Rhonda has been getting sick for no apparent reason and Lana suspects that she may be pregnant. She has to have answers and so she brings home a pregnancy test for Rhonda. Rhonda insists that she was on birth control, but Lana still needs to know for sure.
Is Rhonda pregnant? What will they do if she is? It isn’t as though they can track down their mysterious lover. They don’t even know his name.
Chapter 1 – Just Another Day In Paradise
Rhonda wiped down the counter of Harry’s Diner for about the seven billionth time. It was only to have something to do, really. The place was already perfectly in order. The salt and pepper shakers were filled, the lemons were sliced, and the silverware was rolled. Along with every other last bit of her side work and then some. Hell, even the damn windows were spotless.
No one had been in all afternoon.
Fan-fucking-tastic, Rhonda thought to herself. She had used the last of her cash just to get a cab into work, and by the look of things she’d be walking home. She inwardly cursed both her broken down car and her so-called friends who had left her to fend for herself because they “already had plans.” Assholes…
“You ok?” Lana asked.
Lana was the other waitress who usually worked this shift with her. Her curly red hair was pulled up in the mandatory bun, albeit a messy one. Stray hairs adorned the sides of her face, her apron bristled with about three billion pens, and she sported a blue ink mark across her left cheek.
Rhonda’s expression softened. Lana was about the sweetest person she had ever met. Dumb as a brick, truth be told. But as far as Rhonda was concerned, that didn’t much matter. The girl had a heart of gold. She was in almost as bad of shape as Rhonda herself was, except that she lived close enough to walk to this hellhole.
“Yeah, honey,” she said. “I’m fine. No worries.”
Lana stared at her, studying her for a long moment with wide blue eyes, until Rhonda dropped her eyes and began to fidget.
Suddenly Lana broke her almost creepy gaze and shrugged.
“You’re upset,” she said. “And worried. But if you don’t want to talk about it, then that’s fine.” She hugged Rhonda briefly before going to the back to find something to busy herself with.
Rhonda stared after her. Damn, but the girl was perceptive. And she usually never acted so….well, just so damn weird.
Rhonda shrugged it off and went back to wiping down the counter. She had no idea that in only fifteen minutes her life would change forever.
Chapter 2 – A Prediction
Rhonda and Lana had both given up on even trying to look like they were doing any work. They’d both run out of even busywork, and had resorted to leaning against the counter and staring out the window. Afternoon had faded to evening, and still no sign of any customers. They stared out the picture window of the diner in silence. Lana was the first to break the silence.
“Cards?” she asked.
Rhonda just blinked at her for a moment. “You bring playing cards to work?” she asked.
Lana threw her head back and laughed. Her laugh was like bells, clear and sweet.
“No, not playing cards, silly,” she said with a smile. “Tarot cards.”
Rhonda snorted a laugh and rolled her eyes. “Ok. You bring tarot cards to work?”
“Well yes,” Lana replied, suddenly serious. “I bring them everywhere.” And then, abruptly smiling again, she said, “Because they’re fun.”
Something about her tone at that last statement had been almost wicked. It was the first time that Rhonda had ever felt uncomfortable around Lana. She shook it off.
“Right. Fun,” she said, laughing nervously.
Lana took that as consent, pulling a deck of cards from her apron.
“You uh…you keep them on you all the time?” Rhonda asked.
“Well, yes,” Lana replied after a long moment.
“Ok,” Rhonda said. “Right. Ok. So, what does my future hold?” What the hell? Could be fun. At the very least it couldn’t worsen the boredom.
Lana smiled mysteriously as she shuffled the cards.
“Let’s find out, shall we?” she said as she continued to shuffle.
After a moment, she laid a single card on the table.
“Ah,” she said, looking up slyly. “Your current situation seems bleak.”
Rhonda snorted. “Yes, oh wise one. However did you divine that?”
She and Lana both laughed for a moment.
