by Campos, Cecilia

My biggest goal in life is making shopping an art. That is a task my girls and I are more than happy to carry out. And we will succeed, if it’s the last thing we do!

As far as my books are concerned, I want to write the sexy books that I would like to read myself. They are about the type of love that conquers everything and tough men that make your panties melt.

The sense and nonsense of this book

THE IDEA FOR THIS STORY struck me out of nowhere. Looking back, I don’t think there was one special moment or specific trigger for it. One day, the idea was born and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It’s a subject that I’m personally very interested in. Dealing with situations and events in life that you have no control of. I’ve noticed that people have very different ways of dealing with that. Why does one person do whatever it takes to regain control, while another has no trouble at all accepting matters the way they are and making the best of them? I think that is a very interesting subject and so, it’s also the theme for this book.

As professional marketeer, I’ve always been able to think like my target group (meaning other people). What are their thoughts? What do they believe in? What are they saying? How do they look? How do they behave? In which groups do they mingle? As a good marketeer, you need to be able to respond to such things in order to make contact and to deliver a message efficiently.

Once you’ve got their attention, how can you hold on to it? How do you make sure they keep wanting more? That they identify themselves with you? That doesn’t just apply to loading brands, but to every story. This book has been a huge marketing exercise for me that I thoroughly enjoyed.

As you know, there are still many things we don’t know about these two main characters. Especially about Sebastian. They still have a long way to go together.

I would like to thank everyone. I could never have done this without you:

  - My real-life cowboy, Lars, my mischievous girls, and my own motley crew. Every day, you give me inspiration and news ideas.

  - The best proof readers in the world: you are amazing!

  - Colleague writers, who support me and help me with wise advice. I am so grateful that you are there for me. We have never even met in real life, but still you are there for me the digital way. I think that that’s amazing and honestly, I don’t know what I have done to deserve that.

  - Bloggers and reviewers: your opinion is important! Without you, I could never have reached my readers, Thank you!

  - And many specials thanks to you, my readers, for your faith. The fact that you’re reading this means you have finished my book, which would also imply you enjoyed it. If that’s true, then that’s exactly the reason why I wrote this book, and you have made me very happy. I hope you haven’t been too annoyed with stubborn Nina. And that you didn’t fall in love with Sebastian. Because he is mine. Ha ha! I would appreciate it very much if you could take the time to write a review. We writers can use all the support we can get!

  Until the next adventure!
