Sky and Storm (Warriors of Vis, Book One) Page 4

"Sweet fucking gods. You're killing me."

Storm groaned around him, the vibrations lifting his husband off the bed once more. Storm sucked him harder, hollowing his cheeks and growling, caressing the underside of his shaft with the flat of his tongue.

  "Storm, stop, please!"

Storm was deaf to Sky's begging. He was hungry for more of the tangy, sweet essence he'd been introduced to. He was soon rewarded with exactly what he needed, as Sky's come shot down his throat. Sky cried and moaned until he lost his voice, the sounds going straight to Storm's cock, making it throb with need. Storm’s hands slid under Sky's thighs and spread him more, pushing his legs up. He trailed his tongue down Sky’s crease and sucked on his hole. Storm pushed inside, breaching the tight ring of muscle with his tongue and using spit and Sky's own come to slick him up.

A few moments later, Storm replaced his tongue with a finger, looking up to see the blissful, yet surprised look on the man's face. Eyes wide, jaw dropping, hands clutching the sheets. If Storm didn't know any better, he would have thought Sky had never had anything up his ass before.

"Fuck, you're so tight," Storm hissed, frowning at the strong grip on his fingers. He had to take his time loosening Sky. He wasn’t particularly happy about it, he was already dying to be inside his husband, to feel that hot tight channel clenching around him.

Storm took deep, calming breaths as he stretched Sky, watching his open-mouthed reaction to everything Storm did: one finger, two, a quick brush over his prostate. Storm had expected this particular part to go a lot faster. It seemed his husband didn’t bottom much. Another deep frown played on Storm’s face. He closed his eyes and licked around his fingers, trying not to think of anything else but what he was about to experience.

He slid up Sky’s body and pushed his legs as he went, growling when he saw Sky on display, his knees almost touching his shoulders, his cock leaking again, his entrance begging to be breached.

“Hold your legs, Sky,” he ordered in a stern voice. His husband complied, his hands snaking around the back of his knees. Storm palmed his cock and positioned it, teasing the ring of muscle with the head, letting precome soak it.

  “Please, Storm. Please,” Sky murmured.

“Please what? What is it that you want?” There was an edge to Storm’s voice, he could hear it clearly, although he had tried to hide it. Bitterness and a little anger.

Sky opened his amber eyes and fixed them on Storm’s, his pupils dilated with lust. “I want you inside me. Please?”

As Storm pushed in, slowly and more gently than he thought he could, Sky’s eyes fluttered shut and a sharp hiss escaped his lips. Sky’s head fell back, exposing his long, milky neck. Storm kept pushing, urging Sky to breathe and loosen up for him. The man was busy panting and cursing.

Storm leaned closer, cupping his face and giving him a deep, wet, bruising kiss. Their first one, unless he counted the one before Sky had left the castle. That had been a quick peck between two children. This was real, this was tantalizing, this was the best kiss of Storm’s life. He got lost in it, and pushed himself deeper, until he felt Sky’s soft yet hard ass cheeks against his groin. He moaned into Sky’s mouth, drunk with the way he was being squeezed and the unique taste of Sky’s mouth.

Sky wrapped his legs around Storm’s waist and tangled his fingers in Storm’s hair, pulling him closer. It was such a rush, Storm started moving despite his earlier thoughts of giving Sky a moment to adjust. Storm pulled out only to push back in, all at a maddeningly slow pace. Every cell in Storm cried out for faster and rougher, but he wanted to take his time. His husband might not deserve such care and tenderness, but Storm simply couldn’t act in any other way than gentle. Storm forced himself to stop thinking, focusing on the taste of the tongue he was sucking into his mouth, on the fevered channel pulling him in deeper with each snap of Storm’s hips, on the fact that he was balls deep in Sky, the one thing he’d thought impossible.

They moved together, Sky’s body molding itself to match Storm’s, to meet his thrusts, and push them to such unimaginable peaks of pleasure. Sky kept moaning and groaning into Storm’s mouth, stopping any attempt to end the kiss, their lips fused together as if they kept each other alive. Sky’s hands moved from Storm’s hair down his back, and gripped Storm’s ass with more strength than Storm would have imagined he’d feel from Sky.