“Ok, ok,” Rhonda said. “What else?”
Lana turned over a second card beneath the first.
“You are having financial troubles,” she said after a moment.
“Haha. Tell me something I don’t know,” Rhonda replied.
Lana laid down a third card beneath the second. She stared at it a moment before answering.
“You have been through much pain,” she said, squinting her eyes. “Someone has hurt you in the last year.”
“Yeah, ok…” Rhonda said, as she laughed nervously again. She was sure Lana hadn’t meant to hit so close to home. She didn’t talk about her divorce at work. Too personal…
Lana laid down a fourth card, just to the left of the first one. She frowned.
“More pain,” she said. “Friends have betrayed you.”
Rhonda rolled her eyes. “Yeah, ok. I already told you about my so-called friends.”
Lana ignored her as she laid a fifth card down above the first.
“There is a chance of joy for you. Happiness.”
“I like that,” Rhonda said with a smirk.
“But there is also the potential for much suffering,” Lana said, as she laid down a sixth card.
“Ah,” Rhonda replied, sitting up. “That I don’t like so much.”
Lana ignored her as she laid out the seventh card, slightly to the right of the third, so that it sat to the bottom right of the cross that the first six cards had formed. She studied it for a long moment before looking up at Rhonda.
“Why?” she asked, looking into Rhonda’s eyes. “Why do you hate yourself?”
“I…I don’t,” Rhonda stammered.
Lana continued to meet her eyes for a moment before shrugging and shaking her head.
She laid out an eighth card above the seventh. She frowned at it for a long moment.
“You have to rely on yourself,” she said. “And me. If you need me.”
“Alright…” Rhonda said. This had started to get weird.
Lana didn’t seem to notice Rhonda’s discomfort. She laid down the ninth card and studied it.
“You are afraid of…yourself,” she said. “And the past. You hope that you can overcome both.”
Rhonda had had enough.
“Ok cool. Ha-ha, good fun,” she said as she stood. She had been trying for flippant, but had been dismayed when her voice had come out half choked and upset.
Lana took no notice of her, and Rhonda took no notice of Lana as Lana laid out the tenth card.
“Look up,” she said.
Chapter 3 – A Handsome Stranger
Rhonda looked up as the bell above the door chimed. Finally, a customer. Finally a distraction. She wasn’t sure which one she welcomed more.
“Hi-de-ho, and welcome to Harry’s!” she said, with the most enthusiasm she’d had since she first started waiting tables here. God, she hated that greeting. She wouldn’t even use it if it weren’t for the comment cards on every table. But there they were. And there she was, desperate to keep her job. She’d had two complaints already for not using the diner’s signature greeting. A third might get her fired.
And besides that, the interruption was most welcome. She’d had just about enough of Lana’s psychic/psychology bullshit. Whatever it was, she was done. She felt a little guilty for judging Lana so harshly. After all, she was the honest to god sweetest person she had ever known…but that did little to quell Rhonda’s anger. Lana had hit just a little too close to home.
But one look at the stranger who had just walked
in did a hell of a lot to quell her anger.
He was a good six feet if he was anything, and he was well-muscled to boot. And speaking of boots, cowboy boots peeked out from beneath his jeans, which were well-worn in every sense of the word—they sported more than a few holes and they clung to him in a way that made Rhonda’s mouth water. The cowboy hat that crowned him was just a bonus.
A sly smirk decorated the corner of his mouth at her words.
“I bet you say that to all the boys,” he drawled.
She was equal parts mortified and turned on. Mortified at having uttered such ridiculous words to such a fucking gorgeous creature. And turned on by…well, pretty much every damn thing about him.
But at least she managed to muster a clever reply. And hide the fact that she absolutely would have sex with him right here on the diner floor if he so much as mentioned it.
“Why, yes,” she said flippantly. “I do say that to all the boys.”
She pause for a moment before leaning in and adding in a low purr, “And the girls too, if you must know.”
