Carrot Noodles

Ingredients:
1-pound carrot, peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ lemon
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon walnuts, crushed
Directions:
Make the noodles from the carrot with the help o the spiralizer.
Place the carrot noodles in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 375 f. Stir the noodles time to time.
When the carrot noodles are cooked – transfer them to the serving bowls.
Sprinkle the carrot noodles with the olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, and crushed walnuts.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the noodles.
Stir the carrot noodles and serve!

Cinnamon Baby Carrot

Ingredients:
1-pound baby carrot
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
WasWash the baby carrot carefully and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and olive oil.
Stir the vegetables and transfer them to the air fryer basket.
Cook the baby carrot for 10 minutes at 380 F.
Then stir the baby carrots and add almond milk.
Stir the vegetables again and cook for 5 minutes more at the same temperature.
Let the cooked carrot chill little and serve it!

Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti squash
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 sweet potato, grated
1 tablespoon almond flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
¼ teaspoon thyme
Directions:
Peel the spaghetti squash and chop it into the ½ inch chunks.
Then place the squash in the air fryer basket.
Add salt and ground cinnamon.
Cook the sweet potatoes for 5 minutes at 380 F.
After this, make the layer of the grated potato over the sweet potato.
Beat the eggs in the bowl and whisk them.
Add almond flour and stir the mixture.
Then add olive oil, diced onion, and thyme.
Stir the mixture.
Pour it over the grated potato.
Cook the casserole for 15 minutes at 365 F.
When the time is over and casserole is cooked – let it chill little and serve!

Directions:
Cut the onion into the petals and sprinkle with the basil, ground coriander, olive oil, ground nutmeg, and turmeric.
Mix the onion petals and transfer them to the air fryer basket.
Cook the petals for 15 minutes at 375 F. Stir the petals every 3 minutes.
When the onion petals are cooked – they will have a soft texture.
Serve the side dish immediately!

Cook it at 400 F for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the asparagus roughly.
Place the chopped asparagus in the air fryer basket.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the asparagus and stir it.
Cook the side dish for 6 minutes at 395 F. Stir it every 3 minutes of cooking.
Let the cooked asparagus chill little.

Directions:

Directions:
Slice the fennel bulb and sprinkle it with the paprika, chili flakes, and dried cilantro on each side.

Cook the fennel slices for 10 minutes at 380 F. Flip the fennel slices into another side after 5 minutes of cooking.

Directions:

Combine together the diced onion, olive oil, chopped garlic, dried basil, ground black pepper, turmeric, cumin, and fresh dill in the bowl.
Stir the mixture.
Then make the layer of the sliced eggplants in the air fryer basket.
Sprinkle it with the spice mixture.
Put the tomatoes over the eggplants and add mushrooms.
Sprinkle the vegetables with the spice mixture and repeat all the steps till you finish all the ingredients.
Add chicken stock and cook lasagna for 30 minutes at 365 F.
Let the cooked lasagna chill little and serve it!
