“I knew when you walked in and I saw you that I was never leaving.” Her long bare legs moved around his waist as she locked them around his abdomen. “I wore your chains Magus, the second you clicked off the slaver’s collar from my neck.”
With a quick turn, he pressed her back against the wall as his mouth claimed hers teasing with the promise of more. The silks allowed him easy access to her most intimate places. Through the lower middle folds of his robe, he pulled out his hard shaft and judging by her glistening arousal, he buried himself up to his full hilt inside of her. He closed his eyes, she fit around him even better than he imagined.
Nelina bit down on her lower lip as her body accepted him.
He moved with measured insistent thrusts and pinned her arms above her head. Her light sounds of pleasure told him she was enjoying him.
The strong, pleasurable sensation Nelina had hungered for began to claim her once again.
“Not yet,” he broke off without warning, holding still.
Her body obeyed him and betrayed her by staying along the very edge of climax. “But, I,” she did not get to complete her sentence as he withdrew himself from her warmth and set her on her feet.
“I’m not done with you by any means.” His hands undid the ties of her silks. “There we go,” he watched it fall unceremoniously to the floor, revealing her soft naked skin and full breasts.
Nelina’s legs were trembling, and with anxious fingers, she fumbled at trying to undo his robes. “I’m afraid I’m not as good as you are with undoing garments.”
He chuckled, while his hand untied the knot keeping his robe closed. “You’ll figure it out, I promise I’ll afford you plenty of chances to practice.”
She blushed as her hands moved up to his bare chest.
“Want to know what else I would do if we were in Aghadine?” He raked his hands through her hair.
“Yes,” her fingertips on his upper arms traced the muscles of his handsome defined frame.
“First, I’d cast you into a deepened state of euphoria that borders on being addictive for a pleasure slave.” He shut his eyes, putting his hand along her lower spinal column while the thin wispy black threads of his essence coursed through her body.
Nelina’s eyelids fluttered shut with the onslaught of the initial euphoric rush. She opened her eyes and the tingling sensation in her body made the very air on her skin feel pleasurable. “This is incredible,”
His eyes opened as his fingers trailed up her spine with a handsome smile. “Yet there’s so much more.” He brought her over to the bed, laying her down on her back.
It was comfortable, but the silky bedding, similar to the air, gave a heightened sense of touch on her skin. “Every day I thank the God of All for you,”
He joined her on his bed. “Do you now? I’ve never had anyone pray for me.”
“Many pray to you, Magus,” An overwhelming feeling of emotional warmth encompassed her.
“Not you though, right?” His hands ran along her legs as he parted them, slipping one of her legs gently over his shoulder he ran his mouth down her thigh.
“I-” she paused, trying to find her words before giving up on it, as his lips moving along her leg distracted her. She was too lost in all the physical sensations.
“Buying you was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.” Ru’ark brought his mouth down upon the smooth velvety soft juncture between her legs. His tongue swept between the petals of her flesh, as he tasted her sweet nectar.
Her face lit up as her hands went to the top of his head and with the next stroke of his tongue, the rush of reaching her peak happened quickly as her thighs clenched against him. Instead of winding down, she remained at the height of her climax. The entire time his tongue danced and circled, she remained engaged in the heat of her climax in what was no less, a constant euphoric ecstasy.
His mouth worked its way upward to her belly, where he kissed her while inching kiss by kiss closer to her breasts. He lowered his lips to her aching breasts with their rose pink tips while flicking and moving his tongue across them before gently sucking and taking turns with each.
Her gasps became more urgent with each tantalizing kiss while the tip of his hard erection was pressing and teasing against her. She lifted her hips up, pushing her soft wetness into him, attempting to entice him to plunge himself inside of her once more.
He gave her what she wanted by thrusting himself deep into her warmth.
Nelina arched her body into his “Magus, Master, and King, you’re all those things to me,”
“Indeed I am Sweetling,” He began to set the rhythm between them as he moved within her whispering. “I’ve never owned a slave who fell in love with me.”
She was breathless, “I do, I love you Magus.”
“You are my most beloved and greatest of treasures.” He changed his tempo to harder one with more demanding thrusts. He pulled her hair with his increasing need of her.
The joy and ecstasy became almost unbearable for her as she bucked beneath him in perfect harmony. Another wild, intense and wave washed over her as she clenched around him.
Taking his own release, he spilled his seed into her and claimed her as his in the most primal of ways. He gently kissed her forehead before withdrawing himself from her.
She turned on her side exhausted and felt him draw close to her and put his arm around her. “I love you.”
“And I you,” He buried his face in her hair, holding her tight against him.
Ru’ark waited until the morning light poured through the window before kissing Nelina’s shoulder. He watched as she stretched and stirred before turning around for him. “There you are, you must have slept well with how quiet and still you were.”
She nuzzled against him. “I am glad it was not all a dream.”
He tenderly stroked the back of her head while his mouth came down to her lips and his tongue mingled with hers. “Not a dream, Nelina,” his hands started roaming her body. “Everything has changed between us after last night.”
“It has,” After last night, she was bonded to him as his pleasure slave.
