Serving the Billionaire Boss: A Secret Baby Billionaire Romance Page 2

Lance threw the Kleenex to Anthony and then he turned around. Aurora looked at Lance, and then at Anthony. “Go”, Anthony mouthed the words as he motioned with his whole body. Aurora ran to keep up. She wasn’t sure why she was letting this man put her through all of this.

Lance was not her boss, but he already seemed to have a hold over her. She was running after him like a puppy dog for god’s sake. Aurora was questioning all of the life decisions that had led her up to this point. She barely noticed that they were walking past the security check points.

“A private jet”, Aurora could’ve kicked herself as she heard her voice gushing over the lavish plane. Way to play it cool, she thought to herself. Lance didn’t seem to notice any of it.

“That’s right honey”, the flight attendant almost sang the words as sashayed up to Aurora. “I’m Gerrard, your sky concierge”. Gerrard gave Aurora the official tour. The kitchen, the office, “And of course, Mr. Macauley’s bedroom”.

It was nicer than any house the intern had ever been in. Flat screen TVs covered every available wall, and it looked like the pillows, sheets, and just about everything that could be covered in silk, was covered in silk. Aurora ran her finger along the fabric of a pillow. She loved the smooth feeling of silk against her skin.

“I think every sheet should be made of silk”, Gerrard sighed. Aurora looked over to see that the sky concierge was also feeling the bed. “I didn’t know you were coming or I would’ve gotten the bed ready”.

“Isn’t it ready?” Aurora asked as she looked at the fully made bed.

“Mr. Macauley is very particular, especially when it comes to you know”, Gerrard was making hand motions that made Aurora very uncomfortable.

“Oh, it’s nothing like that”, Aurora reassured the flight attendant. “I am his personal assistant for the conference”.

“Oh, okay”, Gerrard laughed, but he was barely paying attention to the distraught woman beside him. Gerrard stared off dreamily as he let his hands roam across the covers. “Now, what can I get you?”

Aurora asked for a coke, but Gerrard brought her champagne. “It’s high class coke”, he teased as he strutted off into the plane. Aurora wasn’t sure if she was allowed to drink, and so she held onto the glass. She was sitting on a couch that ran the length of the room. The whole plane felt like it was way too big for just two people.

It wasn’t until Lance walked into the lounge drinking a scotch that Aurora finally took a sip from her glass. Lance sat down on the other end of the couch and started reading the paper. Aurora wanted to ask him about the conference, but she wasn’t sure how to start. Lance had presented himself as anything but friendly.

“Are you trying to ask me something?” Aurora looked over and realized that Lance was staring at her. She had been trying to think of a way to ask him a question, but clearly, she was being far too obvious about it. “Come down here then, I’m not going to shout”.

Aurora stood up and walked over to Lance. She was still trying to think of a question. She had so many, but words were escaping her. She wanted to ask about her role at the conference.

“Whoa!” Aurora yelled as the plane rattled around her. She was sent flying into Lance’s lap. He opened his arms in time to catch her. There was champagne and scotch all over them. The plane steadied itself.

“Air pocket”, Gerrard’s chipper voice filled the room. “That was fun, is everyone okay?” Lance waved the attendant away.

“Are you okay?” He still had his arms around Aurora. She managed to nod. “Stand up”. Lance pushed Aurora up to standing.

“I am so sorry”, Aurora apologized as her cheeks got three shades brighter. She looked into Lance’s eyes, and saw that he wasn’t upset. Although it was hard for the young woman to read the mogul’s face. Lance was showing nothing in the way of emotion.

“Take it off and get me a new one”, Lance said as he got to his feet and stood in front of the nervous young woman. Lance made no move to help. He stood there and waited as Aurora looked over the shirt, unsure of where to start.

She gently lifted the shirt out of the pants. Aurora stopped and looked over the shirt for a second. She moved slowly, and cautiously as she undid the cufflinks on Lance’s right cuff. When she had both cufflinks off, Aurora set them on the coffee table. Taking a deep breath, Aurora’s fingers moved to the first button on Lance’s chest. Aurora’s fingers were so nervous she was glad that Lance wasn’t wearing a tie.

