are the best.”

She stood and gave each of them a kiss on the cheek before disappearing into the house. Her head felt slightly woozy as she made her way up the stairs and she was asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.

When she awoke, it was still dark and she felt very warm. It took a few seconds to realize that she was lying in the big bed with a large, hot man on either side of her. She grinned as she realized that, at some point in the night, they had decided to keep her company and brought her in here with them. She snuggled into them, enjoying the heat that surrounded her. Farris’s arm came around her and he murmured as he cradled her. She loved the feeling of security and love that these men offered, and she soon drifted off into a contented dream.

She was in the clearing with Farris and Jay. Farris had tied her, naked to that tree stump, and Jay was spanking her with his bare hand. In her dream the smacks didn’t hurt, they just thudded onto her soft flesh and heated her skin. Her pussy was weeping frantically onto the log beneath her, and she clenched hard as sensations ran through her heated body. Farris was standing over her without his shirt. She could smell his warm scent, and hear him murmuring into her ear. “You’re doing well, you’re beautiful, God I want you, little lady!” Her breathing was rapid and her heart thudded as she felt the fire burn in her belly. Her hard nipples grazed over the bark, and she tried to squirm for relief of her aching pussy, but was bound too tightly. Somewhere far off, she could hear herself screaming ecstatically. Just when she thought she could take
no more of the exquisite torture, Farris took a knife and cut her free. Jay had hold of her body and swung her up into the air. His trousers were now gone and he teased her pulsating pussy against his hard cock. Farris stood behind her and as she reclined into his arms, he held her weight as Jay impaled her easily onto himself. As Farris held her torso, Jay held her legs up on his shoulders and thrust in and out of her aching core. She felt Farris’s fingertips reach down and tweak her hard red nipple, sending her flying over the edge. She screamed out as her orgasm engulfed her, and she reached up and gripped his muscular biceps as her mind swirled into oblivion. She was vaguely aware of Jay’s groan as he hammered into her one more time before sending his seed soaring into her depths. As soon as Jay retreated, he lifted her into his strong arms and she closed her eyes as she breathed in his manly scent and snuggled into his ripped chest.

Dr. Jay awoke with a smile a couple of hours later. Ademia was clinging to his arm, with her head resting on his chest while her other hand trailed in Farris’s tousled hair. Farris was snuggled into her other side, with a possessive arm around her. Both faces were smiling as they slept. This felt so right. Although he didn’t want to move, the call of nature had other ideas, and he reluctantly slid out from under the sleeping beauty and left the room.

Farris woke next and grinned to find he had Ademia all to himself again. He held her tight, aware of his large bulge digging into her hip. He sighed to think he still couldn’t act on it, and leaned over to kiss her on the cheek. Her face was so soft and warm while she slept. Her beautiful blonde curls were strewn across the pillow. She looked like she didn’t have a care in the world. Farris could have lain there gazing at that face all day.

Ademia’s eyes opened slowly and a big smile spread across her face when she saw him watching her. She flushed slightly and averted her gaze. His large finger lifted her chin, forcing her to look up at him. He chuckled.

“You are the most beautiful woman I ever saw,” he murmured, making her blush again.

She giggled and then gazed up into his dark, sultry eyes. He really was gorgeous. His hair hung in tousled waves around his shoulders, and his stubble gave him a rugged, debonair appearance.

A noise from the doorway caused them both to look up, and Dr. Jay stood there, dripping wet, with a towel tied casually around his waist.

“Phoo-eey! It’s fresh out there this morning.” He breezed in, obviously refreshed by his early-morning dip in the sea.

“Well, you just stay over there, bro,” Farris warned him, “We’re all warm and cosy in here and we aim to keep it that way.”

“No way!” Dr. Jay had a glint in his eye as he hauled himself into the bed and cuddled Ademia with his soaking-wet, cool body.

She screamed, trying to push him off her, but he was determined. Farris hooted as he clambered on top of them, pretending to try to free her of the soaked intruder. They all fell about laughing, as they tickled and teased one another.

“I’m sopping wet now,” Ademia protested, laughing, as they climbed off to give her room to breathe.

“So you are, little lady. Looks like you and me may as well head on down to the sea then,” Farris said with a broad grin.

“Here you go.” Dr. Jay handed them a couple of towels on their way out. They were still laughing when they reached the shallows and plunged straight into the clear, cool water.

Dr. Jay smiled as he prepared breakfast, and they were soon all sitting around the fire eating. This really was the best way to start the day.

“Dr. Jay.” Rechavia came running up the path as they were clearing away the dishes.

“Must be serious,” Farris mumbled with a frown.

The doctor abandoned the pots and rushed over to meet him.

“You’ve just had a message from that doctor on Eastland.” Rechavia panted. “He said you need to get over there as soon as you can. The Medical Board has called an emergency meeting today to discuss some new evidence which has come to light about you.”

  “What evidence?”

Rechavia urged his friend to step away from the rest of their party and lowered his voice. “That bitch has been accusing you of ‘living a lifestyle unbecoming of a respected citizen’,” he explained. “She’s saying you’re in a ménage relationship with a prostitute. Her lawyer’s campaigning to have you struck off.”

Dr. Jay’s eyes widened. Fury boiled within him. “Damn her!”