As his control faltered and his orgasm rushed forward, Storm plunged his tongue deeper into Sky’s mouth, trying to take him all in, carve everything in his memory, as if he’d ever be able to forget something like this. Storm felt Sky cry out before the actual sounds made it to him. Sky trembled in Storm’s arms and hot seed shot over both of their bellies. As Sky’s muscles gripped him in an impossibly tight lock, Storm shouted his husband’s name and finally let go, stream after stream flowing into Sky’s ass. It was the best feeling in the world, the perfect orgasm, everything Storm never thought he’d have with the man he’d married.

Storm collapsed on top of a thoroughly spent and exhausted Sky. Despite the overwhelming bliss, Storm felt Sky’s small kisses along the side of his neck and on his cheek. Sky’s tenderness and delicacy made pain and anger shake Storm’s heart at the knowledge of this being nothing more than a lapse in judgment caused by too much wine.

Storm slid off his husband’s body and rolled to his side. Sky turned in his arms, pushing his ass and his back flush against Storm’s come-stained body, fusing them together. Storm sighed and tightened his embrace, not yet ready to return to their reality. This felt too good and he hoped he had until morning to revel in the shaky fantasy.

Sky was snoring softly. Storm pushed himself up on his forearm and elbow and watched Sky sleep. He looked relaxed, his features free of the strain. Storm cringed when he took a closer look. The sweat, the sheets, and the long day had cleared most of the potions and powders Sera used on him. The need for such disguises was suddenly obvious. Sky was pale like a ghost and there were dark circles around his eyes.

“What the hell is wrong with you?” Storm whispered, brushing away a strand of blond hair from Sky’s face. He wrapped his arms around Sky and held him close, placing kisses on his hair and shoulder. Just when he was about to fall asleep, Sky turned in his arms, his lips feverishly searching for Storm’s. His husband wasn’t even fully awake when their kiss deepened and turned scorching, but Sky’s body seemed more than ready for what was coming and Storm responded to his need.

“It’s not dawn yet,” Sky mumbled over Storm’s lips.

Storm replied with a nod and a chuckle, then rolled to his back and pulled his husband on top of him. Storm’s cock quickly filled as Sky started to writhe. Storm kept kissing him, smiling at the soft tickle of the blond locks on his face, keeping Sky close as he started rolling his hips to get some friction.

Storm spit in his hand and rubbed it all over his cock. With a loud sigh, he thrust up, sheathing his throbbing cock deep into Sky’s hot channel. Storm loved the powerful grip of Sky’s muscles, the melting warmth, and the shiver and moans Sky rewarded him with. It felt so good. Storm could see himself doing this forever. He knew he only had until dawn. He knew that once fully awake, Sky would go back to his usual self, to the cold shoulder and pretend marriage. Sky sucked Storm’s tongue into his mouth and bit it, drawing him out of his darker thoughts.

He gripped Sky, pulling his husband flush against him, then grabbed Sky’s hips and started moving in and out of him in earnest, desperate to fuse the two of them together, to feel everything falling apart again. Storm called Sky’s name against his lips as he felt the edge of his orgasm. He hoped Sky was there with him as he was too far gone to stop or do anything more than pound Sky as hard as he could.

Time, space, surroundings, none of that was clear. Storm saw blinding lights when he came, roaring and thrusting up through his release. In the back of his mind he was aware of Sky’s hot seed coating their chests and bellies, and his own name leaving his husband’s lips. Storm whispered Sky’s name and
kissed his neck, keeping him close and not letting him move. He just couldn’t let go. If he released Sky, the spell would be broken. So they both dozed off right where they were to awaken again, grinding against the other on instinct, till passion took over and they both chased their next climax.

It went on like that till they both fell into a deep slumber, both beyond exhaustion. Storm had never pushed his body so far, not outside battle, and even then the deep, dreamless sleep that followed had never been part of the deal. Although they had fallen asleep in a less than comfortable position and he guessed they hadn’t slept for that long, Storm woke up with a wide grin on his face. He breathed Sky in and squeezed him in a tight embrace. Storm knew he couldn’t move without waking him up, so he didn’t even try. Storm rolled to his side and brushed the long, silky strands away from Sky’s face, kissing his cheek, his nose and then his forehead.