A dangerous light came into his eyes, but Rhonda didn’t notice.
“Oh really?” he said in a low, seductive tone.
“Yes, really,” Rhonda said mischievously, still not comprehending the seriousness of his tone. “Get you something to drink?” she asked.
The stranger backed off for a moment, seeming to notice her lack of comprehension.
“Sure,” he said. “Coffee would be good.”
“Sure thing,” Rhonda said. She made her way back behind the counter to fetch his cup of coffee.
Lana gathered her cards and came back to the counter as Rhonda retrieved a saucer and coffee cup for their new customer.
“He wants to have sex with you,” Lana said.
Rhonda blinked at her for a moment. One thing to be said for the girl, she never hesitated to speak her mind…
“Uh huh,” Rhonda finally replied. “Sure he does. And I’m the president of Mars.”
She started to turn away to fill the coffee cup, but Lana grabbed her arm.
“It’s true,” she said. “He wants to have sex with both of us.”
“Whatever,” Rhonda replied. “This supposed to be some sort of ‘psychic’ thing,” she said.
“No,” Lana said rolling her eyes. “Just an observation. Watch.”
“What the fuck do you mean, watch?” Rhonda asked as she turned away from the coffee.
Lana said nothing as she walked across the café and locked the front door. Their one single customer seemed to take no notice. She walked back to the counter and took Rhonda by the arm.
“Come with me,” she said.
“I thought you said watch,” she said sarcastically.
But by this point, Rhonda’s curiosity had been roused. She followed Lana to the stranger’s table wordlessly. He looked up at them and smiled.
“Ah two beautiful ladies here to do my bidding,” he said flippantly, as he leaned back in the booth and smirked at them.
Lana nudged Rhonda and nodded encouragingly. Rhonda looked at Lana as though she were crazy before turning to the stranger. God, but he was gorgeous.
“Can I get you something to eat?” she asked.
“Oh, I think you can,” he said with a smile. “So who’s first?”
Rhonda would have dismissed him as a filthy pervert and asked whether he would prefer the house special or the Harry Breakfast….except for the fact that Lana had already begun to undress before the words had fully left his mouth. Even the stranger seemed shocked. But his shock was quickly overridden by obvious arousal as he continued to watch her undress. His hardening cock pressed against the fabric of his jeans.
Rhonda almost wanted to back away. But she was just as fascinated as the stranger. She couldn’t take her eyes off of Lana, who now stood completely naked in the harsh light of the diner, not a shred of shyness to be found.
Her hair, released from its bun, now hung below her shoulders. Her pink nipples stood erect even though no one had even touched them. As Rhonda and the stranger watched, Lana reached down and began to touch herself.
Her hands skimmed past the shaved area of her crotch to begin moving in slow circles around her clit. She let out a low moan as her fingers moved faster and faster until she finally plunged them deep into her vagina. She let out another cry, this one longer and louder as her fingers plunged into her vagina over and over again.
Rhonda immediately felt uncomfortable. It was one thing to be intimate with someone, but she felt like simply watching Lana was a bit voyeuristic. She started to turn away, but Lana looked up and met her gaze, fingers still buried deep inside her.
“What’s the matter?” she said. “Shy?” A sensual smirk snuck over her face.
“I…I uh…” Rhonda stammered. She couldn’t quite find the words to describe what she was feeling. She wanted to tell Lana that she would like to lay her down on one of the tables and fuck her brains out. But that at the same time, it felt wrong to just watch her.
But…Lana had willingly put herself on display. She had no problem with this whole situation. So why should Rhonda?
Rhonda strode up to Lana and kissed her sensually on the mouth. She did not want to let the kiss go. The softness of Lana’s lips, the hot wetness of her tongue…Rhonda would have stayed in that moment as long as possible.
Lana was the one who finally broke the kiss, smiling up at Rhonda seductively. Without a word she walked to an empty table and laid down on top of it, spreading her legs wide.
