There are charities than can help, I won’t list them because it will depend on your country of residence, but use Google and make that call. Admitting you have a problem is the first step on your road to recovery.
I will always be a depressive; I just don’t always suffer with depression. It’s there, in the background and sometimes I fall a little but I’m able to pick myself up and carry on. It’s hard for my family; I’m often under constant watch because times are not easy for hubby and me right now. But I’m able to cope far better than I’ve ever been and that’s partly because I’m also surrounded by some wonderful friends.
You can live, you can survive depression, and you will become stronger.