Sky smiled before stretching and opening his eyes. When they locked gazes, Sky froze, his lips parting as he took in a long, steadying breath. Storm couldn’t help chuckling at the horror and shame painted on his face.

“Storm, I…” he started in a shaky voice. Storm’s hand darted out and he placed a finger on Sky’s lips.

“Don’t. Don’t apologize and don’t try to explain,” he said, his fingers moving from Sky’s lips to a wild strand of hair. His husband nodded and then tried a smile, the curving of his lips so subtle, so tentative, it looked as if Sky had never actually smiled before. Storm pulled Sky in his arms, sighing at the warm contact and kissing the top of his head. Sky froze first, but then relaxed in the embrace, nuzzling Storm as his breathing evened out.

Perfect. Storm allowed himself a few moments of daydreaming, imagining many more nights of passion and waking up with his husband in his arms. He looked out the window, feeling his frown coming before it twisted his forehead. Those were stupid dreams, it had been nothing but a fluke and Sky would probably go back to his lovers, leaving Storm with nothing but the thought of his next battle. He tightened his grip around Sky, determined to prolong the moment as long as he could.

“That was the best night of my life,” a half-asleep Sky mumbled, striking Storm like lightning. Heat and shivers raced through his body as he blinked feverishly, not sure he had heard him correctly. A soft kiss placed on Storm’s chest gave him hope it might have been more than his imagination. Storm closed his eyes, trying to keep his emotions at bay. He decided he should probably try to get some more rest and see if a fully-awake Sky would feel the same way.

  CHAPTER VI

  All Good Things

SKY HAD ALMOST DRIFTED back to sleep when a loud bang startled him. Both he and Storm jumped up, looking at each other and then to the door. The man on the other side smashed his fist into the door again, calling Storm’s name.

“What the fuck is it?” Storm yelled as he slid out of bed and walked naked to the door. Sky’s breath caught at the sight of Storm’s beautiful form, all bulging muscles and warrior stance. He tilted his head, taking it all in. It was quite puzzling how Storm could be so strong and well-defined without looking too bulky. There was a certain grace about him, probably something from his royal-blooded mother, because the king certainly lacked it. Storm moved like a wild cat on the prowl. Beautiful to watch, yet deadly.

Storm yanked the door open and exchanged a few whispered words with the man who had disturbed them. He swore.

“Go get my guard ready. We’ll ride the moment I’m dressed,” Storm muttered through clenched teeth and slammed the door shut. He turned to face Sky, his jaw set and his lips pressed tight.

Sky felt the need to run to his husband, to ease the strain and kiss that frown away. He thought better of it and just sat there on the bed, looking at Storm stalking closer and waiting to hear what had happened. It couldn’t be good.

Storm sat next to him on the bed and took Sky’s hand in his, kissing his knuckles. “I have to go, there’s been an incident.”

It was less of an explanation than Sky needed, but he found himself nodding and giving Storm a half smile.

“We’ll talk when I return,” Storm said and then hurried to wash up and get dressed in his combat gear. When he was ready to leave, he came to Sky, placed two fingers under his chin and raised his face, kissing him thoroughly. Sky was still dizzy long after the loud bang of the door to their bedchamber announced Storm’s departure. He sighed and decided it was time to get out from between the sheets. It was impossible to get any more sleep right now, his mind a messy fuzz, his body on fire, he could have never calmed down.

Sky made quick work of getting ready for the new day, not bothering to call for Sera. He was quite sure Storm had seen everything, there was no point anymore. He felt famished and thirsty and needed breakfast.

Sky went downstairs to be greeted by a lively breakfast table. The king and queen were there, so was Cloud, and… yes, the fucking princess from Estas. Of course! He expected his hunger to disappear, but a low rumble in his stomach told him otherwise. He greeted everyone and gave in to Cloud’s demands to sit next to her. She leaned in close and whispered who everyone else was. Apparently, Estas had not been the only one sending its women and envoys. Sky nodded to everything his sister-in-law explained but he really couldn’t care less. The previous evening had been a failure for them, but they were still here and he was sure they’d poke each other’s eyes out for a chance to be Storm’s concubine.