“What is it, bro?” Farris came over, with Ademia hot on his heels.

“I’ll go check the boat over, you get ready,” Rechavia offered, and ran off toward the harbor.

“I’ll explain on the way,” Dr. Jay promised his friend, with a tight jaw.

“I’ll get ready,” Ademia said, turning to go back to the house.

“No, I want you to stay here, baby,” Dr. Jay instructed. “Can you pack us some food, though?”

Ademia looked crushed, but said nothing. She went straight to the house and began to pack a basket of goodies for the trip. She was surprised at how much better she felt in the coolness of the house, as her head had started to ache.

“I’ll get dressed,” Farris said before diving into the house to change out of his wet shorts.

“Thanks, baby,” Dr. Jay said with a smile as he took the basket from Ademia at the quay. “I know you’d rather come but I don’t think it’s a good idea today. You need to get some rest, I don’t think you’re as well as you make out, and the trip would tire you out even more.” He held the back of his hand to her forehead and frowned. “You’re hot. Promise me you’ll get some rest while we’re gone.”

She nodded and managed a smile for him.

“Good, ’cos you’ll need all your energy for when we get home tonight,” he said with a salacious grin. He winked at her and she giggled.

“We’ll keep an eye on her, bro,” Rechavia promised.

Farris and Dr. Jay enjoyed one last hug with their girl before setting out for the mainland. Ademia waved them off before setting off back to the big house.

“Shall I get the girls to come over, pretty maid?” Rechavia offered as they parted company.

“No, I’ll get some rest in a while. Melantho will be here soon, anyway,” Ademia said, trying to sound much brighter than she felt.

After she finished clearing away the dishes, she took a twig broom and set about brushing the sand from the path that led to their front door. She and Farris had had a great time splashing about in the water before breakfast. She smiled to herself as she also remembered the fun they had all had in bed when Dr. Jay had dripped all over them. It had been a fun morning. She sighed as she realized how tired she was becoming already. Her head was throbbing again and she felt dizzy. Her stomach churned and she felt like she was about to be sick. Deciding that she had better finish doing her chores, she reached over to stand the brush against the wall. In doing so she knocked the tin bath which had been propped against the stonework. It fell onto the pathway with a clatter. Ademia bent down to pick it up and the world went blurry. Her head felt like marshmallow and she felt her legs turn to Jell-O. She collapsed onto the ground as the universe turned black.

Melantho arrived at the big house a couple of hours later. She didn’t have as many chores to do there at the moment. Ademia took care of a lot of her workload, although she knew this would increase again when the surgery opened.

As soon as she neared the house, she saw her friend slumped on the ground. Her blood ran cold as she rushed over to her, screaming her name. Ademia was breathing rapidly. Her body felt hot and her skin was red, but she was hardly sweating at all.

Melantho ran down the path crying for help. She waved frantically to a young sailor who was coming up the path from the harbor. She recognized him as Blandon, a friend of Farris. The young man ran up to her, noticing her obvious distress.

“Can you help? Ademia’s ill. We need to get her inside.”

Blandon nodded and ran over to the blonde girl. He held her under the shoulders as Melantho took h
er legs and they carried her into the cool lounge. They lifted her onto the sofa and gently laid her down.

“I don’t know where Dr. Jay is.” Melantho was breathless. “Can you find him, or Farris? Kally and Rech should know where they are.”

“Of course.” Blandon ran up the path which led to Rechavia and Aitan’s houses, while Melantho went back inside. She bathed her friend using a cloth and some cool water.

“Melantho?” Ligia came in a few minutes later. “Dr. Jay and Farris had to go to Eastland for the hearing. Kally’s gone to fetch Rech and Aitan.”

“It’s the fever again,” Melantho said with a worried look. “I’m just trying to cool her down but I don’t know if it’s working. She’s ever so red.”

“Did Dr. Jay bring back any medicine?”

Melantho shook her head. “I think he came straight from the police station as soon as they let him go. Ademia had already left the hospital on her own so they wouldn’t have given her anything to bring with her. Dr. Jay was hoping to get some more paracetamol at least, but with everything else that happened, he forgot. He felt dreadful about that.”

“How’s she doing?” Rechavia arrived with Aitan, Kalliope and Blandon. He looked at their patient and frowned.

“Dr. Jay said she needed to be kept cool and drink plenty of cold water with salt and sugar, but she hasn’t woken up. I tried to put water on her lips but I can’t get her to swallow.” Melantho looked up at him with wide, teary eyes.

“We’ll see if we can get hold of Dr. Jay or Dr. Ernaut,” he said, shaking his head.

“Won’t they both be in the hearing?” Ligia bit her lip with worry.

“We’ve got to try something, pretty maid,” Rechavia replied, gesturing to Aitan to join him. “Blandon, you stay here in case the girls need anything.”

The hearing wasn’t going well. In fact, it wasn’t going on at all. Having rushed to get there on time, the sailors were annoyed to be told that a previous case was over-running so they would have to wait. If that case took too long, they might have to continue their hearing tomorrow. Both men were adamant that they weren’t going to leave Ademia on her own all night. The only saving grace about their case was that Nurse Serefina Reis had been kept in a separate waiting room to them. Neither of the men could tolerate the sight of the evil bitch right now.