“Turn around, I want more of you.” He waited until she turned on her side with her back to him.
Nelina leaned back, pressing her body against his. “And I you Magus,”
He thrust himself inside of her. “I meant what I said last night, I want to be with you.” He moved within her keeping a slow pace. “We leave tomorrow morning to begin the process of you accepting the Nivecus Waraeu.”
“I’ll be ready.” She bit her lower lip with a gasp of delight.
“Good,” he kept a measured slow insistent rhythm.
She shut her eyes while being swept back to that place where she desired to be.
He increased the pressure while taking a faster, pulsing cadence.
Nelina moved in harmony with him until she shuddered in completion at reaching her peak.
Ru’ark took his own pleasure, filling her with his seed.
Nelina and Ru’ark took their time before leaving the bed, and when they did; Ru’ark was the first to leave in order to have their morning meal arranged. He retrieved his robe from where it had landed the night before. “We shall take today to prepare for our journey, and on the morrow’s dawn we will leave.”
Nelina watched as Ru’ark’s muscles flexed from his back down to his legs as he reached down for his dark blue robe. He always donned the same garment each day. “Since we’re so intimate of late, I have to ask why is it you always wear the same robe all the time?” Although she had the curiosity to ask before, she had never felt comfortable enough to do so.
Ru’ark grinned, “It’s no ordinary garment, it was crafted in Aghadine. Not only does it help to focus my power, it cannot be torn and will never grow dirty. The fabric is made from the silk of the eventide spiders.”
“That’s interesting,” Nelina finished putting on her dress. “I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to the morning m
eal, I’m hungry.”
“As am I, you’ve given me quite the appetite Sweetling,” He waited for her to finish and walk over to him and then opened the door leading down. “Let’s be on our way then to eat and to start the day.”
She had yet to see Adar this morning as Nelina passed the Grand Balcony making her way back to her room to prepare for her journey in the morning. It felt good taking a moment to enjoy the smell of the fresh spring blooms in the royal garden which she passed on her way to her chamber. The vaulted ceilings were a familiar sight as she made her way into the hallway preceding the door to her room. Pushing open the large, heavy door to her room Claire was sitting at one of her small table’s chairs with Nelina’s armor draped over her legs as her rag made small circles, pressing the oil deep into the leather keeping it supple, her head popping up to greet Nelina as she stepped into the room. “I did not wish to impose, but when I saw that you were not training with Adar and that your armor was present I thought to ready it for you.” A light flush touched Claire’s high cheekbones. “For your training with Elian,” Changing the subject she grinned, “How was your evening with the Magus?”
“Incredible would be an understatement.” She was glowing with happiness, “The bond I feel with him after last night was far more than anything I could have hoped for.”
“I’m glad that he favors you, and that you had a wonderful night with him.” Claire understood the value of the Magus having an interest in Nelina. Someone with her kindness having a say in Danthamore might cleanse the city from it being such a snake pit. It did not hurt either that her chances of getting Elian to take an interest in her would improve.
Nelina needed to let Claire know about her upcoming travel with Ru’ark. Although she was excited to be going on her journey with him she would miss her talks and time with Claire. “I wanted to let you know that I’ll be leaving out at daybreak with the Magus. I’ll need my armor, sword and other necessities. There are some things I want to pack myself of course.”
“Will Elian and Adar be joining you?” She set the armor she was polishing to the side.
“No, just me and the Magus, it’s far more romantic that way.” She was being playful with Claire since she recognized her friend would be disappointed if Elian left. “Besides, Danthamore needs its Captain of the Guard.”
Standing up Claire hugged Nelina. “Well then my friend, we must get you packed and ready for your departure in the morning.”
It was just before dawn when, Ru’ark and Nelina left Ru’ark’s private bed-chamber.
“Hold on a moment,” Ru’ark stopped short and turned facing the outer door of his chamber, extending his hand outward moving to only inches from the old oak door. His eyes grew black as several long thick black tendrils started at the bottom of the door and licked their way up the door frame. The door and stone merged and fused as one with the weaving bleeding into both. Upon its completion the smoke like tendrils evaporated, leaving naught more than an impression where the door had been.
Nelina watched Ru’ark with interest. “That’s severe.”
His stare lingered on the doorway. “It is, the real question is, will it be enough to keep Celeste out?”
“The Queen can be determined, no question about that.” Nelina put her arm in Ru’ark’s as they turned away.
Ru’ark lightly caressed her hand as they continued out to the royal gardens and the Grand Balcony. “Indeed, I’m going to rather enjoy removing her from the throne when we get back.”
“Will you kill her?” asked Nelina tentatively as they walked down the hallway.
He inclined his head thoughtfully. “Do you want me to?”
She shook her head answering quickly. “No”
He tried to force back his smile as much as he could, but it still played at the corners of his mouth. “Then I suppose she’ll live because of your kindness, which I don’t think she deserves.”
The two went through the royal gardens where the blooming, colorful, flowers gave off an array of different fragrances which filled the air throughout the daytime. They headed to the stairs and the outer wall. The crimson hue of the dawn ignited the sky ahead of them as they followed the wall to the Northern Barracks. The harbor below was already filled with the different colored sails of ships seeking the port to dock.
