Fluidity (Hearts Not Parts Collection Book 2) Page 10

by E. M. Leya

"It was bad. I couldn't pee or even move my legs without pain for a few days." He reached down and lifted his semi-hard cock so Les could see the worst of it on the top of his balls. "It doesn't hurt as bad now, and it looks tons better than it did. Like I said earlier, they look like big purple plums. A week ago, they were more like eggplants."

Les bit his lip as he looked up at him. He shook his head and stood. "I want to kill whoever hurt you."

Ax smiled. He'd expected some comment about his cock or saying something like he couldn't go through with this. His concern touched him in a way he didn't expect. "I know, but I'm okay. It's over." Ax reached for Les and pulled him closer. "I want them to suffer too, but it's not in my hands to do that. I hope karma gets them, but I have to let it go. Trust me. The first couple nights all I did was plot revenge."

Les wrapped his arms around Ax, but didn't tighten them. "I hate that this happened to you."

"Me too, but look at it this way. If it hadn't, we might not be standing here naked together. Who knows how long it might have taken us to get to this point." He kissed Les softly, sucking on his bottom lip for a second. "If it gets to be too much, tell me. We don't do anything that you're uncomfortable with. We can even put boxers on if that helps you feel better."

Les shook his head. "We're already naked. I'm okay. I promise. I'm not doing anything I don't want to, and after seeing your bruises, I'm sure we won't be doing much."

Ax wasn't so sure. The kiss had sent waves of desire straight to his cock, and it now pressed hard against his stomach. Not doing anything might be worse. "Thank you for this."

Les stepped around him and turned on the shower. "Anything to keep your long hair." He grinned as he checked the water temperature and stepped into the shower. "Coming?"

His hair was still wet from the first shower, but he stepped in again, this time not alone. He watched as water fell over Les's body, wetting his skin, and dripping off his fingers after rolling down his arms. His dark hair seemed even darker, making him that much more attractive. Ax fisted his hands at his side, determined not to let his mind go places it shouldn't. He moved closer, allowing the water to hit them both. Les was in front of him, and the heat from his body warmed his own. What he would give to close the small distance between them and press his body against him.

"Trade places with me." Les touched his hip gently as he moved around him.

The water cascaded over him now, and he arched his head back, rewetting his hair. "Do you want me facing you or back to you?"

"Back to me." Les reached for the shampoo.

Ax heard the click of the cap opening, then Les put the bottle back down. A second later, Les was working his hands through Ax's hair, spreading the shampoo as it formed suds. His fingers worked over his scalp, almost massaging it as they combed through the tangles.

Ax groaned. "That feels so good." He'd never had anyone wash his hair before other than at the salon, but was finding it to be erotic and relaxing. He rolled his head from side to side, hoping this went on all night.

"Okay, arch your head back and let me rinse. Then I'll grab your conditioner." Les rested a hand on his shoulder.

Happy that they would repeat the whole thing again, he took a step forward to keep the water from hitting his face, lifted his chin, and tilted his head back so the soap ran down his back.

Les's hands helped to rinse it, pushing the suds down with his palm, and then running his fingers through it again. Another click and Les's hand was on his hip, pulling him from the spray so he could lather the conditioner in, then rinse it.

"You should go to beauty school. I'd pay to have this done daily." Ax leaned back into the touch.

Les's chest brushed over his back, but neither of them pulled away. When Ax took another step back, he was pleased when Les's hands left his hair and his arms wrapped gently around his waist. This brought them flush, pushing Les's hardening cock against his ass.

He shivered as Les kissed his shoulder. His breath came faster, hurting his chest, but he ignored it. This was right. This was how they were meant to be together. He wanted to turn and kiss Les, but feared that it would spook him when they were being like this. He covered Les's hands with his own and risked pressing back a bit harder.

"Jesus." Les pushed forward, nearly grinding his hard cock against the cheek of Ax's ass.

Ax's cock pulsed as he rubbed his butt over Les's. What he would give to be able to bend forward, and let Les take him. He groaned as Les's cock slipped over his crack, sliding down until it wedged just below his ass and between Ax's legs.

