Harem of Magic Page 16

by Emma Dawn

“I am here. I am with you, my Warlock Queen,” he murmured against my ear and then slid around to my mouth. Our lips locked, and in seconds, we were on the ground, the snow be damned.

He swept his hand out and the snow sparkled blue and turned into a bed with satin sheets and thick padding. I burst out laughing. “How long have you been waiting to show that trick off?”

“Since I met you.” He grinned at me, and his mouth landed on mine as our clothes disappeared under our joined magic. The need for him was hot and intense, but it was blended with the love I held so tightly for him and all my men.

We rolled around on the sheets, falling off more than once with gales of laughter as we squealed and laughed in the snow. His body was hot as he took me against the edge of the “bed” and I came around him as we found our peace together.

Hand in hand, we walked back to the Temple of Light.

Corbin, Sterling, and Diego met us at the door. “Didn’t find a build site, did you?” Sterling smirked.

I grinned at him. “I found something better. I found Chuckles.”

A booming laugh ripped out of Lucas and we all joined in.

As I looked at them with their smiles and the love between us, I knew a truth that needed no divination.

No matter where I stood on this earth, these four men would be where I called home.

Something tugged at me, a sharp pang on my heart and I closed my eyes. In front of me, I could see Rose and she was fighting something big and ugly in the darkness. One last person to bring back to the land of the living and life would be complete.

I nodded at her, sending all the love I could her way to give her strength.

“You can do it, Rose. Kick that monster’s ass and get home.”
