Chasing Destiny (Silver Tip Pack Book 2) Page 20

by Megan Erickson

“Time for what?” I teased as I nibbled his lip.

He narrowed his eyes at me. “You think I won’t say it? I want to fuck, Nash.”

I laughed, the sound carrying up through the Hive, until I was sure everyone heard it. Good. Let them know how happy I was with Bay. “You have a way with words.”

“Damn right, now kiss me, then drag me to our bed.”

With a smile, I leaned down to taste his mouth, content that I had all I needed. My son, my pack, Bay. And my life.

  Acknowledgments

I have to thank my readers first and foremost for accepting this series. I knew when I wrote Daring Fate that this was a little unusual for me. Not only was I writing shifters, but I was writing shifters in a dystopian world. And you all accepted it! You read it and loved Reese and Dare, and Jude and G, mourned Nash and cheered for Bay. You sent me messages asking me for the next book, and that’s the main reason I was determined to get this book to you this summer. Thank you so so much for following me on this fun journey.

I’m looking forward to exploring more of this world and I hope you join me.

Thank you to my betas Eddie and Natalie Blitt. You were both invaluable in the early stages of this book and I couldn’t be more grateful for your critiques.

As always, Edie Danford, your edits are thoughtful and make me look like a far superior writer than I am.

Keyanna Butler, not only am I thankful for your edits, but also your constant support as my right-hand woman. I couldn’t do any of this without you!

A huge thanks to Natasha Snow for the brilliant cover. I’m so in love with it, and with the vision you’ve given to this series.

Mobsters—fuck, I love you. You brighten my days with your excitement, with your memes, and some days if I’m feeling like this job is just too damn hard, I pop in there and write a post. Just like that, you all are there, encouraging me. I’m so so grateful to you.

Much love to my family, especially my husband, who never blinks twice when I tell him what I’m writing. You’re the best, babe.