Ax parted his legs slightly, allowing Les's cock to slide farther between them, then pressed his thighs tighter together, trapping him there. He turned his head and met Les's lustful gaze for a moment. "You okay?"

"Yeah." Les's voice quivered, but it wasn't with fear.

"Good." Ax started to gently move his body back and forth, causing Les's cock to slide between his thighs. He reached down and grasped his own cock into a tight fist. "Move with me." Ax closed his eyes as Les's cock brushed the underside of his balls. "Take what you want from me." Ax worked his own cock faster.

Les's grip tightened around his waist, but not painfully. He was very gentle as he started to move, rocking his hips back and forth, fucking Ax's legs. Les's balls hit his thighs, and he imagined how good it would be to have Les inside him.

Ax moved his hand from Les's so he could brace himself against the shower wall. He ignored the pain in his groin as he rocked his body against Les's, his fist continuing to work over his own length.

Their bodies worked together in perfect rhythm, moving against each other just how Ax imagined they would. As intense as this was, he didn't dare dream about what it would be like to do more.

"Ax…" Les's forehead pressed to his back. "I'm so close."

"Good. Come for me, baby. Let me feel you." He bit his lip as he also neared his release. "I'm right with you. So close."

Les groaned as his pace faltered and his cock pulsed between Ax's legs. Any other time, Ax would turn and fall to his knees, hungry for the release, but not this time. He struggled to hold back his own orgasm as Les's grip around him tightened and he cried out, his hips pressing close as he stilled, his cock jerking as he came, Les's hot cum dripping down his thighs.

Ax's fist worked up and down his cock as his balls tightened. There was pain, but the pleasure was enough to ignore it. He leaned back against Les as his breath hitched and he released a loud grunt as cum shot from his cock and coated his hands before being washed away with the water.

He struggled to catch his breath, his body weak and tired, but even so, he'd never been more alive. Slowly, he turned in Les's arms, smiling as they stared at each other.

"Is it always like that?" Les's body still trembled.

"No, it's never been like that for me before." He kissed Les softly. "With you, everything is different. Better."

  "You're not just saying that?"

Ax gripped Les's hips and shook his head. "I promise you. I will never lie to you. Not about anything. There is just some amazing connection between us. I don't know what it is, but I don't want to let it go. What we just did was mind-blowing, and it's not even close to half of the stuff we can do."

Les reached up and wiped a stray strand of hair back from Ax's face. "I didn't hurt you?"

"I'm just fine." He kissed him again. "How about you? Freaked out yet?"

"No." Les shook his head, dropping his gaze. "Just scared."

"Of the sex?" Ax lifted Les's chin with his finger so he was forced to look at him.

"The sex is great. I'm nervous about doing more, but that isn't what scares me."

"Then what is it?" Ax prayed it wasn't anything major. Losing Les now would kill him.

"I want you comfortable with anything we do. If it's too much, then we stop."

"No, it's not that." Les bit his lip. "I'm afraid of falling in love with you."

Ax released a long breath of relief. "You
scared me there." He kissed Les softly. "I thought you were going to say you didn't think you could do this. I'd be lost without you. I'm having the same feelings for you. I've never cared about anyone as quickly as I have you. It's a little frightening. You're not alone in this, Les."

Les nodded, but didn't look up at Ax. Instead, he grabbed one of the towels and handed it to Ax before he took another and started to dry himself off.

It was as if the spell between them had faded, and now, Les was closing himself off. Ax wasn't about to let that happen. "Hey, no. We already talked about this. Communication is how we make this work." He grasped Les by the hips and pulled him close. "Talk to me. Is falling in love such a bad thing? Isn't that what everyone wants out of a relationship? Am I so horrible a person that you don't want that with me?"