Rhonda stared at the beauty of it for a moment before approaching her slowly. When she reached her, Rhonda gazed down at Lana’s womanhood for a moment. Though she would probably never admit it to anyone, she had dreamed of seeing this.
She stared greedily at the folds of skin. After a long moment, she reached down and parted the skin with her fingers, drinking in the sight of Lana’s clitoris and vagina. She couldn’t help herself. She had to slip her fingers inside.
Lana shuddered as she did.
“Yessss,” she moaned.
Rhonda nearly came unglued. She buried her face in Lana’s crotch, licking almost desperately with her tongue as her fingers continued to explore every single inch of Lana.
God, but she tasted like heaven.
They were both interrupted by the sound of the stranger clearing his throat. Both of them looked up. The three of them stared at one another for a long moment until Lana broke the silence.
“Just a second,” she said, as she shoved Rhonda’s face back into her crotch. Rhonda didn’t complain at all. She attacked Lana’s clitoris with her tongue again with abandon.
The stranger didn’t complain either. He rubbed himself as he watched Rhonda lick Lana with abandon. After just a few more minutes, Lana orgasmed intensely. Her hips rocked back and forth against Rhonda’s face as she cried out loudly.
Rhonda didn’t say anything about it, but she had orgasmed too. Lana’s intense pleasure had been enough to push her over the edge. She was silent for a moment, just enjoying the shuddering wetness between her legs.
Both of them had forgotten the stranger, and they both jumped when he spoke.
“I uh…I was gonna ask if I could join. But it seems like you’ve pretty much managed without me,” he said.
Lana met Rhonda’s gaze for a moment as she shrugged. ‘Let’s do it,’ the shrug said. Rhonda smiled wickedly at Lana. And Lana returned her wicked grin.
Together, they looked up at him.
“Who says we’ve managed,” they said in unison. Lana sat up as she spoke.
“Wanna come show us how it’s done?”
“God, do I,” he replied with a glint in his eye.
“Well come on then,” Rhonda said.
She hadn’t fully realized that she was still wearing clothes until he began taking them off.
She faced him as he pulled her shirt off. He made eye contact for a moment before reaching behind her and unsnapping her bra. Rhonda tried, u
nsuccessfully, to hold back a moan as he leaned down and took her nipple in his mouth, throwing her bra aside.
He released her nipple and made eye contact again, keeping eye contact as he pulled her pants down.
And finally he pulled her panties down. For a moment he buried his face, letting his tongue explore with abandon. But then he pulled away.
He stepped away and looked at the both of them. He had just opened his mouth as though to ask a question when Lana stepped up to Rhonda and nudged her forward. Well, it was more of a shove than a nudge. Rhonda stumbled into the stranger’s arms.
“I guess I don’t have to ask who’s first,” he said with a cocky grin. Rhonda shuddered with anticipation as she felt the bare, hot hardness of him pressed against her leg.
She said nothing as he led her to the table she and Lana had just finished with. IT seemed as though he was done talking too. He guided her hands to the table and spread her legs roughly so that she stood bent over and legs spread supporting her weight with her hands on the table. He nipped aggressively at her ear and she could not suppress a shuddering groan that escaped from her lips.
Then he stood behind her and grasped her hips firmly before thrusting the full length of his long throbbing cock fully into her warm, wet pussy with a single powerful thrust. She cried out as he did with equal parts pleasure and pain at his rough and abrupt entry.
“I don’t want you to feel left out he,” he said to Lana as he began to grind slowly against Rhonda.
“Oh, I don’t,” she purred, caressing herself.
He began to move a little faster inside Rhonda, who responded with a moan.
“Why don’t you come join us,” he said with a lopsided grin as he began to thrust even faster. “The more the merrier.”
Lana stopped touching herself for a moment and bit her lip.
“Well,” she said seductively after a pause. “If you insist.”
