1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

  1 tablespoon garlic powder

  Directions:

  In a bowl, whisk egg white with a pinch of sea salt.

  Put nuts in another bowl and add egg white to them.

  Add black pepper, sage, paprika, rosemary and garlic powder and stir everything really well.

  Spread this on a lined baking sheet, place in the oven at 300 degrees F and roast for 8 minutes.

  Flip nuts and bake them for 8 minutes more.

  Leave nuts to cool down, divide into bowls and serve as a snack.

  1 cup baby carrots, grated

  ¾ cup pecans

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix baby carrots with egg white, cinnamon, pecans, honey, flaxseed and coconut flour and stir well.

  Shape 14 balls from this mix, place them on a lined baking sheet, place in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.

  Leave carrot balls to cool down before transferring them to a bowl and serving them.

  1 pound cremini mushrooms caps

  3 tablespoons olive oil

  A pinch of cayenne pepper

  A pinch of smoked paprika

  Onion dip

  For the dip:

  1 cup coconut cream

  ½ cup mayonnaise

  2 tablespoons coconut oil

  1 yellow onion, finely chopped

  ¼ teaspoon white pepper

  ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  2 tablespoons green onions chopped

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with 2 tablespoons coconut oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic powder and white pepper, stir, cook for 10 minutes, take off heat and leave aside to cool down.

  In a bowl, mix mayo with coconut cream, green onions and caramelized onions, stir well and keep in the fridge for now.

  Season mushroom caps with a pinch of cayenne pepper and paprika and drizzle the olive oil over them.

  Rub them, place on preheated grill over medium high heat and cook them for 5 minutes on each side.

  Arrange them on a platter, fill each with some of the onion dip and serve them cold!

  10 apricots, dried

  10 bacon strips, cut in halves

  10 ounces canned chestnuts

  2 teaspoons lemongrass, chopped

  4 tablespoons garlic, minced

  ½ cup coconut aminos

  Directions:

  Wrap a chestnut and an apricot in bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  Repeat this with the rest of the chestnuts, apricots and bacon pieces.

  Heat up a pan over medium heat, add garlic, stir and sauté it for 20 minutes.

  Transfer garlic to a bowl when it’s cold, add lemongrass and coconut aminos.

  Add apricot bites, cover and leave them aside for 2 hours.

  Spread apricot bites on a lined baking sheet, place in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.

  Arrange them on a platter and serve as an appetizer.

  1 pound big white mushroom caps, stems separated and chopped

  3 tablespoons coconut oil

  1 yellow onion, chopped

  A pinch of black pepper

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat, add mushrooms stems, stir and cook them for 3 minutes.

  Add the rest of the oil, onion and a pinch of black pepper, stir and cook for 7 minutes.

  Transfer this mix to a bowl, add chorizo and stir well.

  Stuff mushrooms with this mix, place them on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

  Arrange mushrooms on a platter and serve them.

  Directions:

  Add mushroom caps and broccoli florets, toss to coat well and keep in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  Arrange these on skewers, place them on preheated grill over medium high heat, cook for 5 minutes on each side and transfer to a platter.

  Divide bacon slices, chopped sun dried tomatoes and basil over zucchini ones, roll each and secure with a toothpick and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.

  Place in the oven at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, then arrange them on a platter and serve as an appetizer.

  Ingredients:

  12 small sausages

  2 eggs, whisked

  1 cup cauliflower riced

  1 and ½ tablespoon coconut oil

  ½ teaspoon baking soda

  1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  ¼ cup coconut flour

  1 teaspoon red pepper sauce

  A pinch of sea salt

  ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

  ½ teaspoon mustard powder

  A pinch of chili powder

  2 teaspoons jalapenos, chopped

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix riced cauliflower with coconut flour, eggs, oil, red pepper sauce, mustard, salt, chili powder, paprika and jalapenos.

  In a bowl, mix baking soda with vinegar and stir well.

  Add this to cauliflower mix and stir well.

  Place 12 spoonfuls of this mix on a lined baking sheet, press 1 sausage in the center and top with other 12 spoonfuls of cauliflower mix.

  Shape place in the oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes.

  Arrange on a platter and serve them.

  In a bowl, mix onion with avocado, aminos, cucumber and lime juice and stir well.

  Divide this into watermelon circles, place them on a platter and serve right away.

  In a bowl, mix mayo with jalapeno, green onions and dill and stir well.

  Spread some of this mix over 1 ham slice, add a cucumber slice at the end, roll cucumber around ham and secure with a toothpick.

  Transfer chicken strips to a bowl and serve them cold.