Les's head snapped up. "No, I didn't mean that. You are the most amazing person I've ever met. I'm just over thinking. I've never had a real relationship, never felt anything like this for someone. When I've had sex, that's all they wanted it to be. Now you come along and I start feeling all this stuff. It's not just the feelings, but I'm confused too. I've never wanted another guy. Nothing I'm feeling makes sense. I'm so scared I'm going to hurt you, that I won't be enough for you, or you'll want someone experienced, or the worst…" Les hung his head. "That I'll freak out when we get too close and run." He cupped his hand against Ax's cheek. "Please don't think it's you. Everything about you is perfect. I'm the one I'm scared will ruin this. I'm scared of what I feel. Not just because, well, we just met a few weeks ago, but you're a guy, with guy parts, and I've never…"

"You did, just now in the shower." Ax smiled. "Very well, I might add."

  Lex blushed. "That was different."

"How? Did we both enjoy it? Did we both find pleasure?" Ax took Les's hand in his. "You are so focused on anal sex that it's making you miss all the other good stuff we can do. I didn't plan on anything physical happening between us this quickly, but it has. I don't regret it. I loved feeling your body against mine. Feeling you tremble when you came. Seeing the look on your face when we were done. That's the stuff that matters to me. I'm not going to jump ship if you're not up for anal sex right away. I hope in time we get there, but for now, this is enough."

Les took a deep breath. "You're not worried I'll freak out?"

"I hope you don't, but I'm willing to chance it. I'd rather try and fail at this than not try at all." Ax took a step back, giving Les space. "I don't know what is going to happen, but I want to find out. If we walk away from this now, I'd always wonder what if."

Les seemed to relax as he stared at Ax. "This was really good."

Ax nodded with a grin. "Yeah, it was." He took in Les's body, longing to be able to take him to bed and explore it more. "Day by day, okay?"

"Yeah, day by day." Les leaned in and kissed him.

"Good. Now, how about we find something easy for dinner and put in a movie?" He wrapped his towel around his hips, hoping the conversation eased Les's mind. The more worried Les became, the more nervous Ax was that this might not work out.

  CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Les pulled a dark green shirt over his head before turning to check out his appearance in the full-length mirror. He ran his hands down his black jeans and took a deep breath. It was stupid to be nervous. Ax and he had gone out before, but this was an official date, and that made all the difference.

Living with Ax was easy. The two of them had enough in common, they got along well, but they also gave each other enough space that they didn't get on each other's nerves.

"You look great." Ax stepped into the room, dressed in a short red dress that went to about mid-thigh. She wore black high platform heels that caused her calves to curve in the most beautiful way.

Les's gaze roamed over her as his breath hitched. He smiled at her, taking in the soft curls that fell over her shoulders, and the make-up that intensified the blue in her eyes and hid the faint bruising that still marred her face. She was beautiful. "You look amazing." He stepped closer, worried he was under-dressed for wherever they were going. "Wow, that dress…" He followed the curves of her breasts. He wondered how she used the padding to make them look so real.

"I like it when you look at me like that."

Les blushed. "How am I looking at you?"

"Like you're hungry." Ax stepped closer, grabbing Les by the hips. "You smell good." She leaned in and rubbed her nose up Les's neck.

"It's Jeff's cologne. I'm not sure what it's called." Les arched his neck as Ax kissed it softly. He closed his eyes, reminding himself they were taking things slow, but with Ax so close, it was hard to focus on anything.

"We need to find out so we can buy you some." Her lips brushed over his. "You ready to go?"

He pulled back just slightly so he could look at her. "Yes, because if we stay here, I'm not going to want to go." He lifted his hand and gently brushed her hair back. "Are you going to tell me where we're going?"

"Dinner." Ax grinned. "Then maybe a little dancing." She twirled around as she laughed.

Les frowned. "Easy, you're still healing."

"I know, but I feel better today than I have in a long time. I'll be careful. Maybe we can skip dancing this time." She pouted playfully.

Les hooked his arm around her waist and pulled her close. "Slow dancing if any. I don't want you hurting yourself." He caressed his palm down the back of her dress. "As much as I enjoy helping you, I'd rather you be healed."

He loved helping her with her hair and other little things, but it was getting harder and harder to keep his hands to himself at night. He wanted to take things farther, but other than kissing and holding each other, they'd both refrained from doing anything since the first shower together. He'd helped Ax with her hair several other times since, and they'd managed to keep it to only a few kisses.