As the buttons slowly parted, Aurora could see the well-defined muscles of Lance’s chest. It led down to the washboard stomach. Aurora could feel the muscles tighten as the backs of her fingers grazed against them. She could feel the shivers taking over her body again.

“White dress shirt, black tie”, Lance’s deep voice moved right through Aurora. She could feel tingly sparks bursting under her skin. She pulled the shirt off from behind, letting her hands run down the muscular back.

Aurora felt intoxicated as she took the shirt to the bedroom. She was under a spell. It wasn’t until she heard footsteps from behind her that the spell lost its hold. She turned to see Gerrard smiling at her.

“So, maybe I should get the bed ready?” Gerrard teased.

“What?” Aurora snapped. “No, no what? I spilled something on him”.

Gerrard’s smiling only got bigger as he walked off down the hall. Aurora grabbed a shirt and tie and headed back to the lounge. She had no idea what was happening, or why this man had such power over her.

  Chapter 3

“Have you ever been to Interlaken?” The concierge said as a still open-mouthed Aurora walked into the ritzy resort. Her senses had been on overload as they drove over the mountains. There was so much beauty. She had stepped out of the limo as soon as they arrived to look down at the lake at the foot of the mountain.

“Can’t you tell?” Aurora laughed as she tried hard to get her face under control. Nothing was working, the fairy tale feeling was back. Everything looked like it was right out of a story book.

Lance had already headed off to hear the opening of the conference. Aurora was to join him there after she got everything to the rooms. The bellhops were carrying everything, and Aurora just had to oversee the unloading, and then hang up the clothes. Aurora kept trying to convince herself that it was normal, but she knew that this was not the usual business relationship.

Aurora got the keys and followed the bellhops and the luggage up to the rooms. She had one suitcase for the weekend. It was smaller than even Lance’s smallest suitcase. She laughed to herself as she wondered what he could’ve possibly packed in these three large bags.

“Thank you so much”, Aurora said as she tipped the boys and sent them on their way. They thanked her in broken English, and then left the room. Aurora took a minute to look around the room. There was one king bed, a little table with two chairs in the corner, and then a kitchenette. This was her room.

Aurora opened the adjoining door and walked into a palace. It was two floors and had three bedrooms. There was a full kitchen and four forty-inch TVs hung on walls around the room. The living room was bigger than the one in her apartment, and no one was waiting there to have sex with her roommate.

Aurora pulled the bags into the master bedroom and started to unpack. Each bag had a list inside with a set of rules for unpacking it. Lance had brought fifteen different suits with him on this trip. Aurora couldn’t believe it as she took them out of the bags. The instructions asked her to iron each suit where it had been folded. Why didn’t he get a garment bag?

When she was finally done with all of the lists, and unpacking, Aurora headed off to the conference. “Dress for dinner”, the text message came in just as the door to the room closed behind her. “Short dress, hair down, high heels”.

Aurora looked at the phone and she grimaced. Why did this man think that he could tell her how to dress?” She went to get changed, but Aurora called Sheila to vent.

It was before lunch in New York, and Sheila was ready to h
ear bad things about this trip. “I am going to get you out of New York for a bit”, Sheila said. “Write down everything, I want to throw all of this in Max’s face”.

Sheila told Aurora about a position opening up to do some field work in Africa. It was the kind of work that Aurora had been hoping to do this whole time. All Aurora had to do was help Sheila take down Max. It meant moving into a paid position.

“I’m not trying to hurt anyone, but people shouldn’t be treated like this”, Sheila words repeated through Aurora’s head as she got ready for dinner.

Aurora had a lot on her mind as she left the room and headed down to the dining hall. It irked her that she had dressed just as Lance had asked. She really wanted to surprise him and dress in a pants suit and ballet flats, but she stopped herself. On the plus side, she was finally wearing that blue dress that she loved.

In the dining hall, everyone was standing around discussing the first speakers of the weekend. Aurora groaned as she realized that she now had even less to talk about with this jet set crowd. They already intimidated her, but now she had missed the speakers, and it seemed to be the only topic of conversation.