Nelina paused for a moment looking back toward the Grand Balcony and the royal garden with thoughts of her time here.
Ru’ark stopped and stepped in front of her with his hands cupping her face. “You’re not getting nervous on me are you?”
“No, of course not,” she was thoughtful, “There is a mixture of good and bad for me in this place. Training with Adar was good. But, after Lucas and Gwen, I grabbed food and would eat on a bench in your part of the garden.” She sighed, “Living here has become my home, and Elian is in many ways the brother I never had and always wanted. I have likewise come to care about Adar for I’ve learned a lot from him. There’s also Claire of course, she’s my friend.”
“The entire world is our home Sweetling,” he kissed her forehead smiling. “I expected no less than Adar and Elian to care for you. As for your lady in waiting, she seems to carry the same fondness for you as you do her.”
“Wherever you are, is where my home is.” She smiled, “I don’t need anything else.”
He embraced her. “Once we have returned here, we can begin our reign and you can come back here and worry about bearing me a healthy son, and a daughter who will have her mother’s beauty.”
Returning his hug, the thought of it filled her to the core of her being with joy. “Oh, two already? You’ve decided for us?” She laughed as they ended their hug and turned back to their walk along the outer wall to the Northern Barracks. The morning sky was ablaze with a burning red color as the morning sunlight danced across the obsidian stone of the king’s tower and the palace below. She gave it one final glance back, before returning her concentration to the day ahead; it was the commencement of a new point in her life with Ru’ark.
A warm southern spring breeze off the Tobin Sea gave the hint of the hot summer soon to arrive, as the small towers of the northern Barracks came into sight.
Elian was watching over the sparring between several city guards when he acknowledged the two coming down the stairs from the city’s ramparts. “Keep practicing,”
He had been dreading this moment. Ru’ark had been a father to him and through his power as a Magus, his appearance was as youthful as the day he had met him as a child. Nelina was both a sister and friend. He smiled to himself, she was more of a sister when she would get on him about Mary-Anne driving him to become annoyed during their practice sessions. An annoyance he would gladly keep, since she was worrying too much about him and Mary-Anne who was well under his thumb.
“Elian,” Nelina gave him a big hug. “I’m glad to see you before leaving, I’m going to miss you.”
“Miss me?” In joking, he picked her up and twirled her around. “You’re not going away for good are you?” He threw a sidelong glance to Ru’ark, whose light smile reassured him, they would be returning when he set her back on her feet.
“No, but I don’t know how long we’ll be gone.” She stepped back next to Ru’ark. “I’ve never seen the Upper Kingdoms and what lies beyond, but I do know it’s far away.”
Elian nodded, “You just keep your training in mind and your wits about you.” Grinning, he inclined his head toward the stables where Claire and Adar were waiting. “You should have your female time with your friend Claire while you can, and say goodbye to old stone face who are both waiting for their turn to wish you well.”
“I think I’ll do that,” She leaned over planting a kiss on Ru’ark’s cheek then went off to the stable.
With a nod to Ru’ark Elian said his own private goodbye. “Your presence will be missed Magus Ru’ark. In your absence, I will do as you bid me to. I’ll ensure that my men keep the Queen and Orson away from your chamber.”
Ru’ark smiled. “
Indeed, you’ve turned out to be a good man Elian, and I have no doubt that you’ll see to my interests while I’m gone, but remember, your arrangement at the docks is the priority.”
Elian nodded as he and Ru’ark passed through the training yard. His men were locked in practice combat, as they went by the empty training circle where he and Nelina had spent many of their afternoons during the past year.
Ru’ark and Elian could see the shadows of the horses and the others as they went under the roof of the stables and into the torchlight.
Nelina was with Adar and Claire, standing next to two saddled and readied horses. The silver handle of Nelina’s sword glinted as Claire held it out. “While I packed your armor, I wasn’t sure what you wanted to do with your sword.”
“Why, she’ll wear of it of course,” He slipped his arm around Claire’s waist in a playful way.
Claire’s cheeks flushed a bright scarlet at his friendliness. “As you say Captain, a sword is made to be worn.”
Elian gave her waist a light squeeze before letting go then took the blade from Claire and handed it to Nelina. “It’s in agreement you should carry the blade with you, After all, you’ve spent time learning how to use it. It would be a pity if it was not available when needed.” He frowned, “I am somewhat confused as to why you’re not wearing your armor.”
Nelina’s eyes shot downward as she slid her sword on her belt. She desired to be attractive and she attained it with her tight doe skin leggings and belted black tunic around her slim waist. It was far more fetching than being in the armor with her hair coiled into a severe, tight braid. As though he could sense her thoughts, she felt Ru’ark’s hand move her hair out of the way.
Ru’ark giving a slow, tantalizing kiss to Nelina’s neck with an intimate familiarity grinned at Elian. “Perhaps she’s avoiding the high neck of her armor because it can be restrictive when she’s with her Magus?” He wrapped his arms around her midsection.
Nelina rested her arms on top of his with a light laugh, feeling delighted by his blatant affection. “My Magus knows me well.”