Now that Ax was feeling better, Les wasn't sure how much longer it would be before more happened. He was nervous, but even more excited to experience things with Ax. With as great as they got along on a personality level, he hoped that adding in more physical things would only make what was happening between them stronger.

"I'm better. I managed to curl my own hair tonight." Ax ran her fingers through the curls.

"Good thing. I wouldn't have a clue how to use that curling iron." Les kissed her softly. "You look beautiful."

"Thank you." Ax brushed her hand down Les's cheek. "Are you nervous?"

"What? Why would I be nervous?"

"Going out with me in public."

  "We've gone out before."

"Never with me dressed like this." Ax brushed her hand down her dress. "This is when most people I date freak out. They can deal with me as a guy in public, but like this…" She sighed. "I know it's a lot to deal with."

Les laughed. "Oh, God." He brushed his fingers through his hair. "I didn't even think." He reached for Ax's hand. "I am nervous, but I didn't even think about you dressed like this. I was nervous because this is our first official date. Not once did I think about what you'd wear."

  "Honestly?" Ax looked surprised.

"Seriously, the only thing I've been thinking about is how this will be our first actual date and I hope I don't blow it. Then I saw you and worried I was under-dressed, but I never even thought about if you would be in a dress or not." Les brought Ax's hand to his lips and kissed her palm. "It doesn't matter to me what you wear when we go out."

Ax blinked back tears. "It's always mattered to everyone else."

"Well, it doesn't to me. My biggest worry when I saw you was if I needed to put on a suit. You look so beautiful. How could I not want you on my arm tonight?" Les placed his hands on her hips. "I was worried that after the attack, you might be nervous to dress this way and go out. I'm glad you aren't."

"I'm nervous, but I'm not going to let them take this from me. It's who I am." Ax held onto Les's arms. "I'm not ready to go out and walk home alone like I used to, but I won't let fear stop me from wearing what I want."

/>   "I won't let anyone hurt you. Never again." The protectiveness that he felt for Ax was so strong it scared him. He would do anything to keep her safe.

"You can't promise that, so don't, but I do feel safe with you. I'm not scared to go out as long as you're by my side. I couldn't go out alone yet, even to the store, at least not dressed this way."

Les didn't blame her for her fear. After being beaten as badly as she had been, it would take time to feel safe again. He would feel the same way if someone had jumped him. "So, back to my biggest concern, am I dressed enough for where we are going or do I need a suit coat or something?"

Ax ran her painted nails down the front of his shirt. "You're perfect. Don't change a thing."

Les pulled her closer, leaning in to kiss her softly. "Then let me grab the keys to your chariot and we can be off." He inhaled deeply, enjoying the scent of her perfume.

"I thought we'd go to Matia's for dinner, then if I feel up to it, we can go to Pinkie's or somewhere for drinks and dancing." She swayed her hips from side to side.

With his heart racing, Les pressed closer, forcing their bodies together as he moved his hips with hers. "Or maybe we can come back here and do some dancing alone." The desire to just hold her and never let go was strong and he tried not to think too much about what he was suggesting.

Ax stared at him, her blue eyes open wide. "Are you sure?"

Les nodded. "I know you're still sore, so I'm not saying we have to do a lot, but I want to do more than we have. I feel like it's this wedge between us, at least for me. Until I know that I can be with you completely, I'll always wonder if I'm wasting your time."

Ax frowned. "Les, even if you decided tonight that you didn't want to date me, not a single second of what we've shared would be a waste of time. I know you're worried about the sex, but I'm not. This is enough for me. I don't want you feeling like we have to rush into things when you're not ready."

"That's the thing. I think I am ready. It's getting harder not to take things farther when we are in bed at night. I caress my hand down your thigh and have to stop myself from touching you other places. The desire is there. I've held back because you were healing, and because I'm scared that if I do take it farther and find out I'm not into men that way, I might lose you." He stepped back one step, needing to distance himself from her body. "I need to know. I can't handle thinking about it anymore."