Aurora went straight to the bar. She needed to get a drink. “Gin and tonic”, a man’s voice came out as Aurora went to speak. She turned to see a tall, muscular, twenty-something looking down at her. “Just a guess”.

“And a good one”, Aurora said as she nodded to the bartender. He made the drink, and the young man gave his room number. “Thanks”.

“No problem, I am nothing if not chivalrous”, the young man smiled. “Trevor Gilliam”. Aurora shook the hand that was extended to her. Her eyes drifted across the room to where Lance was standing, and for a split-second Aurora thought she saw a little emotion behind his cold, judgmental eyes.

“I thought chivalry was when you saved someone’s life?” Aurora teased. Her eyes went back to where Lance had been standing.

“Believe me, not drinking this weekend could be a life-threatening condition”, Trevor made the obvious joke, and Aurora allowed herself to laugh heartily, but she could feel the eyes on both of them.

Aurora knew that she looked great in the dress. She was enjoying the attention from Trevor. He was warm and open, it was nice to talk to someone who seemed to want to talk to her. Someone who wasn’t being critical. Aurora smiled up at Trevor as he compared the old men at the conference to trees.

The hand on her arm spun Aurora around, and she was face to face with Lance. Trevor asked if she was okay, and Aurora nodded, but she couldn’t say the words. Lance’s glare was so intense that even the larger Trevor seemed a little nervous.

“There you are”, Lance said. It seemed out of place considering how long he had just been staring at her. His eyes were locked on Aurora’s. “We have a lot to discuss”. Aurora was about to protest when Lance started moving them out of the room. She quickly waved goodbye to Trevor as they left.

“What was that about?” Aurora was yelling as they got inside the elevator. She couldn’t believe she was yelling. Lance wasn’t even looking at her. Aurora pushed his arm to make him look at her.

Lance didn’t budge, Aurora tried again, but there was nothing. “I guess I’ll just stand here silently then”, Aurora groaned. She wanted to know what she was doing wrong, and what Lance thought gave him the right to treat her like this, she thought to herself.

Lance grabbed her arms and pulled her into him. Aurora fought for a second, and then let herself get pulled in. She looked up and Lance kissed her. His arms wrapped around the slender waist. Aurora could feel herself melting into the embrace.

Their tongues danced across each other as the elevator rose. Aurora felt hands moving around her breasts and thighs. His large, firm hands were hungrily grabbing at her flesh. The soft fabric of the dress felt cool and gentle against her skin.

The elevator doors opened and Aurora felt the ground fall away from her. Lance carried her into his room. He hadn’t even stopped kissing her when he unlocked the door. They kissed all the way to the bed. Aurora couldn’t believe how easily Lance moved her through the room. It was like a dance to the bedroom. The fear didn’t set in until the dance stopped.

What am I doing? Aurora thought for a second as Lance set her back on the floor beside the bed. She wanted to say something, maybe talk a little before this went any further.

It was a finger on her naked back that let Aurora know she was naked. She had been lost in thought, but the wandering finger was drawing her back into the moment. She was now entirely focused on the finger as it moved gently down her back. The finger was gliding down the right thigh, and then as it travelled up the right Aurora had to bite her lip to suppress the desire raging inside her.

Aurora’s eyes were closed tight as the finger swooped around the back of her thigh and traced the edge of her pelvis. Aurora flinched and moaned as it moved to her flat stomach. The cold air of the room, and the soft, firm touch of the finger had caused all of Aurora’s skin to burst out in goose bumps. The slightest movement in the air was sending explosions of pleasure through her epithelial nerves.

His finger went from one nipple to the next, as Aurora fought to stay still. Her body could barely take the feelings. She could feel her muscles contracting, and jumping as the finger moved along her body. His finger had worked its way up her neck, and Aurora tilted her head to take it into her hungry mouth.