The Estas princess kept glaring at him, her lips twisted in disgust. He wandered what she saw that upset her so. He had seen his face in the mirror. He was paler than usual and the dark circles around his eyes were still there, the effects of his long, delightfully exhausting night with Storm. A small smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he returned her stare.

“Sky, are you sick? You look like hell,” Mehra said sweetly, batting her eyelashes and trying to feign concern.

Sky rolled his eyes and filled his plate with food.

“You think?” Cloud bit back. She reached for Sky’s chin, turned his face to her and examined him closely with a sly grin. “You do look like shit, darling,” she agreed and nodded for emphasis. Sky huffed and filled a cup with tea.

“Maybe it’s something serious,” the princess said, her eyes sparkling with delight. She really was a mean little bitch, Sky thought and shook his head, forcing himself to just dig into the delicious food.

“Yes, a whole night of fucking is quite serious I suppose,” Cloud said, causing Sky to choke on his food and have a coughing fit. His sister-in-law patted his back and helped him through it, both chuckling and thus covering all the protests and warnings from the king and queen.

“Stop making up stories,” the princess said, huffing and hiding her annoyance in her own cup of tea.

“I’m not, I heard the screaming. Apparently my brother is very good at it,” Cloud replied calmly, her hand placed protectively around Sky’s shoulders. Sky couldn’t help glancing at Cloud, wondering what had gotten into her. Cloud had always been the first one to make fun of him, to tease and torment. She was always quite keen on pointing out how fucked up his whole marriage to Storm was. It felt strange, yet it somehow warmed his heart. Cloud turned and winked, then proceeded to tell everyone at the table just how often said screaming had awaken her during the night.

“Thank the gods morning came and they collapsed or fainted or whatever. I need my beauty sleep,” Cloud said, fanning herself. “I’m surprised you can stand,” she added, turning to face Sky again.

Thankfully, Sky was in between bites, otherwise the choking would have been repeated. He shrugged and continued to eat in silence, trying to hide his smile. Truth be told, sitting was uncomfortable and he knew he was walking funny. It had been worth it though, and so much better than everything he had imagined. Sky got lost in his memories of the night before and found himself alone with Cloud at the table. He looked at her, startled and wondering how much time had gone by.

“That good, huh?” Cloud said, bumping her shoulder into his.<

“Why did you tell all that to the princess?” Sky asked, looking at her carefully.

  “It’s the truth, isn’t it?’

“Truth, rumors, fairy tales… since when does that matter to you? You’ve been taking shots at me ever since I got here.”

“Oh, Sky!” Cloud sighed and smiled, no malice in her eyes. “I can take all the shots I want at you, I can act all mean and hurtful, but it’s never because I actually dislike you.” She leaned in and kissed his cheek. “You’re my brother-in-law, think of it as sibling rivalry. Someone doing their best to harm you? Well that’s a different story and they are going to be torn to shreds.”

Cloud got up, waved at him and left him alone at the table. Sky swallowed hard, looking at her as she disappeared down the hallway. Cloud’s tongue had a sting, but now that he thought about it, she’d always made a point of seeing him, and probably her getting him all riled up had forced him out of bed on more days than he’d care to admit. The strong feeling she was on his side was all he needed. He knew the king and queen would rather see him gone, so would most young people in the castle and around it. His departure would have meant a chance with Storm. His gorgeous husband was quite the catch. Stunning, smart, powerful, who wouldn’t want him?

Sky cleaned out his plate and went outside for a walk. As he dragged his knee-high boots over the dusty stones of the winding path through the lush castle gardens, his mind wandered back to his night with Storm. Even if it turned out to be the only one, it had been more than he’d ever dreamed of. Perfect, delicious. Storm all to himself.

The day passed quickly, a huge luncheon, afternoon activities and another pompous evening eating up his time. With Storm gone, the queen insisted on his being there. She kept Sky close, always whispering in his ear about the qualities of her favorite choices for her stepson’s concubine. Of course, the Estas princess was the top choice. That was heritage for you. Mehra was shallow, not very bright, and condescending to everyone. Cruel comments were the norm, all accompanied by a fake smile and wide eyes, but she was the heiress of Estas, so that made her better than anyone else attending.