His finger probed deep inside of her mouth. Aurora opened her eyes and looked right into Lance’s steel blue eyes. Lance wrapped his free hand around her slender neck, as he pulled Aurora closer. They kissed passionately, as his finger trailed back down her body. Aurora’s hand grabbed it and pulled it down to where it was so desperately needed.

Electricity shot through her body as his finger found its way between her legs. Thrusting inside of her, it moved in and out, slowly and rhythmically. Aurora found her finger fumbling with Lance’s belt. She needed to feel him inside of her. The immediacy of the desire was making her hands weak and frantic.

Aurora slowly unbuckled his pants took the throbbing member in both of her hands. Lance pulled his shirt over his head and then lifted Aurora into his arms. She felt so safe in his arms.

“Umm…ahh!” Aurora moaned as Lance slid inside of her. The warm, burning stretch felt so good. Aurora could feel him thrusting inside of her, and she matched his thrusts, grinding into his hips.

They kissed as Lance laid her down on the bed. Aurora couldn’t take her eyes off of his as he slid gently in and out of her. She could feel the full length of Lance as he moved all the way in, and then pulled all the way out. Aurora could feel the power coming through Lance’s gaze.

The strokes became faster, and Lance buried his face in Aurora’s perfect c-cups. The beast of a man moved back and forth between the nipples as he continued to stroke faster and faster.

Aurora’s eyes were shut tight as she ran her nails down the tense muscles in Lance’s back. She could feel each muscle groups as they all seemed to be at work. She had never felt like this before. She bit down and all of the passion and pleasure flooded over her body. Every muscle in her body flexed and then throbbed.

When Aurora finally caught her breath, Lance was lying beside her in the bed. “What was that?” She asked as she looked over at him.

“I just want you to remember”, Lance said as he stood up and started to get dressed. “You’re here with me”.

  “Okay”, Aurora purred the word.

“Get dressed”, Lance commanded. “We can still make dessert”. Lance headed out of the room.

Aurora felt like a baby giraffe as she tried to get out of bed. She slipped her dress on, and followed as quickly as she could behind the mogul.

  Chapter 4

“That sounds like torture”, Lydia teased as she grew tired of listening to Aurora’s whining. “All the way up in the Swiss Alps, and having terrific sex…”

“But I don’t know what it means”, Aurora moaned. She rolled onto her spacious king-sized bed.
“We went down for dessert and then we slept in separate rooms, I mean what am I supposed to think?”

“Why do you need to think anything?” Lydia was more of a realist about sex. She firmly believed that sexual gratification was a right, not a privilege, and she hated when people attached unnecessary baggage to sex.

“I don’t know why I called you”, Aurora sighed.

“I don’t know either”, Lydia laughed. “I guess you knew that I wasn’t going to judge you for having sex”.

  “Right…”

“But I am judging you for being a baby about it”, Lydia’s voice sounded a bit distracted. Aurora could hear some commotion on the other end of the phone.

  “What are you doing?”

  “Oh, Mr. Randolf…”

“While we’re on the phone?” Aurora’s ear felt dirty. She was mortified as her mind filled with images.

“What? It’s a straight massage, and he has headphones on”, Lydia explained. “He’s listening to a guided meditation. He’s a cave explorer, going spelunking. And quit trying to get off the subject. You’re being a baby. You both clearly needed to have sex, and now you have a job to do. Don’t make more out of this night than there is”.

“Fine”, Aurora grumbled and hung up the phone, “Spelunking”. She mouthed the word as she pretended to vomit and gag.

Downstairs the conference was getting started again. Aurora met up with Lance who was already seated and waiting for the speakers to start. “You need to take notes”, Lance said as he pointed to an area that was crammed with young people. “This weekend is a waste of time if I’m not networking, and so, I’m going to end up missing most of this”.

Aurora nodded, she thought back to her conversation with Lydia. I can be cool about this, Aurora thought to herself. Not that she believed it, but she was going to try her best to not let things get weird.

The auditorium was packed. The air was stuffy, and Aurora could hear giant fans going in all four corners of the room. The stage was small, but it offered a large projector screen, and enough space for the speaker to get a bit of movement in. There was a small podium, but the speaker didn’t seem to be using it.
